We liked it. Pleasant Russian hosts from the Moscow region. They have good grandchildren who have been filming a wonderful company for my children.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided. At first it seemed expensive, but after having dinner three evenings in a cafe, we realized that Marina Sergeevna and Valery's were cheaper and much better! The Abkhazian cuisine did not impress me and my household with its variety or taste. And here the portions are "from soul to soul," as they say. Designed for a healthy adult))
Therefore, for four people (2 adults + 2 children) we took 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 3 dinners. 300 r, 500 r and 400 r, respectively. It was very tasty, a lot and varied. Not once in 9 days has the food been repeated.

I feel sorry for those who are on their own (without a car)... There is nothing to do around except the sea. The sea is 10 minutes away by a primer. There is a decent store nearby where you can buy various important things, such as beer, cigarettes, snacks, ice cream and other things. Prices are like in the whole of Abkhazia, probably. That is, it is expensive))
The sea is gentle, warm, there are no people, there is a cool pier from which you can fish or dive. Take a fishing rod with you.
In general, I recommend it! Probably, next year we will come again for 5 days, and she will go to civilization, to Sochi)))

Lukomorye in Alakhadze is a good guest house. The price/ quality ratio satisfied us.
Hospitable hosts: Russian, very pleasant, sociable, open, themselves from the Moscow region.
Since there are no cafes and canteens nearby, this minus brightens up the home kitchen (the hostess cooks beautifully and professionally).
To the sea - a good road in a straight line.
The purest water in the sea!
The beach is nice, there is a cafe.
Yes, cows walk on the beach, but this is the local flavor!
For a relaxing family holiday, this guest house is very suitable.

We have been vacationing here every year since 2017. A quiet place, excellent hosts, delicious food, a cozy family house - we book it every year. Clear sea and few people! It's a pity, this year without the sea, next year we will definitely be!

We had a rest here at the end of August 2021 and now we have chosen this place for recreation again. Pros: few people and as a result - cleaner water, good air, beautiful garden, very friendly Russian hosts, delicious homemade food in large portions and conscientiously, 10 minutes to the sea, Wi-Fi is provided, the house has a TV, a small refrigerator, a separate bathroom. There is a cafe near the sea, a grocery store next to the house. If desired, you can go through Primorskaya Street to the Main Street - there is a cafe and a dining room, and you can also buy fruits, beach accessories, etc. And most importantly, unlike in Sochi, they did not catch any infections. There is also a bus stop 10 minutes from the house and, if desired, you can take a minibus either to Pitsunda or Gagra, etc. and take a walk on your own. The disadvantages can only be found by those who, when vacationing in the village for little money, want conditions like in a cool hotel.

We found ourselves with a young man in this guest house in August 2021. The goal was to take a few days off from the hustle and bustle of the city by the sea, there were no excessive requirements for the hotel initially. I found this guest house on Travelat and, based on the description, the price-quality ratio suited us. But what appeared before us in fact, to be honest, it is difficult to call even a guest house... I'll start in order. I called Marina, the owner of this house, and asked her to arrange a paid transfer from the airport. She agreed, but we had a very early arrival, and she tried in every possible way to persuade us to a later transfer, which was inconvenient for us, since it was obvious that after the flight we wanted to come to the hotel as soon as possible, and not wander around Adler. As a result, we agreed that the transfer would arrive at the right time for us. Thanks for that, and that's the first and only plus. We were brought to the house while the guests were still asleep. We changed our clothes as quietly as possible in the summer shower in the courtyard, took our beach clothes and were going to go to the sea while our room was not ready yet. There, by the sea, they planned to have breakfast. We asked Marina where we could go for breakfast, because it is logical that she, as a resident of the village, could know good cafes. The answer to our question was: "I cook here." Then she offered to cook breakfast and lunch for us. She said about the cafe that there are some, but she doesn't know anything for sure. We delicately declined the offer to eat in this house and left. I will not write about the adventures in the morning Alakhadze, this is a separate story)) But the location near Lukomorye leaves much to be desired: there is a dirt road with cow cakes to the sea, along which cars drive every now and then and you have to go to the side of the road. After walking around the village, we returned to the house. We were given a room in a shared house. The furniture is old, there is dust not in visible places. That is, what might catch your eye was wiped, and then it will come off. Hair was found in the bed linen, apparently from past guests. The bathroom is shared by several rooms. That's the real horror. It's untidy, there are other people's supplies everywhere, hair on the sink and on the shelves. It feels like we didn't come to the guest house, where each guest cleans up after himself and keeps his personal belongings in his room, but to visit his grandmother. It was disgusting to be there and use something. On the very first day, we decided that we would look for another place to live. But, since there was no strength after the binding and a hard morning, we decided to spend the night in Lukomorye, and in the morning go in search of another place to live. In the morning, we were woken up by the noise of children playing in the next room. The fact is that there is a common hall and children play right in it, actually behind our flimsy door. I couldn't even stand it and went out to ask the guys to be quiet, but it didn't really help. Please note that the hosts absolutely do not care that noise causes discomfort to some of the guests. We couldn't sleep anymore, so we got up and went to look for another hotel, which we had previously warned Marina about. They also said that there were no complaints against her personally, we expected the best, focusing on the description on the Travel website and we don't even think about asking for a refund for our accommodation. As a result, we chose a room in the Grand Hotel of Gagra, stayed the night there, and returned for our things the next morning. Perhaps someone will be satisfied with such rest and accommodation, decide for yourself. But I've been to 4-5* hotels abroad, and to guest houses in the Krasnodar Territory, but I've never seen such dirt and unsanitary conditions anywhere else.

A wonderful quiet place for a relaxing holiday. Clean, cozy courtyard, excellent food, friendly hosts. The sea is right down the street and you run into the beach. There is a shop next to the house.

Nice, cozy guest house. The hosts are hospitable and wonderful people. from the sea 400 meters along an asphalt road. If you need a quiet rest, without fuss and stormy communication, it is quite suitable.

A great vacation for reasonable money. A cozy guest house, homely atmosphere and hospitable hosts. A large, enclosed area (you can park a car), a Playground. We had a rest with the whole family for more than one year) everything is very pleasant

I went for 3 weeks and looked closely. and then I talked to the neighbors. I was looking for alternative DGS.
Lukomorye is the best guest house in Abkhazia. the Russian hosts became like my family, took into account my wishes for food. surveillance cameras on the premises. garden figs grapes pears lemons tangerines.

I recommend returning by 20 00. It's dark anyway. and the people in Ayuhasia are hot.
meals are available on request, you can ask the owners to bring fruits from the market.
stop at Pitsunda or Gagra in a 12-minute walk. The sea is 900 meters away. There are 3 people and 7 cows and me at sea. Beauty!
of the cons; 1) there is no refrigerator in the room. 2) There is no bell at the gate. 23 05 tlf sat down and slept on the beach. 3) payment is called for the whole room, although I was resting alone in a three-room. and I paid for 2 empty beds.
I haven't been there for three years.. I was vacationing in Turkey, I'm resting, but my heart wants to GO THERE! to the Lukomorye Guest house. to Marina.
