The rooms are pleasant to look at. Although where they walked on the carpet is immediately visible. The cleanliness and service was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Breakfast buffet, egg cases, sweets, sausages or sausages. The eggs are separate. The coffee seems to be ground for 4 cups, but you can drink it. On the 14th floor there is a lunch of ready meals as part of the excursion program. There is WiFi and it was enough for YouTube, although sometimes the connection was interrupted. It was cold in the rooms on January 4, but it was enough to get into bed and immediately pass out. It's just cold to sit at this time. The staff is pleasant at the reception desk and at the entrance to the dining room. We checked the numbers. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression when visiting Belarus.
The hotel is not bad. Declared 3 stars, confirms. We stayed for 2 nights (group check-in), standard room. The room is small, but clean, and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is clean. The bathroom is spacious, there is a shelf for cosmetics, there is a socket for a hairdryer, but a hairdryer is available on request. Two detergent dispensers: above the sink and in the shower stall. Three towels each (bath towel, face towel and foot towel). The room was most impressed by the large number of mirrors (2 in the bathroom - above the sink and in full height, next to the shower cabin and in the room itself there are also 2 mirrors). It was very cold in the room, as the heating had already been turned off, but on request, the maid brought a heater and a bathrobe. The only drawback is that there is no kettle, but there is a cooler in the hallway (very close to our room), although it is not very convenient to pour hot water into a low glass. And there are only 2 glasses of dishes in the room, no spoon, no plate, no water carafe. The buffet was pleasantly surprised, and it seemed that no one else lived in the hotel except our group. Everything is very well organized, no queues, no pandemonium. We had breakfast in 2 places: Day 1 on the 2nd floor, in the 2nd room on the 14th floor. The range is standard, but everything you need is available. There are a lot of empty seats, dishes are served promptly, dirty dishes are quickly cleaned. The hotel has a very pleasant impression, the staff is friendly, quick to respond to the requirements and wishes of the guests. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
The location of the hotel is almost in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The room was on the 9th floor, there are 4 elevators, you don't have to wait. The room is a single room, not big, but cozy and clean, everything that is stated is present - TV, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer. The bed linen and towels look new and clean. There's a water cooler in the hallway. The staff was polite, and all requests were handled quickly. The price included breakfast, "buffet", the choice is not huge, but everything is fresh, delicious, no one left hungry.
A four-star hotel!!!
There are shops nearby, and if you walk to the center of the square, there are shops for every taste.
It is difficult to wait for the elevator at the hotel during rush hour, and keep this in mind.
Breakfast:the buffet. The choice is quite diverse, the food is delicious, you definitely won't stay hungry, but there is a small but significant difference... Breakfast starts at seven in the morning, and since most of the guests are tourists after all, and departure for further excursions is basically at the same time, all this mass flocks to breakfast at the same time, and a rather big queue is formed. Keep that in mind, too.
And so the hotel is very good for its "stardom" (there is something to compare it with) !!!
Check in and don't worry!!!
Good location of the hotel, cozy rooms, the room has everything you need (kettle, plates, glasses, mugs, bathrobes).
Meals are served in the restaurant, you can pay for breakfast immediately (buffet), or you can order from the restaurant menu. They cook very tasty and fast. You can come for breakfast from 7 a.m., which is very convenient. In addition, there is no need to look for anything for lunch and dinner, the restaurant is always ready to feed)). Very tasty and not expensive
Nice hotel, spacious room, everything is clean. The bathroom is large, towels and soap accessories were always provided.
On the downside, the Internet was very slow, and it also fell off very often, and I almost always had to use the mobile Internet. We were a company, one couple lived on the 6th floor, the second on the 8th, the situation was the same everywhere.
Although there is not much choice in breakfasts, you can have a hearty meal without any problems.
I definitely give a rating of 5. We were on New Year's holidays, we stopped by on January 3, 2025 (for one night), then extended for another one. The room is simple, but very nice - clean and cozy. After a bad hotel in Minsk, we were afraid that we would be disappointed again, but we were completely delighted. The cost is quite reasonable. We had breakfast in the restaurant on the 14th floor, everything was delicious and the price was good. If we visit this city again, we will stay at this hotel.
Clean, nice room, courteous staff, conveniently located hotel. There are parking spaces near the hotel and on the side of the shopping center. As a suggestion, it is not very convenient to put a kettle or a carafe of water in the room, walk with a small cup, and draw water for tea in the cooler.
Various stars of the Slavyansky Bazaar have stayed at this hotel, and there are autographs in the lobby. For 5000₽ a two-room room. Clean, view from the Windows, all amenities, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, large shower, bathroom the size of a room with a bathtub, quiet, cozy. There were only slippers, and the plumbing was a little old. We haven't tried the food, the restaurant is on the 14th floor. Thank you, we will be in Vitebsk only there.
It is a very pleasant hotel, the rooms are clean and everything you need. I really liked the single room. Everything worked fine, it was very cozy. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The location is close to the very center. I RECOMMEND ❤
A great place, we were on May 3-4, the room turned out to be an apartment, 2 bedrooms + a common room, 2 toilets and a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, sink, dishes). 2 breakfast options: buffet 25 RUB/person. Or in an a la carte restaurant. Very reasonable prices!!!! For a family of 5 people (2 adults+3 children), the price was 55 rubles. They paid 200 for the room and it's sooo profitable!!!
Yes, the interior is not super modern, but everything is clean and tidy! And the location of the hotel is convenient, near a small shopping center and a grocery store, a little further (5 minutes by car or 2-3 stops) - large shopping and entertainment centers. In the other direction, 15-20 minutes on foot - Victory Square, park. We were sooo satisfied!!
It's a very decent hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Everything that was necessary for life was.In general, I liked it. But, there are moments due to which I lowered the rating. The garbage was not taken out of the room (we lived for 3 days). They put up a "Get out" sign, but in vain. We were ignored. This is the first point. Further, rather, a complaint to the management of the hotel. Since there were several excursion groups during the holidays, the work in the kitchen was not properly organized. People came to breakfast with empty plates and saucepans. It was 12/31/24. You can't do that. This is the second very sad moment.
It was a decent hotel, polite staff, the rooms were clean, there was a guarded parking lot nearby, which I really liked, we lived on the 12th floor, the view from the window was great, the city was in full view, beautiful, a grocery store was two steps away from the hotel, a penny.
I really liked the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, everything is provided for a comfortable stay down to the smallest detail, I did not want to leave. I liked the breakfast, you can have breakfast for every taste. Unfortunately, I couldn't have dinner at the restaurant, group service only, I had to go look for a restaurant to have dinner, it's inconvenient
I really liked it) quiet, calm, clean) I liked the restaurant too - fast service, delicious food, open from 7:00. So we had dinner and breakfast without fuss, but quickly. Thanks
Thanks a lot to the hotel staff. We moved in with a group from St. Petersburg on 12/29/24, everything is fine, and the rooms, and the service, and the food, and the location. But when I checked out, I left a leather shirt in the room, and when we arrived in Smolensk, I discovered it was missing. I called the reception desk, explained the situation, and today I received it through a receipt.
Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the return of my shirt.
We lived in the comfort room (more recent furniture differs from the standard) on the 13th floor. It was cool in the room, right on the edge: the temperature would have been even a couple of degrees lower, and it would have been uncomfortable to be there. The batteries are a little warm for some reason. Otherwise, there are no complaints about the room: everything is clean, neat and tidy. However, the walls between the rooms were made of cardboard: you could hear every word from the neighbors, and the volume of the conversation was quite normal. We were lucky that they calmed down not so late, and we were able to sleep well.
I took off the star for sound insulation and breakfast. His organization is just limping along wildly. The hotel has 14 floors, and they are trying to feed everyone in a small room on the 2nd floor, in which there are 20 tables, no more. Well, it's a complete failure. We had to stand in line for food, and when we finally reached the distribution, it turned out that most of the dishes were over, and the new batch had not yet arrived.. As a result, the breakfast time turned out to be completely different from what we had planned.
The food itself is delicious, and the food quality is good.
The overall impression of the hotel remained positive.
Wonderful hotel, hospitality, cleanliness, delicious and high-quality food, comfort I recommend you 100%. The Russian national trampoline team. Many thanks to the staff and happy new year!
One of the old hotels, has been renovated many times, the quality has been improved, there is convenient Parking, very convenient location, celebrities and participants of the Slavic Bazaar often relax. There is even its own sauna, but it was under renovation, perhaps it has already been repaired.
A good quality city hotel. It is located slightly away from the center. But, a very inexpensive taxi, there is public transport. Hiking enthusiasts can walk for 35-40 minutes.
The surroundings and atmosphere are slightly reminiscent of Soviet hotels :) Tomorrow is a bit meager, but, on the whole, an ordinary hotel. The combination of price and quality is optimal.
We traveled on motorcycles, so the guarded parking was a plus, although it was paid (~ 250 rubles per night from a motorcycle).
Very nice hotel! Nice staff. It gives off a bit of the Soviet spirit, but for me it's a plus, its own atmosphere. I stayed for one night with a guided tour. The room is large, bright, clean. Large bathroom, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, bathrobes, towels for body, feet and hands. The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable, the linen is fresh. There are bottles of water, tea and coffee bags in the room. For breakfast there was an omelette, cottage cheese, cheese, ham, no frills, but everything is delicious. I boldly recommend this hotel, except that there were not enough slippers in the room)
I want to leave a review about the hotel, I recently stayed in these apartments, they were advised to me by an employee Elizabeth, a responsive girl, told me everything in detail. The room turned out to be really nice and spacious. The room had a living room, a bedroom, an office, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The room had air conditioning, which was good news. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, the food is very tasty, there is a Swedish line with a fairly diverse selection.
I will be happy to come here again!
We stayed at the Lucesa Hotel for one night. The room is great - large, bright, clean, and beautiful. The towels, however, are not the first freshness, nor are the bathrobes. Breakfast is modest - Herculean porridge, some vegetables, pancakes, draniki, coffee - but enough of everything. Thanks to the hotel for the hospitality!
A wonderful hotel. Large room, comfortable bed. Most importantly, modern renovation, which is not often seen in Belarus. And maybe I was lucky, but the room was quiet. I'm usually a light sleeper and the slightest noise wakes me up, but here I slept like a baby. So I will definitely come back again.
A classic premium hotel from the time of the Soviet Union.
Advantages: convenient location, clean rooms, reasonable prices
Cons: a meager buffet and a small restaurant for such a hotel, extra fixtures from the past
An excellent hotel for its segment. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. There is a small restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, the prices correspond to the level
First of all, the room and the bed linen are clean, this is the main plus. Excellent staff. There is a large parking lot. a decent breakfast . the rooms are simple without pathos, very very simple)) I recommend it!
The room is old, Soviet. Unclear. I ordered dinner from a local restaurant, delicious and fast service. In the morning, breakfast in the restaurant, buffet. Wonderful! Delicious, varied.
I liked everything.
The staff is attentive.
The shower is not bad.
The room is spacious.
The main thing is that the bed is very comfortable, which is important.
Clean, and the room and linen.
I recommend.
Cozy and clean rooms, friendly staff. The furniture in the rooms is relatively new, and the room also has a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning and a large bed. There is soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The room is big enough.
A very simple hotel, without frills and frills. We stayed in a large room-three rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. That's enough for one night. There is no corridor at all - there is nowhere to leave shoes and clothes. Warm, nice beds. It's fine for one night.
We use the sauna with our friends in this institution, we are satisfied with everything, they give us bathrobes, slippers, sheets, everything we need. It is always clean, there is a relaxation room, a font with very cold water in it. And there is a bucket for pouring cold water after the sauna. The souls are working, there is enough space for 6 people quietly. Wonderful staff.
We booked in October for the January holidays-there were no other hotel options. For the four of us (2 pairs), the rooms were also only Deluxe, we booked them. The rooms are huge: an office, a bedroom, a huge living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette (without a stove), a hall. There is a Jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. And we didn't use a third of the room for accommodation, of course. The audibility is strong. Breakfast, unfortunately, is not included in the room rate, it was paid immediately for all days of stay, buffet. The breakfasts are decent. Scrambled eggs, omelet, oatmeal porridge, sausages/sausages, sliced cheese and sausage, cottage cheese, Sour cream, vegetables, fruits, breakfast cereals. Tea, coffee, juices, yoghurts. On the 14th floor there is a restaurant with a panoramic view (this, of course, is a strong word). The food in it is of high quality, but without frills, quite simple. Billiards can be ordered. It's a little cold in the corridors.
But the main adventure was with the Jacuzzi. As it says in the instructions, it doesn't work this way (number 1100), you can make it work, but it's unpredictable. The plumber was in our room every day, and the Jacuzzi was still not sorted out. To the credit of the hotel, the staff is very responsive, friendly, and always try to help to the best of their ability.
It's worth thinking about before choosing this hotel.
The staff does you a favor by feeding you during the restaurant's business hours.
There is hot water in the room, yes.
Taps and switches are jammed.
In the room, a towel (or rag) was met in the sink.
Breakfast - if you didn't come in the morning, then there remains a wonderful dish: "zhrichodali".
The coffee just ran out.
25 bel.rubles from the nose - you can overeat in a cafe, and then - wait - there will be time to fill the vending machine. Read what it says...
and yes, the lemon tea button just pours water, and more than the volume of a cup.
Elevators are a separate story - he arrives, menacingly announces the floor number and positions himself for a very long time - I don't know how long ago they were checked.
The door to the room is locked like a safe - mechanical and electronic locks. Getting in and out, especially with stuff, will require a bit of acrobatics.
The hotel is clean. That's where the advantages end. I booked it a month in advance. A couple of days before check-in, I went to the website to clarify a couple of details. I saw the availability of discounts "for inconvenience" and the lack of reservations for the days I needed. It confused me, so I contacted the hotel. It turned out that the hotel was undergoing renovation. A room with two beds has been replaced with a room with one without warning. As a result, we agreed on a room of a higher category with two beds at a discount. But nevertheless, I had to pay extra for it. To say that the hotel is tired is an understatement. There is a stale smell everywhere. The light is dim. The palace is already crunching with age. The furniture is ancient.
Lovely hotel, polite, helpful staff, clean everywhere. I lived in a single room with all amenities: hair dryer, fan, TV, refrigerator. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. There is a restaurant on the top floor, where a buffet breakfast is served. The choice is average, but everything is fresh, tasty, and warm. The rooms are comfortably sized and beautifully furnished. Towels were changed every day. I was touched by the small swivel mirror in the bathroom for makeup. Special thanks! I liked everything. Thanks!
In general, a good hotel. The advantage is that there are several shops within walking distance where you can buy everything you need. The disadvantage is that there are no basic necessities. I didn't find any toothpaste or a brush. There is no shoe spoon either. And the biggest and fattest disadvantage is that the maids are not clean on the hand. After leaving, I already discovered that the headphones had been stolen, and only the headphones. The case itself was left in the place where it lay, so it was not immediately discovered that it was missing
Quick check-in! It was a great room, but it was cold. But it's clean, the view is beautiful, there are two bathrooms for us and the children, we have a bathroom! You noticed that I have a doctor and congratulated me, nice to meet you! Wonderful restaurant, we had a delicious meal!
A wonderful hotel in the center of Vitebsk!
First of all, I would like to mention the very polite, friendly, ready to provide any assistance, the hotel staff, starting from the security guard and ending with the restaurant staff.
And now about the room: the room is spotlessly clean (and with my allergy to dust, this is extremely important), spacious. Comfortable and functional furniture. The bathroom is also spacious, with everything you need.
The choice on the buffet is not very large, but all the food is delicious, cooked at home.
I was pleased to stay in this hotel!
The building itself gives the impression of a good modern hotel. Well, when you enter the hotel too. That's it, then you're just surprised that you're in the past. Somehow the cover doesn't correspond to reality. Everything, absolutely everything needs to be changed, it's not modern and it's depressing. Parking is paid for some reason. The breakfast is so-so.
On the plus side, if you are settled higher, then look at the beautiful Vitebsk
Everything is fine in Luches. Cleanliness, comfort, luxury apartments. I liked the restaurant with live music. However, there was no buffet. I recommend
A three-star hotel is not even a bad one! The rooms are clean! The staff is very helpful and friendly! There is both paid and free parking! The only thing I didn't understand, or rather I didn't specify it myself, we were told upon check-in that there is a restaurant on the 14th floor! I was in another restaurant in the evening, but in the morning I went in and didn't quite understand, restik is a canteen, although maybe I went through the wrong door! In any case, the overall impression is very good!
I stayed for a day. I didn't take an expensive room. I was satisfied with everything. I was especially pleased with the bed linen. Either it's new, or they wash just fine, I don't know, but it's a pleasure to go to bed in such underwear.
He lived on the sixth floor.
I recommend the hotel.
A good hotel in Vitebsk, we can say one of the best! A large, diverse room stock at reasonable prices. The staff is polite and friendly. There is a guarded parking for cars nearby (an alternative to free parking).
Good breakfasts in the restaurant on the 14th floor.
We were with our family in June 2024. Two nights. Overall, I liked it. Not the very center of the city. The staff is polite. There was a two-room room. The style is green like that. The original one. It seemed cozy. There is free and paid parking. We took a paid guarded one for 8 Belarusian rubles per day. They didn't take breakfast. 25 Belarusian rubles per person for breakfast. There are shops and a shopping center nearby. The only drawback was that the windows faced the side where the night club is located and the young people there were constantly shouting loudly at night. The police came.
Nice hotel. Yes, it's not Marriott. It has its own nuances, but comparing it with others, it's not bad. You can order a room by phone. The rooms don't have enough stars, but it's cozy and clean.
We really liked everything, if it works out, we will always stay with you, thank you so much for the excellent service and I would like to thank the girls at the reception separately.
The hotel is conveniently located, but there were no double rooms, we lived in a family room. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave, two toilets, and a bathroom.
In the middle of May, the room was cool, it was good that there were warm blankets in the closet.
The staff is hospitable, quickly settled in.
The hotel has 4 elevators, they are quite small. There is 1 call button on the ground floor. If a group arrived with suitcases, then you can lose a lot of time to wait for the elevator. The elevator can accommodate 2-3 people with luggage.
There is free public parking near the hotel and paid parking from the hotel. It is quite possible to leave a car for free.
We decided not to waste time on breakfast.
A great hotel. I lived in a single room, very cozy, stylish, large, comfortable bed. There is a TV in the room, a refrigerator, a shower in the bathroom, a hairdryer, gel shampoo, soap. Everything is clean and tidy. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. If something is unclear, you can call on the phone and the girls will explain everything. I really liked it! I recommend it, just a hotel, a hotel.
Nice hotel. But TIRED. The slow-moving elevators are especially impressive. Excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent parking. Friendly security guards and girls at the reception. Thanks!
