A wonderful hotel: nice rooms with everything you need, friendly staff, and some chefs cook the breakfasts with a soul, incredibly delicious. The hotel itself is located in a quiet location, while Mtatsminda and the Kura embankment are not far away.

A great hotel. Very tasty breakfasts. The rooms are clean, the rooms are large. Of the disadvantages, this is the location, although the hotel is very close to the main street, but it is located in such a way that you need to climb a fairly steep ascent to the hotel. If you have problems with the musculoskeletal system, then this climb will be a hard test for you.

Great hotel! Very friendly, customer-oriented staff. They help not only to bring luggage to the room, but also to park the car and solve any issues that arise during your stay! The room is clean, cleaning every day, towels are changed daily. Very nice design of the hall and the dining room where breakfast is served. The breakfasts are simply delicious. There is no buffet, but there is a lot of food! Everything is cooked very tasty, homemade, according to the recipes of Georgian cuisine! The only note: the coffee is only instant, I hope in the future the hotel will purchase a coffee machine, and then the breakfasts will be perfect! Rustaveli metro station is less than 10 minutes on foot, but keep in mind that on the way back from the metro to the hotel there will be a sharp uphill climb. But, this is typical for this area of Tbilisi. The problem is solved by a very cheap Yandex Taxi and minibuses that go to the top from the stop next to the metro. The hotel does not have its own fenced parking lot, but we had no problems leaving the car in the alley next to the hotel, because cameras are installed on the hotel building.

Great hotel. The breakfasts are excellent. Responsive staff. One of the disadvantages is that it is located on a mountain, with children and a stroller, it is a whole adventure to climb / descend.

I will write the same thing as on Booking:
I really liked the hotel! My friend and I were in Georgia for the first time and decided to stay here because there were positive reviews and a nice price.
I want to note that I liked it:
1. The staff. There are usually two wonderful young people at the reception - Timur and David, who are always ready to help, answer questions and are generally very friendly and helpful.
2. Breakfast. Although the hotel does not have a buffet, but the breakfast that is given is more than enough, as they say. It is also prepared by extremely responsive, friendly and kind Georgian women. The food is delicious. Unfortunately, we almost never ate it whole, although it was very tasty (it didn't fit into us)!
3. The room. We had a room with two beds. For me personally, the main thing was that there is an air conditioner. Considering that it is 30-35 in Georgia in the summer, this is very important :))
4. Location. Literally 5-7 minutes walk to the Shota Rustaveli metro station and, accordingly, to the avenue. It is very comfortable.
Thus, the hotel is cool, fully corresponds to the rating, ratings and all those positive reviews that are written on the booking). I will definitely come back here again.
P.S. - the only thing I can say is that the hotel is located on the second floor. Accordingly, every day you will need to walk up to the high second floor (there are several dozen steps). Therefore, the hotel is not quite suitable for those who have leg problems. BUT this is not a minus, but just a feature that needs to be taken into account :)
