We waited 30 minutes for her to appear, but she didn't come up - they called another one, who took the order and returned 5 minutes later and said that it was all over, the whole kitchen was closed. We've already wasted 45 minutes on everything. They asked me to call the administrator. The administrator walked for 20 minutes, waiting purely out of principle. The receptionist is a fiasco in general - she came up to the table, sprawled on the couch and tells that she has the end of the month and she needs to do a summary, supposedly she can't keep an eye on the institution and the most she can do is apologize. The establishment is full of slag and lives while there is no competition . The attitude is bestial. We've worked in restaurants all our lives - we understand all the difficulties, but we've never allowed ourselves to do that. And everything would have been fine if the first waitress had immediately said that the order would not be accepted. The result is that the waiters don't care about anything. The receptionist went straight to the trash , she couldn't even apologize , except for the phrase "the most I can do is apologize"
