The hotel has two wings - more or less where the reception and cafe are on the ground floor. The second wing is a separate entrance, to the left of the main one. We spent the night in the second wing. It's November and it's about zero outside at night. The room temperature is 19-20 degrees. I slept in my clothes. There is no hot water, warm water is flowing from the tap. Washing and brushing your teeth will do, but you won't be able to take a shower. The room was "tired" to put it mildly. The repair is two thousandth, the bed is wobbly, the mattress should have been thrown out long ago. But we had no choice, these days all the hotels in Pinsk and the surrounding area are booked. The second night was spent in the first wing (above the reception). It's warmer here, some kind of cosmetic repairs, but for three of us we got one double room, one single room and one without amenities - this means that the toilet and shower are "down the corridor to the left, the second door is on the right." In other words, you don't have your own toilet and shower in your room. I strongly recommend driving past or checking into a hotel side by side, which is closer to the highway, there is a great cafe there

I had to spend the night for 2 days. We liked the 2nd building in the hotel. It has room amenities, but at a temperature of +3 to the rooms it was +17 cold, we slept in our clothes, tried to take a shower in the morning, drained the water for a long time so that we could wash at all, in the end cold water went (contrast shower) in the room all surfaces are dirty TV It doesn't work. In the morning they came to figure out what was going on, they said you were moving to the 1st building, but there was a room with a separate shower and bathroom, the owner refused to talk to us about this. On the second day I had to move, the rooms were a little better and warmer, they said that no one would go to the bathroom except me, but probably all the staff visited it. I do not recommend this place, it is easier to spend the night in a tent.

A good place to stay overnight. The staff is pleasant. They are fed without frills and all kinds of cool dishes. But it is delicious and a lot (I personally liked it) in the rooms there is a TV, a kettle, a shower, a toilet. The prices are reasonable.

It 's easier to spend the night in a tent ! It will be warmer and more comfortable in the tent. After 22:00, bank cards and the cash register "stop working " (checks are not issued, cards are not accepted). Payment is only in cash. I do not recommend this institution....

The boorish attitude of the staff towards customers . The calculation passes by the cash registers, they talk about paid additional services at the last moment (bathrobe, firewood, broom, dishes), they do not talk about any discounts that they turn out to have. The staff while we were relaxing in the sauna came and rested in the pool and also smoked cigarettes (it's good that the bulls didn't leave in it) at the end of the time, in 20 minutes they started to kick us out in a rough form. The treatment was not respectful and only to (you ) I do not recommend it! The place is terrible!

During the rest, the staff of the institution allowed themselves to go swimming in our rented pool and, plus, smoke there. This is the first time we have encountered such horror. It's just a shock!!! In general, everyone's mood was spoiled. Accountant Tatiana "the administrator" managed to spoil the mood at the very beginning. I do not recommend this place!

I don't even know what to say, for a hotel with their price category per room, everything should be on the level, but in fact they are very far from at least an average person, there is no hot water (apparently electric heating and the volume of the container is small), as they say, if you want to take a shower, get up at five in the morning,the beds are on the same level, there is a TV in the room and that's all (that's all you can say about a TV), and it's only on the flip side that I remembered, and if so, the impression remained as of a lower-than-average hotel.

I have met boilers in the Pinsk hotel that need to be turned on half an hour before washing, a kettle in the room for which you have to pay 72 kopecks separately, but this is the first time I have met such a shower in hotels, a shower in the hallway, a general and terrible smell of cigarettes in it. This is despite the fact that the cost of an overnight stay in such a hotel is higher than it was in Pinsk and Stolin. And if the staff is moderately polite and courteous, then the management definitely needs to think about the quality of the services provided!
