After my refusal, he refused to come for his goods, said to take them themselves, and this is neither more nor less than 300 km. Moreover, the seller was talking in raised tones, to "you" and with the use of obscene language. And this is instead of smoothing out your jamb somehow, finding some kind of compromise or at least apologizing.
