A wonderful hotel, beautiful, clean, delicious and varied food, friendly and helpful staff, nothing to complain about. Every day there are various activities for guests, football, volleyball, water games, every evening there is a children's disco, various performances for all the family, discos and karaoke on the beach. Every corner of this vast territory is adapted for recreation with children, children's water parks with warm water, amusement park, zoo, ice cream on every corner. The child was happy, there were enough impressions and activities not even on the territory of the hotel, they only went out to the dolphinarium, it is also within walking distance.
There were a lot of foreigners, it felt like there were only 15 percent Russians.
I was worried about the noise from the road that divides the beach area and the side with the hotels, we were lucky with the room, the windows faced the houses (outside the hotel) and it was quiet, I think there are noisy rooms, but the windows isolate the sounds well. There are comfortable tunnels leading to the beach, which you can go down directly by elevator from your building.
Excellent breakfasts from 7:30 , we didn't even go to restaurants for lunch , since there were 3 bars on the beach from 11 to 17 and you could always find something to eat (and who wanted to drink) , dinners were held in 2 restaurants inside and outside , barbecue, fish and pasta were served on the street There were also 3 small restaurants on the beach (fish, Turkish and Italian like) they can be booked at the reception for a small surcharge, we really liked it, a great change of scenery.
We stayed at the hotel from May 3 to May 14, we did not regret that we did not arrive during the peak season, there was no heat, the hotel was not full, the beaches were empty, and most importantly, the pools, as stated, were almost all heated. Almost no one knows Russian from the staff (except for the girls in the lobby), recommends repeating the basic expressions for addressing in the restaurant 😁 I didn't like the elevator only 🙈😆lives my life, I had to wait a long time with a wheelchair 😄
I recommend a 10 out of 10 hotel for families with children.

A wonderful hotel with a well-thought-out territory. Very exciting water parks. Good restaurants, delicious endless food. We've been here twice. The first October - November is a wife with two children. The second time is April-May with the whole family with four children. The kids are thrilled. We had the best rooms both times. It still matters!

The best place to stay with children. Food, entertainment, atmosphere, everything is at 1000%. We are very happy with our stay! The kids are thrilled! I recommend it!!!!!!! The youngest daughter's birthday was celebrated there. They presented us with a delicious cake
