2-5% packet loss is the norm
Package losses started half a year ago. I called them and talked about it more than once. They say that this is normal.. It's normal that you have to switch to night mode so that you can play online games, because there were no losses at night, and recently they started at night. These are the worst [CENSORSHIP] you can find. It was probably difficult to find such stupid employees who just memorized the question-answer form and sit there assuring you that they are right and do not understand anything about their work. Tech. support is unavailable for months, no one wants to work there.
