Good location, beautiful view from the window, the sea is a 5-minute walk away. A decent clean room, caring hosts, will tell you where to go and even organize a trip. Air conditioning in the room solves))) the kitchen is shared, on the ground floor there is everything you need for cooking. Even the washing machine. If there is an opportunity to stop here, you definitely need to do it

Clean, tidy, pleasant hosts. The biggest disadvantage is that near the railway, you wake up at night from the noise. The biggest plus is the location. The sea is about 20 minutes on foot. The hosts offer excursions, do not refuse, it is very convenient and interesting, it is definitely worth your money

The only advantage is the relative proximity to the sea.
Of the disadvantages, we can note the complete absence of any basic accessories in the room. For example, instead of bedside tables, there are 2 chairs by the bed. In the bathroom, in addition to the terrible smell of sewage, there are not even ordinary glasses for toothbrushes and even the smallest piece of soap and disposable shower gel. There are no mosquito nets on the windows (and this is in a region where there are a lot of mosquitoes). there are only 4 sockets in the room, with one occupied by a TV showing very poorly, the second at arm's length; the third in the bathroom, and the fourth is the most phenomenal, falling out of the wall. Daily light outages at night. Beds with mattresses are just for an amateur, we don't like sleeping places that just fall through. There are accessories in the kitchen, those that the owners themselves did not need or were worn out. Dishes with chips. The knife, whose handle was falling off, was given to the hostess to replace, but the next day miraculously turned up in the kitchen again. Table cloths / dish sponges/towels have not been changed more than once in 12 days, despite the fact that there are about 10 rooms and food was cooked at least 2 times a day in the kitchen. The constant presence of a dog in the kitchen also negatively affects the sanitary situation. This "guest" house is owned by a woman who is always with a dissatisfied face with a hint of why you all came here, from whom not a single "good morning / afternoon / evening /" was heard. The man is a boor, whose keyword in the morning was "Are you going?". And, apparently, their daughter is responsible for IT communications. Also, if you suddenly decide to order a transfer from them, then do it MUCH in advance, because we are 2(!!!) the day before check-in, they said that there would be no transfer, because all drivers are busy. The customer orientation in this institution, as well as their 2 WI-FI networks, is 0(!!!), well, unless of course you order excursions from them, then you will be their favorite guests and you will be licked from all sides.
P.S. A dissatisfied woman asked to indicate that we stained their mattress (by the way, not there is most likely not a mattress, but a mattress pad, which is removed by HAND and put in a washing machine, which YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO USE, NOT SAVE and put everything at 40 degrees) and the entire set of linen (which was by the way one and there was no change in the room), while the child was rinsing during the contracted rotovirus who suffered from at least 8(!!!) families in this house. So, in NO place were we charged for contaminated laundry, But here, apparently, things are appreciated more by visitors and a tub of insults was poured on us from disgruntled owners of the institution, and on the last day the owner of the minibus allowed himself to use not only profanity, but also physical force.
