To say that the service is bad is an understatement.
I ordered a sofa on 12/15/2024. The girl was very polite, she told me everything beautifully, showed me, explained. It seemed that this was how cool they were working, and there was no doubt about the order. In the contract, the production period was specified to be 65 working days, but the girl said that the sofa would already be available at the end of January/beginning of February. At the beginning of February, everything was quiet, there was no information. Despite the timing, I decided to clarify the information. They said that everything is fine, they are just waiting for the fabric, it will be on time. Meanwhile, the deadline has come to an end. No one called me or warned me about anything. I called myself (by the way, every time I called, the girl asked me to call back, and then communicated with me only via Viber, which seemed a little strange to me). I was told that the fabric was delayed, and they offered to change it to another one (judging by the photo, it was identical, just with a different name). There was no answer to the question, "Why doesn't anyone warn me?"Just the words: "I'm sorry" and "understand." We agreed to wait a week. After another week, silence again. I'm applying again by myself. They're already saying that the fabric they've been waiting for has arrived. The girls have already finished everything, the frame is ready, but everyone is sick at the factory, they can't deliver. Understand, I'm sorry, and again the delay is a week. I was not satisfied with this, and I asked to arrange a discount. By the way, the terms of the contract bypass the ZoZPP well: instead of a penalty of 1% of the cost of the goods, they specify 0.001% of the prepayment cost. Unfortunately, I did not immediately pay attention to this in the contract. However, I asked for something more impressive to be agreed upon. The girl said she would talk to the director. A week passes again, no one calls, there is no information about the discount, or the product. I just went to them to apply for a refund. At my request, the girl started calling the director, then the head of production.Then she gave me the phone to talk to the head of production, hoping that he would persuade me (although I did not ask). He also tried to put pressure on pity and my understanding, they say, he gets the money, that it's not his fault, it's all the supplier, and he's ready to bring the sofa over the weekend.
Bottom line: my comments about their service were not heard. The recommendations to learn how to call a client were also not heeded. No one wanted to understand me as a client. The girl even managed to say the phrase in front of me: "Well, it doesn't depend on us how the fabric arrives, it's all the supplier, but you can't explain it to the client." To say that I was shocked is an understatement. But it was at that moment that I realized that they didn't even understand why I had a complaint and what I, as a client, didn't like. We've been expecting a sofa for almost 4.5 months. I refused the sofa.
P.S. After I ordered the sofa, I read the reviews about their company. I saw that they had problems, but I understood that the human factor is everywhere, and different things happen. But I didn't expect it to be this bad.

Ordered on March 9th, today is May 18th and nothing is ready yet! We agreed with the manager in the store to make it for Orthodox Easter, placed an order on an urgent basis and, according to her, the general director himself handled the order, no matter how ridiculous it might sound. Today they say, wait another week and a half, well, that's for sure👎🏻
