A good sauna, everything is clean, the staff is friendly, steaming every 2 hours with different herbs, an excellent hammam and a strong cave, special attention to the bar, decent cuisine, the price tag is a little too high, but the quality is pleasing, I definitely recommend pampering yourself and your loved ones!

We recently visited your sauna and were very satisfied. Everything was at the highest level, from the friendly staff to the cleanliness and comfort inside. I especially liked the bath attendant, a professional in his field who knows how to make a vacation unforgettable.
Special thanks for the brooms - they were fresh and fragrant, which added even more pleasure from visiting the bathhouse. I would also like to note the availability of various services, such as massage, salt room and font - this allows each guest to choose what he likes.

Bath attendants are cool steamers (both general steam and individual steam)
The bar has a large selection of drinks, the cuisine is top class! (Large selection of dishes)

Steam is too weak for men. And it will probably suit the ladies. In the men's department, it would not hurt to keep an eye on the quality of the work of the bath attendants. Having quickly realized that the next client is not disposed to accept paid procedures, the mandatory peeling of some bath attendants, which is included in the cost of 8,000 tenge, minimizes both time and quality. And so, they wait until they are transferred to the women's department for bread places. On the part of management, a control purchase of services would not hurt. And timing with the help of an hourglass is simply necessary. Well, among the male contingent, the exchange of opinions on the quality of urban baths and Suites is not in favor of the latter.
