I would like to express my deep gratitude to the clinic "Beloved Dentist" and separately to the surgeon Elena Igorevna for their help in solving the issue of granuloma.
Before the visit to the Lyubimiy Dentist clinic, I was examined by surgeons at other clinics in Minsk several times and everything was without result, only an endless number of 3-d scans, but the problem with the granuloma remained, although the tooth was removed. Elena Igorevna immediately established the diagnosis and specifically outlined the algorithm for further actions.
Once again, many thanks to the clinic and Elena Igorevna!
Dentistry and doctors were generally good before. But at the last appointment, I was cheated out of 300 rubles, I tried to find out why, but I didn't get a clear answer, like for the microscope during treatment.
At the same time, they cleaned me (almost 300 rubles) and treated one tooth decay (about 200). And they additionally charged these 300 rubles for the air. At the same time, the papers had the same names both times - caries treatment.
It's a pity that I wasn't able to go to the head doctor to find out all this then.
I don't live in the Republic of Belarus, and they knew it, apparently they thought it was possible to deceive clients like that, since they wouldn't come in at any time to find out anyway.
As a result, I cured my teeth and had the implants installed in another clinic, where the entire cost was calculated in advance and everything was shown to me.
We lost a client, which is what I wish for in the future.
People aren't stupid.
I took a picture first-hand, then waited 20 minutes for it to be recorded on a flash drive, with which I went to my clinic and the doctor did not open this picture. I called my Favorite dentist, they said, come on, we'll rewrite it in a different format (couldn't we have done it right away?). In fact, I waited another 1 hour and 25 minutes for it to be overwritten!!! Terrible, a huge waste of time!
And yet: at the conclusion of the contract, they require you to enter your passport data (allegedly for their accounting department). You probably haven't heard anything about personal data protection.
