I came in on Saturday to have a clean beer or two. I was just thirsty. The waiters said there were no seats. He sat down on a high chair by the window. I ordered a mug of beer, and waited for her for 31 minutes!!! A mug of beer - half an hour!
Then he asked about the second one, they say, is it also half an hour to wait? They said no, it would be much faster. And really, it was served in 10 minutes. I didn't take any food or snacks.
All this leads to the fact that the institution positions itself as a bar, pub. I.e., a beer establishment. But in prime time, beer will have to wait a long time, or take more than one mug at once. But then, all the mugs that are next will heat up while you are doing the previous one.
I think the pub lacks a bartender, at least on the days of the so-called "full landing".
As for the atmosphere, cleanliness, courtesy of the staff, it seems that there are no complaints here.

There was beer from the tap, with a smell, most likely they do not wash the system normally. Imported beer, which is more expensive, does not spill well, therefore it turns sour, in fact, they served it to me, my cheekbones were already cramped from sour (and this should be a lager, for a second). I gave it to the girls behind the bar, no apologies, no surprise either... they just said that it wouldn't be included in the bill... lol.

The first impression of the place is pleasant. Two floors, comfortable tables and soft sofas. A pleasant influence of British culture with flags and a phone booth. The dishes were also pleased with the price and taste: the refrigerator was moderately sour and salty, there were fried mushrooms in a frying pan with potatoes and hunting sausages, the banana milkshake was quite sweet and cold. The waiters are polite and unobtrusive. The total check came out at 18.30. The only thing is that I couldn't leave a tip, as the check was quickly taken away. But the overall impression is pleasant. I am satisfied with the service.

And what burgers used to be here when they were served in baskets with French fries and vegetables. Now, alas, it is not so. And the pizza was also disappointing, the dough is raw. Food for 1 star.
