My wife and I booked and rested for 4 days at this hotel. The staff is responsive and friendly. The hotel is clean and cozy as at home. For breakfast, sausages and cheeses, milk porridge, pasta and scrambled eggs, vegetables and berries. Coffee and tea. Lunch and dinner are paid. Dinner for two is 1500 rubles (salad, barbecue, Abkhazian boat, a glass of homemade wine and a bottle of tarragon). Dear users, my wife and I really liked it. I advise everyone. It is a 7-minute walk to the beach near the border post. Nearby there is a dining room, several grocery stores and a bakery. I will try to come back next year. It takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to get from the border to the hotel on the route.

It's a very decent hotel. The service is excellent. In the center of the hotel there is a restaurant, recreation areas and a children's room. A buffet breakfast, an abundance of dishes, is included in the room rate. The best restaurant in the area and very affordable prices. A grill is also available for dinner. Rooms must be booked in advance.

We have been vacationing in this hotel for the second year. Very nice hotel!!! The interior, cleanliness, friendly staff just fell in love with themselves. The atmosphere of the hotel itself is very sincere, you really enjoy your vacation. The reviews write about breakfast, but it's quite normal for breakfast to be fresh and delicious! The location is convenient, close to the beach and a shop within walking distance. Many thanks to the owners and staff for creating a cozy, homely corner for vacationing tourists. A wonderful guest house.
If you want to relax on the sea inexpensively but comfortably and not worry about breakfast, then you are here. Friendly staff, breakfast is included, there is also a restful lunch and dinner on the menu, large portions, prices for sea are very good. The hotel is bright and beautiful, the rooms are clean, of course there are traces of exploitation, but where there are none, everything at home is not ideal either. According to the general assessment, a decent hotel.

Good time of day. We had a rest in August of this year. I really liked the hotel. Luxurious, the rooms are good, cleaning every day. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. Nearby there are canteens, a bakery, shops. Breakfast is included, everything is delicious. Kind and helpful staff. I would especially like to highlight the waiters Oksana and Nino, as well as Gayrat, who worked on the grill. Fish and shish kebab are just fire. Thank you.

We rested here for 2 weeks, we liked everything, excellent service. Good repair. The rooms are very clean, cleaned every day. Separately, I would like to mention the buffet breakfasts. A large beautiful building, expensive in appearance, rich, but we got the room in a deplorable state. If you position yourself as a modern and comfortable hotel, then match it!
So, what's wrong!
Disadvantages of the hotel:
1. The bathroom has been asking for repairs for a long time! Taps are leaking, plaster is falling off, the shower is taped, a glass for toothbrushes with a lime coating! There are floor lamps with streaks in the bedroom, the refrigerator seems to smoke a hookah around the clock, you can't sleep with such sounds, and even under the sheet, they refused to give you a blanket, there is no kettle in the room, if you want tea or coffee, go get boiling water.
2. What about the food? Of course, there are no complaints about dinner, it's delicious for paying the bill, we tried shish kebab, fish, salads, pasta. But breakfast is included in the room rate, why is it so scarce? Sausage and cheese from the budget range, and as if chopped with an axe, tomatoes, cucumbers, a loaf, porridge boiled in water, filled with milk and boiled eggs and so on in a circle every day! And where are the scrambled eggs, pancakes, and cheesecakes? Apparently you need to study the meaning of "Buffet" in more detail, it is different from yours.
3. Parking: who managed it and the place. Arrived late at night, leave the car behind the fence.
The advantages of the hotel include only the staff who served us at dinner in the evening, friendly, sociable, friendly people. I give them this star!

Very nice hotel right next to the beach. Everything is new and clean, the breakfasts are good. I would also like to note that the hotel has a backup generator, when the electricity was turned off for the whole day, everything worked in the hotel :) the staff is friendly, in the evening there is a barbecue on the lawn, we tried trout, magically;)

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days.
The hotel positions itself as a 3*.
In my opinion, they are up to 3 * with such an attitude towards customers, with a parking space, with a meager breakfast very far away.
I'll go through the points:
1. Breakfast. Breakfast time is from 8 to 9:30 Buffet, and there is nothing to eat, every day cottage cheese, eggs, sausage feels like the cheapest. Porridges boiled in water with milk added for appearance. The coffee sucks. Sometimes they gave gingerbread and cheese. On the last day of departure, the cheese seemed spoiled to me.
2. Lunch and dinner can be ordered at the hotel, the average check for 2 persons starts from 2000 rubles. (It's better to go to a cafe, it will be both tastier and cheaper)
3. The condition of the room. For a C grade, the bathroom cover was broken, the shower cabin, especially at the edges, already required repair, plumbing needs to be replaced. Plus, there was long hair on the floor in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom and in the room has one lamp, two lamps by the bed and a non-working floor lamp.
4. Parking is designed for a certain number of people, if you arrive and everything is packed, then alas you are out of luck. We'll have to look for a place on the street.
When renting a hotel on the Island, a 10% discount is given with breakfast already included, unfortunately there is no possibility of booking without breakfast.
I think that the price for accommodation in this hotel is greatly overstated.
Dear friends, do not be "fooled" by the name and the stars. And all those who write that they liked everything so much, it feels like the managers themselves are writing.

By Abkhazian standards, the hotel is just super. Pleasantly surprised me. The interior is really cool, better than in the pictures. I read the comments that this hotel does not pull three stars. To me, everything is fine with this assessment. I have been in the worst three stars both in Russia and abroad. And in this village, it's just a luxurious palace.
The girls at the reception are super. Our daughter got sick, they had a thermometer and a baby antipyretic.
Advantages:
Location on the first line. The sea is a 3-minute walk away.
Everything is very beautiful inside and out: there are a lot of different plants and flowers, all real and well-groomed.
Cleanliness both on the territory of the hotel and in the rooms.
Autumn is a cool, huge hall where you can sit and relax in bad weather or cool off in extreme heat.
Central air conditioning and ventilation system. I have no complaints about it, you can sleep with the windows closed and not suffocate
They accept cards for payment, booking through booking without prepayment.
The price includes breakfast, buffet..
Full-fledged 24-hour reception.
There are also small disadvantages :
The room and bathroom are a little dark at night, but during the day everything is fine due to the large windows.
The sound insulation between the rooms is weak.

We visited this hotel in July. Initially, we booked three rooms for 10 days. Three days later, we decided to extend our vacation, it was good that we were in the car and there were still rooms available. Extended thanks to excellent service. Crystal cleanliness is everywhere, all employees are smiling and responsive. We are always ready to help. Friends came to us and were shocked by the level of the hotel, but they have been vacationing in Abkhazia, in the Pitsunda area, for more than 5 years every year and there is something to compare it with. I recommend considering this hotel in this area. As for breakfast, we had days when the hotel was almost completely occupied and never saw empty plates, the waiters monitor the availability of dishes and report. Every morning there is porridge, eggs, sausage, cheese, cottage cheese, standard breakfast dishes, I haven't seen anyone hungry)))

The place is cozy and comfortable, the appearance attracts attention. The interior is also pleasing to the eye, there is everything you need - a reception desk, a cozy waiting area, a children's corner, a comfortable eating area + an outdoor dining area (breakfast, lunch and dinner). I have pumped up comfort and service. During the week of stay, bed linen and towels were never changed, although according to internal rules, replacement is indicated once every 5 days (bed linen) and once every 3 days (towels). Also, wet cleaning of rooms has never been carried out, only garbage removal and replacement of consumables (toilet paper, disposable soap and shampoos / gels).
Of the individual advantages - the proximity of the beach and the sea (about 5 minutes from the hotel).
Meals are strictly on schedule, tasty and quite large portions, 10% service fee is included in the receipt.

A beautiful hotel both inside and out. That's where the advantages ended. The view from the windows is of abandoned buildings, old and ugly. We were accommodated (a family of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children) on the third floor, in a 2-room room. However, there are sets of sleeping bags and towels for 3 people. I had to ask for another set, although they took the money from four people. The fourth glass, by the way, was never brought.
The room has a low ceiling, with my height of 176 I was afraid to fill a bump or break through the ceiling with my head, I had to walk a little bent over. Tall people, don't take these numbers. There is no kettle in the room. There was nowhere to get boiling water. Rotavirus was walking around the hotel and it was not possible to get children to drink boiled water.
The rest on the Black sea turned out to be a bit blurred, including because of the hotel. For that kind of money and even cheaper, you can choose better options.

A quiet, sweet, cozy hotel. Everything is clean, snow-white sheets and towels. A good, high, sturdy mattress. An additional place for a child is also comfortable. Responsive staff. A small hotel, close to the sea, 5 minutes walk. The rooms are not large, cleaning is done every day. The breakfasts are simple, porridges without salt and sugar, each adds to his own taste. Set lunch 500 rubles. Dinner to order from the menu. They cook delicious, without the risk of poisoning. Many thanks to the staff!!!
The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean, there is no wave. There are saps, scooters, catamarans. Further in a kilometer towards the golden bay there are sandy beaches and you can stay with tents.

An area with outdoor tables where you can relax and eat. Hearty set meals, optional, 500 rubles per person. The rooms were often cleaned, and towels were replaced after 3 days. The beach is located nearby. There is a delicious pizza nearby. A 10-minute walk away is the city beach with a pine forest, many takeaway food outlets. There are grocery and wine shops nearby. We stayed at this hotel from July 18 to 28. I liked almost everything. The staff is very helpful, they are always ready to help, the room is cleaned regularly, towels are changed every three days, breakfasts are somewhat monotonous, but they did not bother me, I love dairy products. Cottage cheese is delicious, sour cream is beyond praise, porridge is also well cooked. Pancakes were blown a couple of times, there were always either eggs or an omelette, sometimes watermelon. Everything is fresh. There was a great lack of a balcony, things were drying badly. Poor sound insulation, even the neighbor's snoring can be heard. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea and you are on the beach with a minimum of people. There are many cafes nearby, very tasty pizza near the hotel.

I agree with many positive reviews about this hotel. I was corrected on the spot by the administrators on the pronunciation of the name - Lucet sounds right).
The weather, nature, proximity to the sea, etc. everything is super (for Abkhazia).
I would like to add:
- lack of sound insulation - there is practically none
- please ask the waiters - when you bring the dishes, you can immediately bring salt / pepper, napkins. You have to ask for all this additionally. There are none on the tables by default. Also, follow the order of dishes. Tea was brought once , only after the salad and the main course.
If you want to see the real Abkhazia, then go to places that are not generally accepted for visiting. For example, we decided to take a ride even further to Ochamchira (we were in our own car) after visiting the spring in Kyndyk. The landscape there is ordinary, flat. A lot of abandonments. But we stopped at the house, by the road to ask where we can have a snack.It turned out that it is possible with them. Although you won't understand right away. It's an absolutely austere place, just a couple of tables. But the hospitality and cordiality of the hostess convinced us to stay. And they didn't regret it! (photo in the application) Real homemade food. The freshest, fragrant, delicious. I really liked the cured and smoked meat. Don't take it as an advertisement. We really got there by accident, for the first time.
We will still be in Abkhazia, we will definitely return there! By the way, there were no problems with the gastrointestinal tract after.

We had a rest from 1.07-15.07 2023.
We booked a room from home by phone, discussed the cost in advance for two weeks on these dates, indicated in advance that we needed a standard+ room (with 2 separate beds)
Upon arrival, they want to move us into a room with one bed, trying to convince us that 2 beds = 1 double bed (despite the fact that we focused on 2 in the application). The payment for the desired room was 10 thousand more expensive, and they did not agree to settle us without a one-time payment. They demanded to pay immediately, without even giving me a look at the number.
The second question when checking in : the cost for cash and non-cash payments is different, and we only found out about it on the spot. There is no place to withdraw cash in this village, the nearest ATM is in the town of Pitsunda (about 12 km). There was a scandal, since it is impossible to pay half in cash, half by bank transfer, as well as to check in by paying for the night, and the next day to pay the rest. As a result, having taken a cashless payment, we were forced to stay with them (we were looking for housing nearby, and easily found it, and much cheaper, but of course no one returned the money to us).
The attitude of the staff is rude, impolite. The girl at the reception sits with a dissatisfied face all the time, as if doing a favor. There are a lot of rules and prohibitions in this hotel, a very plentiful system of fines (for spoiled linen, dishes and for storing food in the room).
There is no cooler or kettle in the hotel, a meter from the hotel there is an abandoned place where cows graze and vacationers defecate. I join the above about the huge audibility in the hotel, a huge echo in the corridor, plus you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and on the street (roosters, cows, an electricity generator at 6 a.m., etc.).
When a natural cataclysm occurred (heavy rains, storm, thunderstorm), it became impossible to stay in the hotel. The central water supply and electricity (wifi, respectively) were turned off. We survived for 5 days, during all this time the staff never asked about our condition, did not offer help, did not explain the situation (they stopped cleaning the rooms from the word at all, there was no hot food, and we had to beg for toilet paper). For this price, I highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful building and a lobby. The room is very modest. Furniture, cheap plumbing, a tiny TV, a cheap cornice... and they even saved on curtains... there are not enough of them to shade the window properly.. Breakfast was no good a couple of years ago, it got even worse. For example, one day cabbage salad is made from vegetables, the other day cucumbers and tomatoes. Both are obviously luxury together. Cheese, eggs, cheap sausage... porridge. Slop coffee. Apparently, they also save on staff. The waitresses run around at dinner, but they don't have time... Shish kebab and salmon are delicious. Nice music. I give 4 stars, because few places in Abkhazia bother with quality and good service.

The lack of a balcony is of course frustrating due to the inability to dry things quickly, there is also no towel rail.

The hotel was built by the Turks, the sound insulation was not very good, but there were no noisy vacationers, no one bothered to sleep.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. The buffet is without any special frills, the most important thing is that everything is fresh, there is a choice: porridge, cottage cheese, cheese, pasta, eggs or omelette, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon. You will definitely not stay hungry!
The beach is very close - 100-200 meters.
If you want to relax on the beach near a pine forest or with a sandy shore, you will have to take a walk.
After the rain, I advise you to swim away from the place where the river flows in - it washes up garbage and dirt.
The sea itself is the purest!
In September, the water temperature is very comfortable - 23-25 degrees.

Why four stars? I liked the hotel. The interior view is better than from the outside. The hall is beautifully decorated, a convenient place to relax, a dining room, very cozy. Breakfast was included in the price, and we didn't regret it, it was delicious (homemade), it could be varied. The rooms are clean, comfortable, no frills. There is a missing shelf in the shower. For some reason, shampoo, shower gel and soap were given out only for three days (then their own). The girls at the reception are cute, beautiful, responsive, well done.
But behind the fence it is already more interesting, across the street there is a full trash can in the mud and cows grazing nearby. There is also a destroyed building of the Sovdepovskaya canteen. The view is not very good. The sea is 150-200 meters away, small pebbles, the coast is clean.

We stayed at this hotel from July 26 to 05, 2022. The hotel is located on the edge of the village. The condition is decent outside, inside, in the hall, everything seems to be clean. We had 2 rooms, one on a room on the 1st floor, not far from the reception. The second room is an attic, on the 3rd floor, consisting of two rooms. If someone is taller than 170 cm, then it will be inconvenient on the 3rd floor, because the ceilings there are of different heights and you need to walk carefully.
The audibility in the rooms, especially in the neighboring ones, is simply amazing. The furniture in the rooms is decent, the mattresses/pillows are normal. The air conditioners are working. Room cleaning/change of bed linen/change of towels was carried out regularly. Soap/shampoo was reported when it was over.
The breakfasts are monotonous: one type of porridge, cottage cheese with sour cream or honey, one type of sausage / cheese / cookies, boiled eggs, boiled pasta, cucumbers / tomatoes in slices. And that's it, practically. For 10 days, 2 times for breakfast there were omelets and sausages. Tea and coffee were poured from the tank. Here, the hotel does not pull for any 3 stars, for a "two" and then with difficulty.
For lunch / dinner, you could order dishes from the waiters, Monday/ Wednesday / Friday - barbecue parties are held, you can order pork / chicken / grilled vegetables, but the prices are too high.
Nearby, on the same side of the street, there is a dining room, where we mostly had lunch/dinner. It is edible and much cheaper, on the other hand, a small bakery (pizza and Ossetian pies) was opened on the other side of the hotel during our stay, we took it, tried it - everything is fine.
You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes, the beach is pebbly, although they wrote about sandy in the reviews below. There seems to be a sandy one too, but certainly not near the hotel. Sun beds are paid - 100/200 rubles.
Next to the hotel there is a manager's desk offering various excursions, as well as a private transfer. Upon departure, we decided to use the transfer service to the airport in Adler.

You can get to the railway station / airport in Adler and by minibus from the Fish Factory, but there is a schedule only for the first flight, and the rest as they arrive.
Minibuses also go to Pitsunda, but there is no exact schedule either.
There are a couple of grocery stores and a vegetable stand on the street where the hotel is located.

An excellent hotel 50 meters from the sea. We booked a room on the 3rd floor with two rooms. It is spacious and has everything you need for accommodation. The owners only need to take care of the availability of blackout curtains, since at 5 a.m. the room is filled with sunlight, which does not allow them to fully enjoy their vacation. The breakfasts are modest, but without pretensions.

Rooms on the 3rd floor are not recommended) attic, the room is small, you need to bend down to get out of bed) audibility, I agree with other reviews, yes, decent. Especially in the bathroom. In addition, we had a broken mirror over the sink. Also, they could not solve the issue with the safe for 4 days (they complained 2 times a day at the reception).
The breakfasts are very monotonous, for my taste. On average, pasta, boiled eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes, one kind of porridge, sausage of unnatural color - such a thing.
I didn't like the selective service in the evenings very much. The hotel has a beautiful terrace where meat is grilled every other day. There is service these days. On other days, the waiters emphasize that there is self-service. Although in fact it is 10m further from the main restaurant. We took the dishes and went to the fresh air. At the same time, some of the guests, it is not known on what principle, were served on the street. A small sediment)

Not a bad hotel. Nice rooms. Excellent reception staff. Not far from the sea. The hotel has a restaurant and two dining rooms nearby.
Minus: very poor breakfasts. By 9:00 there is practically nothing.
