I have been serviced at this car wash for more than one year - they always washed perfectly, there were no questions about the quality of service. Today, July 28, 2024. Around 3:30 p.m., I called to make an appointment. The administrator replied in an extremely dissatisfied voice. Since this could be my subjective assessment, I decided not to focus on it and still sign up tomorrow. We have decided on the time. The receptionist asked for my phone number. Before I dictated the number, I asked if it was possible to clean the seats from stains. Because I understand that it will take more time than a regular car wash, so you need to book additional time. Without listening to me, the receptionist practically started shouting. It was extremely unpleasant and unexpected.
Of course, I canceled the car wash.
Dear owner, if you are reading the reviews, please pay attention to the communication skills of the staff. I repeat, until today, for me it was the No. 1 car wash in the city. I'm not coming here anymore.

Change the administrator, a lady who doesn't understand anything.... It is said to wash the engine, it means to wash, you need payment, you have paid, what questions can there be. In the rest room, I got drunk so that I couldn't go in, it's dark like in the basement, the washer himself is doing his job well, but the lady agrees with the prices, as if they wash borjomi not with water, I sympathize with the administrator with the employees who work directly with clients. And so it's a matter of choice, but definitely not a class. Washing the car and the engine came out tin 70p. Plus only guys who wash.

Disgusting service, where the owners look or just fill their pockets.Previously, they washed conscientiously, efficiently, after washing, the administrator checked the quality of the washing. Now I had to point with my finger what was not washed, after the midges the stains were not washed, to which the cleaner said, am I obliged to wash everything for you?In the cabin, along the way, the dust was brushed off and everything was wiped off with one rag, both outside and inside, the smell in the cabin remained a smelly rag.And we paid 47 bps for this disgusting service. I do not recommend it to anyone, we are not your customers anymore!

They washed it perfectly. I don't even remember washing my car like that anywhere. Probably, they usually look at my Golf III and wash it carelessly. And here! Just a wonderful attitude towards customers and their cars. They not only washed my car, but also showed me and explained what and how. Great respect to the cleaner Dmitry. - after a couple of days, 4 out of 5 bolts were unscrewed on one wheel. Miraculously avoided an accident

Not tire fitting, but some kind of guard, I just needed to assemble four wheels and balance them, they took 50 rubles for this, as for a full range of tire fitting services, while the employee asked for 10 rubles. he was handed over and 40 through the cashier, the check was not issued, during further proceedings the employee claimed that he had calculated everything correctly, was rude, when asked to show the price list of each service separately, he said that they only had such a general one, where the price for a full range of services is indicated. A convincing request to the owner, deal with your staff and their requests "past the cash register" and not punching checks.

I used to go only there, until a few years ago they stole all the little things when cleaning the salon. I didn't notice it right away and it was useless to go back. Then I tried to drive again, then the front mats were confused with the rear, then they generally "forgot" to put them, but there is still a queue for them, so I put 4. Perhaps something has changed since then. And there are more self-service car washes in the city.

I've been visiting them once a month for the third year now. Cars are washed as a whole by 4+. There is no dryer, so sometimes there are small stains, but the staff manually tries to wipe everything dry, so you don't want to find fault with it and only respect. I ordered a dry cleaning once after a lot of maintenance work - the man was conjuring with a typewriter as if it were his own. I didn't spare a ruble for such work. Yes, there is coffee with cookies, washing from 30 minutes to an hour (depending on the number of services ordered). But I usually go to the store and come back to finish. But one day we were preparing for the wedding of a friend, I ordered maximum services so that the car sparkled. The washing took an hour, and in order not to waste time, I left for preparation, but I knew that I would not be able to return in an hour, I would be late by 30-40 minutes. I left the keys with the receptionist, who drove the car to the back parking lot without any problems. I arrived, took the keys, got in and left. I don't know if it's service or human understanding, but I love this car wash for this attitude and so far I'm only serviced by them.

Upon arrival, the administrator announced the approximate waiting time for the car wash of 40 minutes, I agreed and became the first in line. I stood for more than an hour, for some reason during this time the administrator missed 2 cars that arrived later, without commenting on it. I just wasted my time, and I definitely don't recommend this sink until the attitude towards customers changes.
