I can't single out anything from the advantages! There are plenty of disadvantages. I came in May to clarify, they assured me that everything was OK, asked me to write them down so that before the dates of the trip, and this is August 5-25, the visa was on hand, I clarified whether I could be a sponsor of my sister, they said yes. As a result, the record is for the middle of July, I cannot be a sponsor, the documents were not prepared, I did everything myself, the documents were not checked. It turned out there were errors, I redid it myself. They don't admit mistakes, they don't know anything, but they took 200 rubles right away. Without a receipt, without a contract. If it were possible to put minus stars, I would do so!!!! I strongly do not recommend it!

They were completely incompetent in doing their job , they made mistakes twice in completing the questionnaire on the spot , they redid everything , but it didn 't end there .When submitting documents to the call center, they found an error again and I'm sorry.the payment had to be redone on the spot .The employees did not admit their mistake .On my part, the fault is that I did not take away the spoiled questionnaire and I cannot prove their guilt to them.It is a pity that they do not admit their mistakes, but blame others.I will never contact this agency again.
