I took complex 4, for 35p.
When I got in the car, the first thing I saw was that nothing had been touched in the cup holders near the checkpoint. I immediately asked for it, and it was wiped off. Although after such wiping, the dirt just clogged in the corners, from where it needs to be vacuumed. Oh well. In general, at least it is not visible to the eye.
There had already been an unsuccessful experience before - they wiped the windows from the inside, wiped them very badly, the pretty clean glasses became greasy after washing and glittered very much on the lanterns in the city. I had to wash it myself. It's better this time - they just didn't touch them. But is it better?! In this context, it is better…
Upon arriving home, I discovered that the interior plastic on the rear doors had not been touched at all. From the word at all. I'm attaching a photo.
The next point is the plastic on the inside at the bottom of all the doors. This is the weakest point in most cars, as it is where they tend to rot. Living sand, living mud, and burnt mud. They didn't touch it either. I am attaching a photo of one door. There are four of them.
There are a number of other places on the body where it is clear that the rag did not touch them.
I chose a sink of this type in order not to freeze my hands in the cold myself and to clean the interior. It has become cleaner, but you still need to go and wash off the remaining dirt and salt yourself.
I know there is one person at this sink who does his job well. He (or rather, she) is not ashamed to leave a tip, I give it 5 stars. There are big questions for the other "masters".
A way out of the situation is possible — to warn in advance before washing to wash well, and after washing to carry out a real acceptance of the car.
Wash the cars normally, please, so that they don't have to be washed.

Disgusting service. The car was washed for 1.5 hours. Out of habit, I paid first, then came to pick up the car and was shocked. The plastic in the cabin is dirty, the windows are streaked, the discs are dirty. The receptionist, a girl who claims to have only been working for a couple of days (i.e., she is not registered in the state), importantly ignores the comments, she doesn't care at all. It is not possible to pay with a card, i.e. they hide the cash register to optimize taxes. My request to refund the money only for washing the interior and windows was refused. And calling the management didn't solve anything. That is, the management does not give a damn about customers and the level of service! I highly do not recommend this place!

In general, after such a wash, I take a rag and wash it myself, taking into account the fact that they paid 28 rubles. Inside, the car was dirty, and it remained so. We don't have a vacuum cleaner, the panel is all covered in dust, it's like they didn't vacuum between the seats at all. I would put a zero at all. Guys, there are more decent car washes in Gomel for that kind of money. The door mat was missing, apparently it was sucked in by a vacuum cleaner, but it was never found. The receptionist said they didn't have to pull anything out. And the fact that the car was washed so badly inside, so it was an intern, not an experienced one, you see. So why then take the full cost if a person is studying!?! In general, I do not recommend it!!!
