I would like to express my dissatisfaction with attending London School. I encountered several serious problems during my visit, which left me with an extremely negative impression.
First of all, I was cheated. This was a real disappointment, as I was counting on transparency and honesty in financial matters when receiving educational services. Errors in calculations can undermine the credibility of an educational institution and create the impression that it does not pay due attention to quality control of its services.
Secondly, I was confronted with the unprofessional and abusive attitude of the staff. Communicating with the London School staff left me feeling disrespected and incompetent. An educational institution should employ qualified specialists who are ready to help and answer questions, and not those who demonstrate unprofessional behavior.

I believe that such situations are unacceptable for an educational institution that claims to have a high quality of education and reputation. Shortcomings in customer service can negatively affect the school's image and alienate potential students.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend London School to other people. I believe that there are many other educational institutions where you can get high-quality educational services without such problems.
