A great hotel for a relaxing stay! I was pleased with the location - right by the sea, a beautiful area with greenery. The rooms are clean, cozy, and cleaned regularly. The food is excellent - a large selection of dishes, everything is fresh and delicious.
The staff is attentive, solves any issues promptly. There is a nice spa and several pools. Excellent animation is organized for children. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is shallow - ideal for families with children.
On the downside, it can be windy sometimes, but this is a feature of the location. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay!

From 7.04 to 16.04 we are at the hotel together with my daughter (almost 6 years old)
1. The journey from the airport takes about 55 minutes
2. The hotel itself and the lobby:
+: everything is new, beautiful, modern design, spacious, clean
-: it is very cold in the corridors and halls
3. Reception: we were greeted with welcome drinks, asked in which language it was more comfortable to communicate and were glad that there were no problems with English. But I could have done it in Russian, too. Upon arrival, at about 8 p.m., we quickly filled out the registration form and were in the room in 5 minutes. And the luggage was delivered immediately.
Later, we contacted them about problems with the front door, and they reacted quickly, but not very kindly. (By the way, they struggled with the door for 15 minutes, opened it, reprogrammed it, there were no more problems).
4. Number: a number as a number in terms of visuals and functionality. The sea view is pleasant. All bathroom accessories, slippers, bathrobes for adults and children, capsule coffee machine, kettle, mini-bar.

But the next time and after the third complaint. And only a rubber band. The floor wasn't vacuumed or washed, and the towels weren't all changed. After the complaint, everything was fine, they probably kept the number under control every day, they were interested in whether everything was in order
- There is no stool (stand) for children in the hotel, it is inconvenient for little ones to wash.
5. Nutrition. We ate at the main restaurant for the most part. And the food there is absolutely ordinary. I have everything, I can't say that it's very tasty, it's fine. The coffee is good, there are fresh fruits, there are fruits. I can't say anything about alcohol, I don't use it.

There is a coffee shop and a pastry shop, one with pastries and Movenpick ice cream, the other with chocolate, desserts and ice cream. Special thanks for the large selection of unpackaged tea!
"-": we came to dinner several times and there were no empty tables. And we weren't alone with plates of cooling food in our hands and looking for a place. As a result, they picked out someone from the staff, waited and received a cold table, chairs and appliances brought from the street. It is not very clear why, at a temperature of 14 degrees, it was not immediately possible to bring them inside, but to wait for the guests' dissatisfaction every day.
6. Swimming pools. Of the open ones, only one is warming up, there is little space around it, and there are many people who want to. The main pool, adult and children's slides are ice-cold. But there are enough sun beds. The pool service is very unobtrusive. You can wait a long time for at least someone to order, and then the order itself.
7. The beach. A wide strip, lots of sun beds at a comfortable distance from each other and from the water. Shower, changing room, wooden playground. Bar, armchairs, sofas, swings. It's all right. The service is also not very active, but it is. The toll booths are packed.
8. Playgrounds. They are cool, big, for different ages, trampolines, rope climbing, slides. but!!! They don't have any tents, not a single one. It's a dubious pleasure in the heat.
9. Children's club. One is inside the main building, one is closer to the beach area (while filling is being completed there, they promise to open within a week), it even seems to have a bedroom. For the first 6 days, there was no Russian-speaking staff member, which was a problem for most Russian-speaking children, of course. Although the girls Mislina, Ariana, Irem, and the eldest Sevil are very friendly, interested, and try to find a common language with everyone, they love children. They draw cool aquagrim, make handicrafts and are generally ready for any game or activity at the request of children. But it was hard for our people without a language. Mine was bored too, because we moved here from a hotel with an active children's animation in Russian. The hotel reacted, and Karina appeared! There were more children in the club right away, mine was rushing to the club right from breakfast! And during our stay, there has been a noticeable increase in board games, sports, office, etc. So everything has become great here. We said goodbye to the girls for a long time, and my daughter didn't want to leave.
10. Adult animation: friendly guys are here too, trying their best. Yoga, boccia, volleyball, crossfit. There are no shows yet, in the evening after the mini-disco there is live music in the club. The street scene is not involved, it's not the season yet, and it's been cold so far.
11. Photos: pleasant, tactful photographers, without imposition and persistent touting, do not put pressure on their vision, they hear the client.
12. The hotel's territory is compact, but not small, and pretty. Of course, it takes time for all the fresh plantings to grow, but they are there and there are many of them.
I would like to mention the staff separately: very friendly, polite, very responsive everywhere, except, perhaps, the reception.
Overall, the impression is positive, not luxury, but there are chances for premium if you want and try hard.
