The hotel is located a short distance from the sea, but in return you get a fabulous view of the bay and islands for breakfast and the opportunity to have a cup of coffee in one of the lovely coffee shops on the way to the sea and back. By the way, about breakfast: it's high-quality, there aren't enough stars from the sky, but you definitely won't stay hungry.
The staff is very friendly, ready to help with minor household issues, everything is as it should be.
The rooms are clean, fairly spacious, and have everything you would expect from a hotel of this level - a hairdryer, a safe, a good mattress and clean linens, etc.
In general, I highly recommend it.,

Very polite staff, comfortable rooms (we were upgraded to economy standard). The recreational area on the territory of the hotel is also more than cozy: tables, lanterns, decoration. The buffet breakfasts are quite plentiful, the tables are located on a beautiful veranda.
Also, residents can attend yoga classes for free (from 7:30 to 8:30), which is held on a site overlooking the sea once every three weeks on certain days (unfortunately, I did not remember which ones).
Initially, we planned to stay only for a day, but we really enjoyed it and extended it for the second one.

An excellent hotel and at a very reasonable price, considering that breakfast is included. The rooms are clean, spacious with balconies, daily cleaning. Change of towels every day. Everyone is polite and smiling. The view from the hotel is amazing. If desired, you can even do laundry, there is a laundress. There is water, tea, coffee, and sugar in the rooms. Both dollars, euros, and lira are accepted for payment.

A wonderful hotel, with its own atmosphere. Excellent staff, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Special thanks to Diana. Unfortunately, I don't know the man's name, but I helped him a lot when he needed help. Yes, the hotel is on the mountain, yes there is a staircase (on the opposite side there is a road without stairs). But- what views open up! And near the center. We really enjoyed everything!

Amazing view! Cleanliness and beauty in the rooms. There is everything you need! The staff is simply the best - they always helped in everything, everyone is very polite and kind. There is everything you need near the hotel - shops, cafes, pharmacies and ATMs - all within walking distance.
The breakfasts are very tasty! And even with such a view!
I highly recommend this hotel!
There is only one disadvantage - it's loud music until 2 a.m., regardless of the day of the week.
But all the advantages cover this small minus

We did not expect that we would find such a stylish, comfortable and beautiful hotel after we came across it at the last moment from the Internet, found availability and made a reservation. We have already made our reservation for one year after sipping our drink in two different rooms, breakfast in the kaş view and infinity pool, with the sound of a waterfall, which makes us say that this much can't happen.
The interest and relevance from the beginning to the end is also excellent.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean, the interior is excellent, the staff is very friendly. They helped with the luggage, and they settled in very quickly. Well, the most important thing is the view from the room, and the gorgeous beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Nice place, stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Beautiful view of the bay, a great place to sit with Baikal wine. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, lots of dishes.
Of the minuses - weak water pressure, do not stay in the shower for a long time. I also didn't like the breakfasts, it's better to look in the city.

I liked everything very much: the breakfasts are delicious, the selection is large, the staff is very friendly, one girl knows Russian, it was comfortable to communicate. The cleaning is good. The view from the window is wonderful.
Cons: the pool is open only until 19:00, I wanted to go swimming in the evening. The hotel is located on a hill, every time we had to climb a steep staircase — but for us this is not a minus.

We really liked the hotel!
We arrived for two days, as a result we stayed for 6 days!)) And we will come again next year!
A quiet hotel surrounded by greenery.
There is a private pool, Parking. Yoga classes are held in the mornings. The staff speaks Russian, English, Turkish. Good wi-fi.
We had a family room with an incredible view from the balcony!
The room is clean, renovated, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and dishes for every taste.
Gel / shampoo/soap, washing powder, capsules for the dishwasher, for washing dishes... everything is there! Don't think about anything!
Since the room is a family room with a kitchen, breakfast was not included in the price and cleaning too!
We had great breakfasts on the balcony, cooked for ourselves!))
But you can also order (buffet) 200 liras/person.
There are no significant disadvantages! Just the little things: a singed iron and board, a long barrier had to wait for entry / exit.

An excellent hotel for a holiday in the city of Kash. I love this city. The room had a great view of the sea. Convenient location. Two rooms. The bed, the bed linen are all fine. There were problems with the water pressure, the hotel staff quickly fixed everything. There is no elevator. If it's not very comfortable with a stroller.

I was here at the end of April 2023. The hotel is on fire. Ants in the room. And by the way, there was a spider once again. She complained - they treated her, but apparently not to the end, because the ants still appeared, albeit in smaller numbers.
The administrators are businesslike, as if I didn't come to get a job. Especially Jeanne. Well, it's just cool, such a tone. Queen. It was as if money had come to her to ask for a loan.
The stupid waitress at the hotel restaurant is beyond praise. Either he won't carry it, then he'll confuse it, then he'll drop it with a bang. It's a pleasure. Although she is sweet and immensely sympathetic.
Not to say when booking the last dinner that it will be WITHOUT a choice of dishes - delight, thank you, it was extremely tasteless and expensive. However, it was almost always tasteless and expensive. Except for breakfast. For me, it was a surprise every time, how could you, for example, think of spoiling delicious fresh white fish with sour tomato sauce and, for example, potatoes grated and fried in oil to a brown state? And why?
Repairs under the windows with a roar, screeching and screams of workers? Why not, delight. To fix everything that fell off, there's not enough winter, winter is short, right?
Everything is amazing.
The location on the mountain is difficult to attribute to the cons, it is a harsh given.
The view and the breakfasts are great. The rest is like that. I really regretted the money spent. I'm very tired.
Kash is wonderful. But don't set foot in the moon anymore.

I liked it · 1. I liked the price-quality ratio. The location is on a mountain, but if you have a car, it is not critical.
2. Spacious apartment, lots of dishes, all the furniture.
3. Gorgeous view from the balcony to the sea.
4. The staff speaks both Russian and English.
There are no disadvantages. Well, except for the lack of a kitchen towel, as well as a lot of pots and pans, but they are all without lids. But this is if you really really find fault))

An unpleasant impression remained
When paying on the spot, they cheat with the exchange rate when the change is considered. When paying in dollars, not euros, as in booking, the conversion is at an unfavorable rate. But! The change is given in lira.
They also ask you to cancel on the agrigator for a 5% discount. The staff is not trained, especially cleaning, they work poorly. Hot water and pressure are also problems. I do not recommend it!
