The most terrible rent. I don't know where such high marks come from, especially for "professionalism". There is no service in this company. We took a car for three days, an ordinary corolla. WITH FULL INSURANCE, which was paid for. All this is specified in the contract. We were informed that in case of any situation, you need to call the number that is supposedly "insurance". When using the car, we accidentally touched the curb and a couple of small scratches appeared. As you said, I immediately called to tell you about the situation, although I remind you that we have FULL INSURANCE. I explain the situation politely and calmly and in response they just start YELLING at me. Allegedly, the car is our first day, that it costs 25 thousand euros and so on! Not to mention the insurance situation. I am very surprised by the reaction and clarify whether I called correctly and whether it is insurance. In response to me, they start shouting even harder. I ask you not to scold me and tell me what to do and the "man" on the other end of the line switches to ultrasound in his screams. I have a recording of the conversation, if anything. In general, without saying anything about the situation, I just "allowed" to go on. They didn't tell us ANYTHING about the situation, just screams that we should drive more carefully!! Just screams! It was so disgusting and shameful for the company that I have no words! What kind of service is it that, with full insurance, they start YELLING at the client?! This "insurer" was yelling so that people around heard and turned around! Such a disgrace! There's not even one star to put on it. I do not recommend having any dealings with this company, since any driver can get into such a situation with an accidental scratch. And despite the paid insurance, they will yell at you, instead of even just telling you what to do next. Disgusting service! Shame on you! There is a suspicion that they do not insure cars at all, otherwise why yell at the customer like that! In any case, I advise you to find another rental, where customers and their work are treated adequately. According to the responses to the reviews of this "company", it is immediately clear that you should not contact them. I left a review on another search engine, you can read their answer. It's a complete disgrace.

I have known the company's employees for a long time. Polite and efficient guys. I made an order through them for this season as well. Lots of new cars. The prices are reasonable. The service is excellent.

I want to share my experience of using cars of this company. An excellent choice of cars, for the price and range, especially if you book in advance. Full Insurance is very important, especially when in a foreign country. I took Russian and international rights so that neither I nor the company would have any problems.
The cars are all new. It is very pleasant to use, the design takes a minimum of time. Everything is clearly explained in Russian... Since it can be very difficult to understand all the details of the design. There will definitely be no unpleasant surprises here.
