A very big, green, cool island. Among the advantages is a great beach, it is not destroyed by algae in the water (although they generally interfere with swimming), a wonderful selection of everything for breakfast - fruits, kombucha, Chinese eggs, they cook for breakfast in a wok and on teppan, a lot of vegetables, herbs, wonderful coffee (its own roasting on the island).
The spa deserves a special mention, it's just super!!! I took 5 signature rituals, with coconuts - incredible bliss!
Of the minuses, the sensations of rest depend on the type of villa, the micro nuances of finishing make either a ‘budget social repair from the developer’ or a very decent villa, both types can be called ‘family pavillion')
Another important point is which of the butlers will get, do not hesitate to ask for a replacement if contact does not work, a lot from the butler It depends.
There is a point with unclear changing rules - for example, with prizes in bottles - different employees voice different norms.
It's just a terrible hotel... for that kind of money, it's just a disaster. There is nothing to eat, everything is old, dirty, rusty, shabby (photo attached), dishes are old in restaurants, all muddy and stained. Room cleaning for 2 at lunch so that the lunch table could wait 2 hours in the most normal cafe (Well bar). They don't take care of children in any way. There is a glass with pencils and a coloring book in the kids' club. There is no reef. The shore is dirty. The bugs are so old and there is no depreciation in them. At the end of the rest, my back hurt terribly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's just a shame. 10 days of tears, not rest.
The hotel as a whole made a good impression.
Pros: the hotel is small, for 400+ guests, no one bothers anyone. Very green. There are many adult and elderly Europeans/Australians, etc. Quiz and bingo games (such as lotto) are organized a couple of times a week. There is an open-air cinema. And it's fun. The biggest plus is the kitchen. The food is very high quality, understandable to Russians and delicious. Drinks and cocktails are good too. Hookah is well made. There is a bike rental (the bikes are really tired). There is a coffee shop at the reception. The coffee is delicious.
Cons: the island is elongated and narrow - it's not very pleasant to walk in the heat. Fortunately, there are shuttles that are constantly being driven back and forth. A weak store. There are no swimming circles for small children, not all sizes of coral slippers, etc. there is no reef park once a day they take a boat for free to snorkeling (a very mediocre underwater world there). The biggest disadvantage is cleaning. Even tips don't help.
