Brand new renovation, good location, close to the airport, train station, center, there are establishments in the area. But cleaning spoils everything. There's dust and dirt in the corners, it feels like they just used a rag in the center, if they did. Some kind of stickers on the furniture that were left by bad guests, but which are easy to tear off. In general, a good room is spoiled by this sloppiness, and if this goes on, the hotel will quickly lose its pleasant new look. They didn't clean up for 2 days, and they didn't even take out the trash. The room is compact, but the bed is large, there is a wardrobe, a mirror. There is no refrigerator. They give shampoos and dental kits. Water in the cooler at the reception. I booked a room with breakfast, but in fact breakfast was not served at the hotel. After contacting support (Yandex. Travel) refunded part of the amount. In general, it's possible to live, but I can't recommend it because of the cleaning.

It was a very cozy hotel that saved me during a long transfer in April 2024. The very responsive staff went to meet me with a kind of check-in time and currency exchange right at the reception (although I don't know how common this is, but they tried very hard to help me with various nuances). Inside the room, there is a very fresh renovation and a view of a beautiful street. I stayed without the need for breakfast or coffee, I can't comment on this, but I remember that there were several nice coffee shops nearby.

The trip to Uzbekistan was planned in a month, tickets appeared, insurance was issued, and the matter remained with the hotels. The Tashkent-Samarkand-Tashkent route was chosen to explore Uzbekistan. For the first three nights, we booked this hotel through the Ya service.Travel (I chose to pay on Russian websites in order to carry less cash with me). The payment was made without incident, we arrived at the hotel. The plane landed around 3 p.m., and we were at the hotel around 5 p.m. On the plus side: nice new neighborhood. Clean streets, shops, good lighting. The room is small, but in general everything you need is there (disposable slippers, shampoos, brushes, kettle, etc.). Now of the cons, that's why the stars have dropped globally. Breakfast! So, if you book a hotel with breakfast for check-in, it doesn't guarantee ANYTHING! I was looking for breakfast in principle, since we were traveling with two children (10 and 13 years old) and running around looking for a place to eat in the morning was not tempting. But in order. Arriving at the hotel a few hours after the start of check-in (officially, like everywhere else, it starts at 14:00), no one was waiting for us. The room is not ready. They told me to wait 20 minutes. OK, we're not proud people, we'll wait :) 30 minutes have passed, at least, and we received the coveted card from the room. They got inside. The room is cleaned, the linen is clean, towels... the hub is broken (not critical, but a fact), there is a hole in the wall in the toilet, the toilet seat is just lying on top of the toilet... In general, all the shortcomings do not interfere with spending the night, living, and relaxing... especially for only 3 nights. In the morning, after waking up the children, we went down for breakfast (30 minutes before we checked into the room, no one found a moment to tell us that there would be no breakfast). There are dirty coffee cups in the dining room, one of the workers was eating pilaf, the whole distribution is empty. To our question: "Where is it?" He left, he came, the cook got sick, there will be no breakfast. Have you clarified whether there will be a cook tomorrow? They don't know. They sighed and left. Let's go to a cafe, because there's no point in arguing. No solution was offered. In the evening, they came to the reception THEMSELVES, clarified that there would be no breakfast (breakfast for 4 was included in the room for a second!!! a person). I charge 2 stars for breakfast. Even if something was going on, force majeure, it was possible to approach the situation in a humane way and notify the guests. But no. Cleaning. Minus 1 more star. No, I'm not even talking about cleaning every day, but it's probably worth responding to the "please clean the room" sign on the door. Why are they needed then, if they are simply ignored? P.S. by contacting Ya.I was able to refund a partial payment of the cost of the hotel (thanks for the help). If you had booked directly, I think this opportunity would not have been there.

Book a room with breakfast for four. When I arrived to check in, it immediately became clear that no one was waiting for us. Let's go prepare the room. An hour later, they gave me the keys and took me to my room. The room was shabby. There's a lot of damage, the guardian is torn off, the bathroom tiles are broken. In the morning, we went to breakfast, but as it turned out, there was no breakfast, no one had cooked it and would not cook it. They said "sorry" and asked me to clean the room, but it was never cleaned. Thanks I.Thank you for responding appropriately to my complaint.

We stayed for one night, and it was a wild disappointment. The room and bathroom are smoky, the floor is dirty, and when asked to clean the floors while we leave for lunch, they smeared the dirt and did not close the room with our belongings inside. After repeated requests to rectify the situation, they were moved to another room, there were not the right number of sets of towels. I had to ask. Don't give a damn. There is something to compare it with.

We really liked everything! The price is good. The room is clean, cleaning every day! The guys at the reception are very polite, helpful and will always help. There is no sound insulation, but the neighbors were not very noisy either. The breakfasts are not bad, you can choose according to your taste))

It's a terrible hotel. The room was dirty, the toilet was broken, and there was no door in the shower room. The request to leave was ignored. The room has a TV and air conditioning, but no remote controls. They asked for it, and it arrived two hours later, and it wasn't the right ones. At night, the staff made noise under the windows, there was no food on the buffet. When checking in, they tried to cheat and sell the room for twice as much. And the positive reviews seem to be writing to themselves.

Overall, the hotel is good, we left with good impressions. I will not put you below a star, so as not to lower your rating. But I would like to give criticism so that you would be better. Change the seals in the doors, as you can hear everything that happens in the hallway, and when noisy neighbors go at night you wake up. Also, the seals on the windows will crack and the wind and noise of cars will blow. These rubber bands cost pennies, change them and everything will be on fire. The staff is polite, +- speak Russian, clean every day and efficiently)

I didn't like the hotel. I'll start in order. There are few amenities in the room. There is no safe, there is no refrigerator, there is no additional lighting except for the light on the ceiling, there are no towels for feet. Very hard mattresses and high uncomfortable pillows. The sheets are very small and constantly come out from under the mattress. There is a hair dryer on the wall in the bathroom, and there is no outlet where to turn it on. My triple room faced the courtyard. People were constantly smoking and talking there. The window couldn't be opened. Breakfast is the worst I've ever had. Available: oatmeal porridge is more like white water with a small amount of flakes. The scrambled eggs were the same all day. Overcooked eggs and tasteless fried sausages. Some kind of incomprehensible, tasteless dry muffin, dry breakfast. Instant coffee and tea bags. The cleaning is bad. In 4 days, they never changed towels, did not report toilet paper. The cleaning consisted only in the fact that they made the bed and then poorly. The administrators are impolite, some did not even say hello. When contacting us, we did nothing to solve the problem. On the first day of check-in, we had a blocked drain in the shower stall. I said this at the reception. Nobody solved the problem during the whole day. My husband had to clean the drain himself. One day I had a cheerful do not disturb sign, while the staff knocked on my door and asked if my bathroom water was running, while my child was sleeping.

In our case, we had to listen to a gathering in the courtyard of the guests who decided to chat later. We returned from the institution + just closed the window, turning on the air conditioner, when we realized that the guys decided to "hang out" in the yard. But we heard the scandal around 0:00 from other, less loyal guests. From the negative: there is no refrigerator in the room, no mini bar. The cabin (shower) leaks when in use. Breakfast for 3, no more. A big plus is the location of the hotel. In general, taking into account the cost, it is normal
