A small mini-hotel near the coast. The staff is very polite and considerate. But the room is cleaned only if you ask separately. The catering service only offers delivery from nearby cafes. The plumbing is not in the best condition.
Well, the proximity of the coast is both a plus and a minus - it's quite noisy until 10-11 pm.
