We wanted to rent a Kia Serato, quickly agreed, arrived at the office, which is not at all in the center, to go far. Upon signing the contract, apparently the owner of the organization (he is in the photo below in the review dated 12.10.2024) began to teach us where to go, where not to go. When I found out that we were taking a car to go to Shaki, I suddenly started charging the price, saying that then the same car would cost us "almost twice as much", justifying this with car maintenance costs (uh, a small sedan for 120 manats per day did you want to rent?) and he began to persistently offer to take a cruzac, because there "you can't drive a sedan" (oh yes, the unbearably smooth asphalt from Baku to Sheki tormented us terribly on the trip))).
I said bluntly that I needed a budget car, I repeated it before arriving at the office and there not once, I said that we already had a trip plan, but I did not hear it, they just told me "can I tell you?".
But I asked you)
When I asked why the real terms of the lease were not immediately properly communicated to us so that we would not go to them in vain and waste time, he said, "I can't tell everyone everything exactly, this is how much time I need." What?
But there was more than enough time to teach us)
The car that was offered for rent was terribly dirty, not prepared for delivery to the arena (I attach photos and videos).
Right in the office, the staff had a table set with alcohol, they probably communicated with us in the break between toasts, you know in what condition. I don't recommend wasting time.

I want to say a big thank you to this car dealership and, in particular, to its owner, Nizami. We were looking for a car too early so as not to be left without a means of transportation, given the increasing tourist flow in Baku.
We randomly got to Nizami, who told us everything about the terms of the lease, the car options (and we needed a car for 6 people) - everything suited us, especially since it was still February 2024, and the car was taken in May.
In a couple of days, we confirmed the conditions announced to us and the car option (in our case, Kia Sorento, 7 seats).
The rental rate is very decent for this class. Very fast registration in the company's office.
During the registration, Nizami told us everything about the features of mountain roads, showed us the options for the best roads and we shook hands, taking our car)
Once again, I want to say a big thank you to the company!
A great car for our big company!!!

Kia forte was rented for 80 manats per day.The car was after an accident, the receipt was on fire, the cruise control was not working, the airbag was on fire. The price was higher than on the website, after the lease they demanded 10 manats for a car wash, although they did not say a word about it in advance.
Plus, I waited about 30 minutes for a person to come to take a car.
And so the person speaks Russian, is in touch in Whatsapp.
I do not recommend it, as a last resort...
