I used the service for a long time, at first everything was done well with more, but after the last visit I was convinced once again that I needed a service that specializes in a specific car brand. I contacted them last time about the comprehensive replacement of the rear drums on my car. Before that, I changed their pads and cables. Then the pads were placed unsuccessfully, one of them was simply placed with a skew. As a result, when replacing the drums, the set of pads went into the trash. And after installing the drums and new pads, the employee (his tongue will not turn to call him a master) spread the pads so that the rear wheels began to slow down constantly, and during the control race the rear drums overheated, which led to their deformation, as it turned out after they were already lapped. Yes, they rearranged the pads, the drums began to rotate more freely, but then a clicking sound appeared from behind when braking. They began to convince me that it was a matter of the automatic transmission mechanism, that only the original was needed, and so on. After a couple thousand kilometers, vibration and a characteristic low-frequency sound were already added to the clicking sound. Upon further inspection of the drum brakes, uneven wear was noticed on both. After replacing and installing the new drums correctly, the vibration and clicking problems are gone. In general, as a result, due to the fault of the service, I got involved in considerable additional costs to eliminate the results of their own crookedness.
I do not recommend contacting wide-profile service stations like this for specific problems.

The pad self-drive system worked on the problem wheel. Don't set foot on them anymore.
After replacing the anther of the tire, the tire fell out of the box, despite the fact that everything was fine before, they took 72 rubles for replacing the anther, although the anther itself cost 26, there was also a suspension diagnosis and they did not even say that the bearing would soon fall apart, I do not advise anyone this car service, they are deceived, or they will do, But it's only going to get worse! I want to pay special attention to the person who takes and gives the car, he finds 1000 nuances in a serviceable car and puts a cosmic sum! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR SERVICE TO ANYONE! IT WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE FOR YOURSELF! I left more than 500 rubles, it's no use!

I applied to the service station on 01/22/2020, Audi A5 car 2010 for suspension diagnostics. The pendant on the pits rattled. And for the replacement of the low beam bulb. According to the cream, their suspension is diagnosed for free.
They made a diagnosis for me – they prescribed for replacement: the front lever 4 pcs (replacement 180 rubles, s / h 240 rubles), the stabilizer bar 2 pcs (replacement 36 rubles, s / h 45 rubles), repair of the steering rack (remove / put 250 rubles, repair 240 rubles).. They asked for 18 rubles for replacing the light bulb, it turned out not to be a light bulb, but most likely in the ignition unit, they said it was necessary to diagnose – 30 rubles, and the replacement of the ignition unit was 68 rubles. Total: work + spare parts more than 1100 rubles.
I didn't do anything with them. I decided to check on other service stations. I drove the car another two hundred meters.
At the next two service stations, I was told that the car's suspension was in excellent condition, the rail was dry, and it wasn't leaking anywhere. At the first service station, they showed me that my protection had fallen off, and most likely it was knocking, they fixed the protection for 5 rubles, and everything became perfect when riding on pits. The ignition blog of the headlight was replaced for 30 rubles. By the way, I clarified how much the replacement work costs, which they wrote to me on m-service – the cost of work is overestimated by 2-3 times, spare parts by 2 times.
I think they tried to get me divorced. Just like in the movie "Garash", where Kulinkovich starred in the title role, a film by a Belarusian director, as in Shabans, the daughter of a tax inspector was bred in the garage in the same way, who took bribes from them. But I don't take bribes from them. Ordinary people are being bred. I thought it was only in the movie, but it's all really happening here in Minsk.
Judging by the reviews on cream, they used to work well. Most likely, the shareholders of m-service are not involved in this, but the employees of this service station need to be dealt with.
