The beaches are comfortable, with soft sun beds and fluffy towels. Cool pier with wild boars, zone 16+.
Bugs are moving around the territory, which is very convenient for such a large space.

A very cool hotel!!!! We are visiting it for the third time and every time we are absolutely delighted! I recommend it! You won't regret it. The steep beaches of the pier are beyond praise. If someone is there. Be sure to book a full-day catamaran trip. The crew knows their job. Places just dump flasks))))))) And the catamaran itself is very cool. There are nine restaurants for every taste on site.No excursions are needed, there is something to do. There is a very chic play area for children.

We have been here 2 times already and we were sure that we would have a great vacation. But both the staff and the human factor can ruin everything. It's just terrible: there are not enough staff everywhere: restaurants, housekeeping, bartenders.
There is no buffet in the hotel, and therefore all restaurants in Alaska must be booked in advance. Which is what we always did, but what a surprise it was to arrive at the restaurant at a pre-booked time and see a huge queue at the entrance. It's like they came to the cafeteria. The dishes are brought within an hour, or even longer, while half are forgotten and not delivered. You have to remind everyone 10 times, you don't put napkins, you don't put appliances either. There are simply no words to describe every detail of our disappointment at this hotel. The bottom line is this: if you want to spend your vacation in a luxury hotel, then you definitely won't go to Lujo.
As a result, in May 2025, I persuaded them to visit this unrealistically beautiful hotel, as all the managers assured me that they had worked on the mistakes and fixed everything. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend's birthday,(30.04. 2024-07.05.2024)It all started off amazing with the flight. The flight was overnight. We were greeted beautifully in a Mercedes, brought to the hotel, we were looking forward to our arrival, as we were exhausted and really wanted to sleep. The arrival was at 3 a.m. But here we were in for a huge disappointment. No one met us... the whole plane!!! And despite the fact that the plane is from the hotel.... There was one employee at the reception who was in shock. And he didn't know anything. Is it possible that an organized plane from the hotel, which was unexpected ...))) People began to panic and resentment, we were not settled.... Referring to the fact that the rooms are not ready ... then the big question is why they brought us on this flight ....???
I am completely disappointed, I did not expect such a start to my vacation at all, especially in a hotel of this level, for a space price tag. We haven't slept for twenty-four hours. We were given a room just before lunch. Broken and tired, we did not sort out the category and just settled in.... We overslept this day... the rest day just dropped out.
We began to explore the territory of the hotel on our own using the map. It was only later that I saw the joy girls as they politely greet the guests, show and tell everything. We didn't have that)) I actually only saw joy at the end of my vacation, and that was because I left my hat and asked to find it.
For such a check-in, the hotel provided us with a variety of compliments (transfer to the Marina, room service, dinner at a paid restaurant, wild boar on the beach, etc.) I am very grateful for such privileges!! ! It resembles a dining room. And there is no such "collective farm" in Luji. Everything is stylish! A large number of restaurants! The central one worked around the clock!!!! I really liked Italian! We stayed at this hotel in June 2024. The hotel is large, located on a hill, so it is possible to move there only on small electric cars and escalators, which are located directly under the open sky)). The territory is beautiful, the sea is excellent, the food is delicious according to the a la carte system.
But, you wait a very long time for your order in the restaurant, it may be confused or not brought at all, this has happened repeatedly (We lived in a two-story villa with its own pool, the villa is old, the doors are cracked, creak and barely close, the pool was cleaned once in 10 days, the water in it, apparently, is changed once a season the water in it is dirty. Water was brought once every 2-3 days. I got one star for all this, the hotel is very expensive, but it doesn't pull that kind of money.
I have visited this hotel twice. I like the fact that you can get to the hotel on their own plane. Business class aircraft. They meet you in business-class minibuses. The rooms are lovely and large. Client Service and Reservation Management is awful VERY VERY BAD
Our vacation was scheduled for May 1-7, 2025, but due to security issues, flights to and from Moscow were canceled and we had to extend the room for another three days, which was way out of our budget. When the flights were restored, there were many more people willing to leave than there were seats on the planes, and we decided to return home via Istanbul. The flight from Bodrum to Istanbul at 18.30, of course, we asked for a late checkout, to which the "Attentive" concierge service, knowing about our difficulties, offered to pay another 350 euros and move to another room for 3 hours, but the reason for the inability to meet us was precisely that there were no rooms.
In general, such a disgusting, completely non-client-oriented approach is a disgrace for the LUJO hotel. The whole impression was ruined, just by one such message.
ANOTHER OF THE CONS:
The hotel staff does not speak English, even the top management is very poor at speaking the language, and so is Russian, respectively.
There is a practice in this hotel to take sun beds and leave for half a day, this is not regulated by the management in any way.
There's only one hook in the bathroom for a couple of bathrobes and a couple of towels, which is terribly inconvenient.
The music is loud in the evenings, the air conditioning system is very noisy, so it is also impossible to close the windows / balcony and enjoy the silence before going to bed.
Of the advantages: the room is good, cleaned carefully, the fitness room with a swimming pool is good and always free, the pool is 20 meters. Food-separate restaurants with a la carte menu. Desserts are very tasty, but it's better not to overdo it) there is a candy store with delicious sweets.
The cuisine is varied if you come for a week. Then I tried everything :)
Cons: be prepared for the fact that no matter how you ask to pay attention to your order, they will delay, forget, bring the wrong thing. Apparently, the team did not work well at the beginning of the season. Sushi is a nightmare) There is 1 star separately. I don't know where else I've met such terribly cooked sushi. Waiters are often distracted. Whether they are overloaded or not motivated is not clear.
A premium class hotel. We bought it through the Loti travel agency. The tour includes a business class flight. A hotel for a quiet respectable holiday. There is a 16+ zone (beach area) - where there is constant animation for the young (dancing, music, shows all day). Daily evening performances. There is a court and a gym. Food, service, cosmetics in the room - for 5+. There is a manager attached to each number (via WhatsApp) where you can solve any problem. Mostly Russian couples with children have a rest. The recreation areas are very well distributed. The lagoon sea is marked with the blue flag of UNESCO. The purest water without waves. There is only one drawback - it is expensive.
I rested for the second time at the lujo hotel in early July 2024. The impression of the hotel is simply unforgettable.The location of the hotel is about a very beautiful place, transparent azure sea and white sand. The rest turned out to be great also thanks to two charming and smiling girls working at the hotel - Marina Chernichenko and Alina Goncharenko, who helped make it even more comfortable for me.Almost around the clock, the girls were in touch, informed about the program for the day, helped to solve the problems that arose in a short time. We had a family vacation in early August (2 adults and 2 children). Among the advantages: a good gym, beautiful views, a decent spa. Among the cons: concierges respond from 10 minutes to 3 hours (apparently high workload), a small playground, shows 2 times a week (in the evening), DJs the rest of the time. The food in restaurants is very different ... in general for 4+, but they do not always bring well the first time (there was not fresh tuna, poorly fried meat, etc.) - at the same time, everything is redone. It is quite crowded by the sea, you can find a place by the pools at any time. Of the water activities for children - 4 slides and that's it.
In general, this is not a good option for families, for couples who want to hang out, they can come in - it's quite incendiary in the evenings

There are no perfect hotels. What is more important is how the whole team corrects these shortcomings, how involved everyone is in the process, from management to housekeeping. All issues are resolved promptly, with minimal time losses for you and are accompanied by pleasant bonuses. This, in my opinion, is very important! There were no questions about the quality of the food. Alcohol is also at a good level. The music is playing a little loud in the restaurant on the beach, but not critically. The shows are worthy! People paid to swim in cold water, although when they bought the room it was written everywhere that the water was heated by ice.

I stayed at this hotel in mid-October, I was very lucky with the weather - it was up to 28 degrees celsius in the afternoon, and in the evening it was fresh and it was enough to throw on a warm sweater. The hotel is located on a hill, at the entrance you are greeted with a glass of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. The reception, conference rooms and the main view restaurant are located in the same building at the highest level. The rooms are located in different buildings in height, respectively, some with sea views, but they are more remote from the beach, and some with views of the trees and the interior, but next to the sea - I got just such a room. Spacious, with a separate dressing room, 2 sinks in the bathroom area and full sets (including for women, if you forgot something at home). On the balcony there is a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a large sunbed (I never used them, by the way). A bottle of red wine and a Turkish walnut pie were brought to the room upon arrival as a compliment (I did not try either, since there was more than enough food and drinks in restaurants). Everything was included in the mini-bar: non-carbonated water in glass bottles (I don't remember which one, but Turkish), carbonated (San Pellegrino), there was some other choice of alcohol and sweet soda, but I don't remember what exactly, since I don't drink it. On food: for me, almost everything was delicious, not always a top five, but a solid four for sure. All food in restaurants is ordered via an electronic menu through scanning the barcode. Dishes with photos, so it's easy enough to make a choice. The second time in this hotel, at the same time of the year, only with a difference of one year. The hotel has not changed, but has become better, due to the show program that took place in the evenings. Beautiful outfits, good music, rooms, Pablo Escobar, a wonderful bar with shows and rooms. Delicious cuisine, Prosecco, Moet, drinks for every taste. The waiters work quickly, helpfully, and the staff is attentive. The sea is clean, the pool does not feel chlorine, the rooms are well cleaned. It is unclear about the food, you need to book for dinner every time, look for free restaurants in the morning and at lunch. But the food is all very tasty. You wait for waiters on the beach for a very long time. But in principle, the waiters are friendly.
