There are many modern cars in the city that are recommended to fill with this particular type of fuel. However, there are no 98 anywhere in Polotsk or Novopolotsk, which is really sad. The staff is polite, but the people, it's the people who come there to refuel! There are huge queues, it's better to find another gas station on the way than here.
