I came with a great mood and a desire to have a delicious meal, I understand perfectly well that it is Ramadan, but there are people who do not fast for health reasons or are in a position (pregnancy) I think they should be taken into account too! I arrived at 4 p.m. There are still 2.5 hours before Iftar! They didn't even let me into the hall, they met me on the threshold and escorted me out 🤦♀️ You won't have time to order and eat, they told me, 2.5 hours, Carl,2,5 hours, during this time you can eat a whole big tobacco! Terribly upset a pregnant, hungry girl! It would have been enough for me to have a quick snack in 30 minutes , and not go hungry all over the city home . It was terribly tactless and not customer - oriented !

There was one of the most elegant restaurants in Karaganda, Dissident, and now it has been turned into a station canteen-it is uncomfortable, the level of dishes is low, the service is catastrophic. Why was this alteration necessary? Don't set foot in this diner anymore
