The disgusting work of the post office!!! Firstly, the hotline does not work, it rang five times for 15 minutes of waiting, the call is reset, no one picks up the phone! Secondly, why don't they serve customers on Saturdays, in the distance along Artyom Street?! Thirdly, why is the post office still not working on Metallistov Street! ? The mail works abominably. I am waiting for a parcel from Vladivostok while the parcel was being tracked across the Russian Federation. As soon as she left Rostov on August 30, she simply disappeared, the destination of the village of Rodakovo was sent from Vladivostok on 08/25.23.She left Rostov on 30.08.23. 10 days have passed and there is no parcel, and nothing is known about it in our mail.
