Nice hotel! The territory is large, well-groomed and green. There are a lot of cats, for which there are even houses. There are no questions about the bars, the only thing was right before the hotel closed, so one of the bars by the sea was no longer working. The food is also good, there is something to choose from. The only thing that was not very convenient was cleaning the rooms at 9 a.m., usually in other hotels cleaning was at lunch. And in 11 days, they never filled the shower gel container (They didn't find much about animation either, I think. There was only dancing around the main pool in the morning and after lunch, the music was playing quietly, everything else was just by the sea. There are various entertainments near the sea and in the building itself. The pool is cold, so you can only barely get into them, the warm pool is only closed. The water slides were caught on the first day, then they were closed. I do not recommend taking excursions from a guide. We took a buggy tour from our guide (rafting, etc.), there was a special clarification of what clothes to take, etc., to which the guide said "comfortable clothes are the ones that are convenient for you" that's all. Upon arrival at the location, they immediately began to rip off money for the right shoes, glasses, bandanas and so on, it seems that the costs seem small at $ 2-5, but a certain amount will run up for each location. In general, it will even be cheaper to take a tour outside the hotel, it has always been so.

If you like cleanliness, green, cozy streets paved with stone, a gorgeous sandy beach, the opportunity to walk around the hotel as if in a city within a city, then you are here! There is a corner for everyone here. Despite the large number of hotel guests, there is enough space for everyone, there is enough food for everyone, there is enough attention for everyone, there are enough pools and the sea for everyone too!
The only thing that perhaps surprised me was the presented line of wines - both red, white, and pink are very mediocre for a hotel of this level. Pomegranate is generally a solid chemistry. Although, there are quite high-quality wines in Turkey. Otherwise, it's just a song!
We never repeat ourselves in hotels, but I would like to come here a couple more times😍

A decent hotel for your money
There are enough bars and restaurants, swimming pools. A good water park. You can say they feed and pour at every step. Beautiful, large territory.
The variety of food and drinks is good, and so is their quality.
Going to the sea is the best thing with children. Sandy beach, entrance to the sea. 30-40 meters shallow. We were in early November, the water is very clean and warm (I was surprised for November)
Of course there are disadvantages, but they cannot be called critical.
More precisely:
The mattress in the room is uncomfortable, my back did not feel very good every morning. At the same time, the room is spacious, the furniture is quite new, and there is a spacious balcony.
The beach is narrow, with five rows of sun loungers from the water to the wall. But it is quite long.
There are enough pools on the territory. In November, the pool water is cool.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest.
We arrived in the morning, as soon as we arrived, we were immediately settled, the reception is on the left, they speak and understand Russian perfectly
There are many shops near the hotel
There are many game attractions for children on the territory of the hotel, there is a bowling alley, billiards.
Animation in November is weak, but we must understand that the end of the season.

In general, everything is fine, solid 4. For children, everything is possible. A good kids' club, the entrance to the sea is perfect. Lots of pools.
Juice, ice cream. I would have put 5 here. But there are questions about the hotel itself. Towels are not the first freshness, the food is sooo fatty, even the rice is simple. And the cherry on the cake is the zoo on site. The zoo includes geese, ducks, chickens, rabbits and goats. And the roosters! They scream at 2, 3, and 6. It's trash. You can't sleep with the window open, and the air conditioner is directed directly at the bed, you can't sleep with it either. So we maneuvered between stuffiness and crowing. But we realized this a few days later and decided not to go for a room change, we didn't want to reschedule everything. But this nuance was very unexpected. And according to the sun beds on the beach, they are very close to each other. The first days were really annoying, then they got used to it somehow.
In general, there are many advantages, but there are also significant disadvantages.

Very cozy, nice hotel, large territory, liked the Water Park, the beach, the approach is gentle, the bay is very calm, the sea is beautiful, fine sand, the water is warm.

We haven't been to the room at 5*, and everything is fine at 4*, but in my heart I would like to have the repair updated, there is generally dirt in the seams.
I wanted to take a sanex and clean it up. The cleaning is so-so, the girls are very lazy, they constantly scolded us, they didn't clean us very well either. But we were practically not in the room, it did not upset us.

There is a mini-garden for children, where baby sitters play with children, various master classes are organized, as well as evening mini-discos every day.
The room stock is huge. There are separate buildings, as well as a huge number of rooms in the main building.
I want to say hello to the cook - watch out for washing the food. On the last day, my family poisoned ourselves with salads (cucumbers, tomatoes and greens). Only later did I notice that the vegetables were on the table and were served to the guests unwashed.

We had a rest in October 2024, took a ticket through the operator. The service has improved a lot: the food is a huge 5, there were enough places for everyone everywhere, very tasty and varied. Lots of meat and vegetables, fish, sweets.
The sea is excellent and warm. There were almost no waves (except for a storm on one day), a lagoon, sand. It's perfect for children. There were enough sun beds if you take them in the morning.
Massage-I advise you, they kneaded well, if you take from 3 sessions, they make a discount.
Rooms-we took a view of the road, but in the end we agreed on a family room on the sea for 2 families. Moreover, they didn't charge us anything, but we thanked the reception.
Music is every evening, but if you want to keep it down, take the left wing, on the right there will be music all evening until 23 o'clock.
The pools are relatively warm, the slides are super, I advise you!
There is a market nearby, everything was bought there, you can find inexpensive textiles, sweets, souvenirs.
We rested at this hotel for the first time in October 2020, took tickets back in January by early booking directly on the hotel's website. As a result, the accommodation cost us 2 adults and a child for 100€/day. We rested at the Resort (5*) in the main building. Because we arrived 4 adults and a child, we were offered a family room on the 4th floor with a sea view. The room is gorgeous. In one room there is a panoramic window to the floor, in the second room there is a spacious balcony. 2 separate bathrooms, the rooms are spacious.
The territory is large for 3 hotels from the group, so get ready to walk a lot. Due to the pandemic, there was only one entrance and exit, so it took 7-10 minutes from one wing to the restaurant and the exit to the sea.
The territory has everything: 3 swimming pools, 1 huge water park (just a delight, for children - a large multi-level one, the same for adults), a children's area under the roof (children's club), an area with attractions, several dining areas, a zoo, a water park for kids, an area with exercise equipment and a fitness room, an outdoor veranda with live music in the evenings, an amphitheater for performances, 2 volleyball courts.
The staff are very diligent, polite, and cleaned the room well.
There were no problems with food at all: everything was absolutely delicious. Yes, all employees distributed it, but I did not observe large queues.
Alcohol is also decent, coffee is automatic, but on the 1st floor there is a separate area with delicious pies, where Turkish coffee is brewed.
The beach is sandy, we had enough sun beds (occupied in the morning), but they are really crowded, because there were quite a lot of people from all the hotels. The sea is clean, warm, without waves, because the beach is located in a bay. There were always rescuers who vomited vacationers behind the buoys.
There was constant animation: water aerobics, exercise, dancing, stretching, ping pong, volleyball, darts, evening programs, children's disco. We haven't visited, but according to the reviews, it's not bad.
Due to the situation with the virus, sanitizers were everywhere, the temperature was measured upon arrival, there is a thermal imager with temperature measurement at the entrance to the restaurant. But most of the people were without masks.
There is a market and several pharmacies near the hotel. The choice is quite acceptable, you can bargain.
In general, I advise the hotel, we were worried about the pandemic in vain, it did not affect the quality of services in any way. A very decent hotel!

The hotel is SUPER. Advantages: large territory, LARGE swimming pool and a HUGE beach. The cleanliness is top notch, and the kitchen is generally cool. We took a ticket to the ultra all inclusive and ate our fill. There is a shopping mall downstairs and there are shops nearby. There is a children's playroom and animation. I can't say about animation, as well as in all hotels. Cons: I didn't find it, except for the noise from the evening animation and instead of bed linen, a pillow and, LITERALLY, a towel. We had a big party, 20 people. It's a 2-hour drive from the airport, the hotel itself is big, so on business:
Positive:
- large, clean pools
- water park
- food for every taste
- drinks too
- rooms are clean, daily cleaning
- the sea in October from 10 to 20 is gorgeous
Cons for me:
- the magnetic key was given to children only from the age of 8 (it was fulfilled through my grandfather, but they did not give it - the program was programmed that way), thus they had to take off their bracelet.
- a theme with busy deck chairs, and stupidly occupied with towels. no one is watching, no one is cleaning, there must be a timing of such things, otherwise we just lie on a towel for half a day and there is no one.
- the beach line is narrow, and the same story with lying towels
- little movement (after 11 everything is dead)
I would have returned again, probably not, just because I want a variety and see more hotels and places.

We had a good rest. October 24:
1. Nutrition. Like it. We ate delicious grilled dorado, watermelon, melon, seafood regularly. Oh, the cheesecake was also magical.
Beer, red and white wine, cocktails. I'm not responsible for the quality, because I don't drink much and I don't understand.
2. The beach of the hotel. It's terrible, like in Sochi - pop to pop. Personal space is 0. This is clearly not what you expect in a 5* hotel. But there is a way out - to walk for 5 minutes to the premium Loniser hotel (allowed) - it is much better there. The sea is clean everywhere.
The hotel does not have its own pier, but you can discreetly use the pier of the hotel next to the premium Loniser and swim with a mask :) A sea turtle lives to the left of the pier. We saw each other daily).
3. Rooms. They are good, but without frills. We were given almost the best room with a view of the garbage dump, but 50 greens solved this issue radically :). There are also amateur rooms next to the toilet, hookah bar, disco, chicken coop 😜
4. Elevators. For some reason, button 4 was either not lit or simply not pressed. We passed our floor regularly. The elevators are clearly overloaded and can't cope.
5. The public. The norm. There are many Poles, Czechs, and Germans. Everyone is polite and friendly. Lots of kids. The hotel's workload is almost complete.
6. Beer days Tue Thu Sat. Bottled, including imported, is issued from 16 to 17.30. The queue of those who are hungry for a good beer is long. They give strictly a bottle in their hands. But resourceful tourists make non-drinking relatives stand in line, so imported bex, heineken, etc. ends in an hour, as does the queue. I stood there once-I don't want to anymore. I came for the wrong reason.
7. Entertainment. Water slides, pools - great. Children have fun. That there are 3 premium Lonicers, that in the main hotel there are about 6+ zones for kids. But why couldn't I buy more cheesecakes?! They are again followed by a queue of 15 minutes. Fortunately, they are only needed on 2 slides.
There was also a large paid kindergarten on the territory, outdoors, where the kids seemed to have fun. We didn't need it)
There are many table tennis tables on the territory, fun animation in a premium hotel, a fitness room, a paid game area (so-so), bowling, sauna, hammam, mini zoo with chickens).
8. Excursions. The hotel guide will sell you excursions and scare you with horror films about groups of wild Poles, about insecurity, etc.) do not believe me, friends. The guide is just 2 times more expensive, but you need to sell it. Take a walk near the hotel in the evening and ask for prices.
Also, for a couple of days we rented a car for $ 40 per day and went to Lake Manavgat, to the center of Alanya, along the city beaches. Cleopatra Beach is good)
9. Textiles. Othello's guide will give you a mini-lecture about low-quality super-expensive textiles for tourists near the hotel. And he will persistently send them to the center of Alanya in their store there. Again, don't believe it. He needs to get you on this free trip in any way, where you will be divorced. :) and the textiles near the hotel are quite good. There are shops with a fix. prices where there is no need to bargain.
10. The road to/ from the airport will take about 2 hours with a stop of 15 minutes. The bus stops at a store where everything is exorbitantly expensive. For example, an ice cream magnate for 5 bucks. Attempts to escape from the ripping-off to a nearby gas station are violently suppressed by the local solution. But I managed to pass by and provide the whole family with an ice cream magnate for $ 1.5. Odeon Tours, I like your organized tourism less and less.

We had a rest in early October 2024. We were lucky with the weather, the sea is warm and clean. Beautiful entry into the water, sand and a nice sandy beach. There are not enough sun beds, but you can always find a free one. The food is varied, the rooms are clean, the view from the window is beautiful, the hotel grounds are well maintained. The water park is cool. Of the disadvantages, the water in the pools was cold. But we swam more in the sea. I think we'll come back again.

There are a lot of vacationers, come for breakfast and dinner early. It is quite possible to have lunch in snack bars, there is a lot of variety and there are soups, and a room with orange juice crushers is something! There is no La carte restaurant. Animation is a C grade, but for us this is not the main thing. The main stage is small, there is no amphitheater, there is a lot of competition for good places) Play volleyball - take your ball. 20 meters from the hotel there is a shopping district where you can buy everything you need and do not need to relax.

We had a rest in August 2024. The territory is huge, there are many pools, there is an indoor pool (convenient when the heat is intense). We had a very comfortable two-room suite with two bathrooms and a huge loggia. Many of the staff speak Russian well. Our TNT and Russia-24 TV channels are shown on TV. Free wi-fi. There's a show every night, and I liked Turkish folk dances the most, not oriental ones, but Turkish ones. There is a small zoo on site. Lots of outdoor exercise equipment. We recently returned from Turkey. And it was a great vacation! This time we were in Alanya, in the town of Turkler, Lonicera hotel. It took about 2.5 hours to get from the airport to the hotel.
The territory of the hotel is simply huge! You can walk, swim in the sea or in the pool, ride slides in the water park, shop in shops, attend concerts, attractions and slot machines. And in between, go to cafes or bars to have a snack or drink.
We lived in a 4* hotel. We arrived in the morning and checked in at 14:00. We had a two-room suite. And it had only one drawback - our windows faced the road, and there was another hotel across the street with loud music in the evenings. But at 22:00 there was silence.
The room had a wardrobe, a double bed and a sofa, air conditioning, a safe, a refrigerator and a TV. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Towels and bed linen were changed upon request. The room was cleaned every day. Water was also brought daily.
We went to Turkey for the sake of the sea. And it didn't let us down. Such warm water was the first time in my life! Clean beach, sand, gentle entrance to the sea. In the first days it was very quiet, there were no waves. And on the last day it was a little stormy.
There are many pools. For every taste. There are children's ones, quite shallow, and huge ones for those who can swim.
The main restaurant is very big and noisy. Then we began to come not directly to the opening, so that there would be fewer people. It was important for me to have fruits. There were watermelons, apples, oranges, peaches and pears. In the morning we drank freshly squeezed orange juice. In addition to the main menu, there was a Diet buffet. There you could find vegetables without butter and meat, soups and rice.
In the bars, you could take fruits, cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and ice cream.
Both flights were delayed by about an hour. But this did not spoil our impressions at all.
Many thanks to our manager Alina for recommending this hotel. I would like to go back there again.

I had a rest in early August 2024.. I really liked the hotel, it is very large, beautiful and clean. There is a lot of food, bars, water slides, zoo, animation, the staff is responsive. There is a sauna, a hammam. There is a sandy beach within walking distance. The sound insulation is excellent. Air conditioning in the rooms. The bazaar and supermarkets Migros and Bim are close to the hotel. The children liked it very much. The only thing is, it's very hot, the water is warm both at sea and in the pool. Great hotel!

We were at the hotel in 2024 in September. A new, clean hotel by the sea, good food, beautiful, large room. They cleaned every day, often changed the bed and towels. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a cozy coffee shop, open from morning to evening, you can always take ice cream, coffee, cakes without any queues. Cool slides. A good beach, you can use the territory of the neighboring Lonicera hotels.

Pros: large territory, excellent entrance to the sea, gentle sandy beach, practically no waves, many cafes, freshly squeezed orange juice, ice cream, spacious room (where we rested), a good water park, there is a mini zoo
Cons: although the territory is large, there is little walking space, there is a lot of food, but almost all of it is tasteless, there is a smell of sewage in the bathroom, there is a smell of sewage in places on the territory of the hotel (very strongly), power outages (1 time stuck in the elevator), there are few elevators and sometimes you have to wait for 5 minutes for them the staff uses the elevators for guests, the bed linen has not been changed once in 10 days until we came to the reception and told about it.
To summarize: the hotel is not bad, there is enough entertainment and there is something to do, there are many disadvantages that blur the impression of a vacation and for the price that we rested, the hotel should be much better, it does not pull 5 stars

I went with two children aged 8 and 15.
From the good- they feed all day everywhere, you will never stay hungry. There is a lot of food, it is delicious, but monotonous. The menu has not changed in two weeks. No cheese/fish or anything like that, not to mention seafood.
There is also a powerful water park, but there are a lot of people, so there are long queues all the time.
There are not just a lot of people, but a lot. On the beach, they are stacked up to the water, there is no way to pass. It is better not to go to the spa, in the steam room and in the hammam as in the subway during rush hour. The filth is terrible. Two cockroaches were seen in the room. Some huge cockroach sat on me in the elevator, it was a nightmare.
The rooms are not cleaned at all. We stopped at an unmade room, called them, asked them to clean it up. But linen / towels are also changed only after urgent requests.
Shampoos /conditioners /pastes - they don't put in 5 stars, I had to call several times within 2 days (and so every time) so that the cleaner threw a bag with bubbles of cheap cosmetics at me. But we were going to five stars, we didn't take shampoos with us.

Great vacation
We visited in September 2024, and there were as many tourists as in the summer. A budget 5-star hotel, not luxurious, but decent! The territory is the same as the Loniser Ward, because of this there are many vacationers.
The food wasn't bad, the kids definitely won't stay hungry!
The staff is not intrusive, but attentive. Especially in the cafes near the water park: they have patience with the children, well done, I did not notice any hostility on their part as in other hotels.
We were given an improved standard room, they offered it to us at the reception, without additional charges. View of the pool, but you can also see the sea. I caught Wi-Fi in the room perfectly, it was very bad on the territory.
The beach is too narrow for so many tourists. But they didn't stay without a sunbed.
The animation is average. But we weren't particularly interested, we went to a performance a couple of times in the evening and that was it.
The room cleaning is excellent, no complaints. Due to the fact that the child was born, the bed was changed daily.
There is a market near the hotel, prices are not particularly expensive compared to Alanya, there is plenty of choice. There is also Waikiki and the supermarket Migros and Bim are not far away, the children went for chips. The tours were purchased from Alik, the organization was top notch!
He also arranged for us to have an individual transfer to the hotel upon arrival and back upon departure. We had 3 families traveling, it's very convenient with children. You don't have to wait for anyone and check into other hotels. The minibus is comfortable with air conditioning, they even gave us water!
Alika found it through the VK social network, there were a lot of good reviews on the page. We have seen for ourselves that everything is clearly and competently organized, payment is upon the fact! We were greeted with a sign. He accompanied me on WhatsApp before boarding the minibus, supervised the trip! Highly recommend it!

Great hotel. We had a rest at the end of September 2024, the sea is very warm. The food at the hotel is excellent, lots of fruits, meat of three varieties every day, fish and so on. Ice cream on the territory in two places, the territory is very large, there is a place to walk. The only drawback is a very small beach. There are 4 sun beds in width. At the end of the season, of course, you can find a free one, but in the midst of it, I think it's very difficult.

There is a lot of food both in the restaurant and in snack bars, the bar with pies and buns was very pleased. But...all the food is very bland, not salty, and salt does not pour out of the salt shaker, I had to open it to add salt.The alcohol is of poor quality, only the wine in the restaurant is good, try the pomegranate.
The staff is calm, they work mainly from the CIS, they know Russian, there are locals, they do not understand any language.
The territory is large, as described in the guide, there is a place to take pictures, relax, take a walk.The water in the pool is cold, much colder than in the sea, the animation is bad, even the aerobics is amateurish, we went to the neighboring hotel to watch the evening show, too, from lonicera, because we didn't like it in the top five.
A very good LC Waikiki store, a large selection, decent prices, the luggage is decently heavier.I was pleased that many shops accept the transfer of our rubles to any bank, so we spent not only dollars, but also money from the card.
If the hotel guides offer to go to the hammam for 25 dollars, do not buy it for anything, the mess is complete, we were very dissatisfied with the service.

The dishes are delicious (I'm an omnivore), I liked it, a large selection... There are swimming pools on site. I left my review at the hotel, they liked the review, they invited me to the restaurant for free... I liked the massage, the hammam, and various excursions were offered... The territory is large and cool, the sun beds are occupied at 6 am, the hotel is large and it is difficult to find a place on the beach during the day. The hotel itself is very beautiful, especially the halls. I will put a big minus on smoking, there are a lot of places for smoking and there is a smell. Guests from Europe, smoking and on the beach, make a remark, but they do not hear.
There are games for children, paid ones, and a lot of car parking. A wonderful water park for both children and adults. Tangerine garden.
