But I could have done it in Russian, too. Upon arrival, at about 8 p.m., we quickly filled out the registration form and were in the room in 5 minutes. And the luggage was delivered immediately.
Later, we contacted them about problems with the front door, and they reacted quickly, but not very kindly. (By the way, they struggled with the door for 15 minutes, opened it, reprogrammed it, there were no more problems).

9. Children's club. One is inside the main building, one is closer to the beach area (while filling is being completed there, they promise to open within a week), it even seems to have a bedroom. For the first 6 days, there was no Russian-speaking staff member, which was a problem for most Russian-speaking children, of course. Although the girls Mislina, Ariana, Irem, and the eldest Sevil are very friendly, interested, and try to find a common language with everyone, they love children. They draw cool aquagrim, make handicrafts and are generally ready for any game or activity at the request of children. But it was hard for our people without a language. There are two bathrobes and two towels in the room, they wrote to bring a bathrobe to the child and a third towel. They still carry it. The food in the restaurant is varied, there is a lot of meat for dinner, a lot of vegetables and seasonal fruits. Everything is new, clean, and everything is constantly being rubbed and polished. Updating the review. The room bar has not been refilled for two days now. If you have an early departure, you will not have breakfast packed with you, the hotel does not have such a service.
