Everything was fine until the sports complex "Lokomotiv " was handed over to the VITEBSK Sports Complex. They recruited new employees who are far from their official duties, for example, guards at the pool, the purpose of their stay is not clear, they open the windows and doors wide and say that they are hot, but when you swim in the water, your neck is twisted, and another healthy man is watching he likes to put red chips on the bedside tables by the pool and say that you can't swim on three of the five lanes and everyone was crammed into two lanes, although the rest of the doors were not occupied, for what purpose is not clear? Finding an incompetent employee out of place entails negative consequences for visitors to the sports complex!
I ask the manager to take action.

I'm going to aquaerobics in 2025. It couldn't be worse. Two groups with an interval of 15 minutes. Some have to go out of class to take a shower, others wash up there and go to class. In groups of 20 people. Shower nets 9 . At best, 5 of them work. And then with alternating boiling water, ice water. There are not enough hangers. Shower accessories, other people's towels on top of each other. This is how skin diseases are transmitted. The water drain is constantly clogged, underfoot baloto. For paid subscriptions, such disrespect for people is nothing short of rudeness.

The pool is good, the water is clean, warm, the changing rooms are large, comfortable, and there are many lockers. The shower room is large, but the shower heads don't work very well. The pressure is very weak, like from a faucet, only 5 pieces work. There are very few towel racks in the showers and in one place. It's not nice when strangers' towels are hanging on top of each other. You carry the locker keys with you to the shower in a bag. It is very difficult to get into adult swimming training (it seems that it is only for a select few). Water aerobics is for those who are confident on the water. In any case, you need a doctor's certificate, even for one visit. The biggest disadvantage is the shower heads and the small number of hangers in the shower.

One of the advantages is comfortable temperature water, clean changing rooms, friendly workers in the locker room. That's where the advantages end.
The parking lot is small, in pits, the souls are squalid, everything is in a raid, it works somehow, it's boiling water, it's cold, it's leaking. There are drops everywhere. The lock on the pool door was torn out, and there was black mold inside.
But the most important thing is the staff downstairs, the administrators. It feels like they're working in prison! We are THREE MINUTES late for the session, we ask you to come in, we say that we will swim less, we will leave on time. Answer: we're not supposed to, we're being watched. People, tell me: who needs this??? Keep an eye on the pool visitors... The rules don't apply. We read the rules: they START launching in 15 minutes, not a word about what time they FINISH!
The 21st century, the entire service industry is tuned to the visitor - to make the service as comfortable as possible, to bring joy so that the client leaves with a desire to return again. And here - the exact opposite! It's just awful!
Comrades, I recommend Jack Mitchell's book "Hug Your Client" - it's just about humanity! And this gives maximum results and joy to all participants.
The impressions of the complex are disgusting, honestly.

It's a very poor organization, they don't allocate locker rooms, and they basically force you to change clothes in the pool locker room if you go to the gym. The floors are always wet, and there is an unpleasant smell.

A good old sports complex. Modernization is required... The pool is great, the staff is friendly, except for the wardrobe... The wardrobe is staffed by very rude women who constantly watch TV shows and forget that sometimes you need to submit clothes!
The showers are working very poorly...out of ten showers, sometimes only one works, watering cans are clogged, poor water supply, smells terrible from sewer systems. There is no water cooler on the territory of the sports complex. The sockets are loose, the plug from the hair dryer practically does not hold in them.
It should be noted that the sauna is not bad. Subscription prices are reasonable.

We go to the children's pool with the baby, we practice, however, with our coach, but the pool is good. The depth is comfortable, it will be especially important for parents of short stature. The temperature is normal, the chlorine is minimal, all data can be viewed when logging in to the log. The staff is very polite, always happy for the kids and always help in any way they can! I haven't visited anything else in this complex, but I know that the prices there are very reasonable, although not the most convenient location.

I was on a day off, so maybe I'm not completely objective. There were few people, the water was absolutely wonderful and everything was in order. But the lack of hair dryers is just terrible! Therefore, actually, three stars. I did not have the opportunity to take mine at all (I am not from Vitebsk, and I was not ready for such a turn), so I took advantage of the kind offer of visitors who were aware of the situation. If it wasn't for the guys, it would be very sad. I would also like to note that the sockets for the hair dryers are located in the hall. In general, it's quite a quest.

We came to the baby swimming for the first time in the Lokomotiv IC. The receptionists at the reception told me to wait with the child for the coach. We sit and wait. It's already five minutes to five when I go up to them and ask where our coach is. And they - so it's been a long time. !?!? And we couldn't tell!? The answer is "we have our own job." I also have questions for the coach, I could have asked and picked up my own. I liked the lesson itself, but the attitude is bestial and boorish.
In the changing room, where there are changing tables, put the urn, please. And classes can be arranged so that the next group does not immediately enter, but at least 10 minutes after the end, so that there is no pandemonium. The children are small, 1.5 years old, how is it to dress when there are not enough benches!?

I want to leave a fresh review about the pool in this institution- the pool is dirty, hair and pieces from the aqua aerobics equipment float in the water, the showers do not have an anti-slip coating - therefore, it is very dangerous to leave the pool and walk to the locker room - this is a whole quest, hair is often lying on the shower floor, water is on the floor and the floor is VERY SLIPPERY, because it looks like the drains are not working well, the partitions of the showers rarely see cleaning, they are slippery and in places you can feel the mucus. Plumbing in the shower does not work well- you can be doused with boiling water, then with ice water, although the taps are twisted, but some still constantly flow with water from the rain
The technical staff likes to discuss the surrounding reality and their low salary more than to do their direct work. One plus in the pool is the warm water.

A wonderful place! I went into the Locomotive and asked about visiting their pool. I was told that I need to get a certificate from a doctor at the polyclinic. As I understand it, you need a certificate of skin condition, because there is chlorine in the water.
I have a residence permit in Belarus, and I am a Russian citizen myself. I took out a notebook, went to the information stand on which A4 sheets of paper were hanging, on which there was information about the doctor's certificate, the type of certificate, the number of the certificate... I don't go to the pool every day abroad))
I'm standing there writing down the reference number in a small notebook so that the doctor can show me what kind of certificate the Locomotive requires from me. At this moment, a stout woman in a white medical coat comes out of the door on the 1st floor and immediately shouts loudly: "What are you doing here? You can't rewrite anything!!!! Leave the room!!!"
Other employees began to come out to her screams and also began to demand that I leave.
I calmly turned to them and said: "I'm standing there writing down the reference number for the pool, I'm from Russia myself and I do not know your procedures for visiting the Locomotive. Well, I'm leaving."
I won't visit this institution, if employees forbid me to get acquainted with information and expel visitors, then there is something to hide.
