In general, a good room is spoiled by this sloppiness, and if this goes on, the hotel will quickly lose its pleasant new look. They didn't clean up for 2 days, and they didn't even take out the trash. The room is compact, but the bed is large, there is a wardrobe, a mirror. There is no refrigerator. They give shampoos and dental kits. Water in the cooler at the reception. I booked a room with breakfast, but in fact breakfast was not served at the hotel. After contacting support (Yandex. Travel) refunded part of the amount. In general, it's possible to live, but I can't recommend it because of the cleaning.
It was a very cozy hotel that saved me during a long transfer in April 2024. The very responsive staff went to meet me with a kind of check-in time and currency exchange right at the reception (although I don't know how common this is, but they tried very hard to help me with various nuances). Inside the room, there is a very fresh renovation and a view of a beautiful street. The trip to Uzbekistan was planned in a month, tickets appeared, insurance was issued, and the matter remained with the hotels. The Tashkent-Samarkand-Tashkent route was chosen to explore Uzbekistan. For the first three nights, we booked this hotel through the Ya service.Travel (I chose to pay on Russian websites in order to carry less cash with me). The payment was made without incident, we arrived at the hotel. The plane landed around 3 p.m., and we were at the hotel around 5 p.m.
On the plus side: nice new neighborhood. Clean streets, shops, good lighting. The room is small, but in general everything you need is there (disposable slippers, shampoos, brushes, kettle, etc.).
Now of the cons, that's why the stars have dropped globally. Breakfast! So, if you book a hotel with breakfast for check-in, it doesn't guarantee ANYTHING! I was looking for breakfast in principle, since we were traveling with two children (10 and 13 years old) and running around looking for a place to eat in the morning was not tempting. But in order. Arriving at the hotel a few hours after the start of check-in (officially, like everywhere else, it starts at 14:00), no one was waiting for us. The room is not ready. They told me to wait 20 minutes. OK, we're not proud people, we'll wait :) 30 minutes have passed, at least, and we received the coveted card from the room. They got inside. The room is cleaned, the linen is clean, towels... the hub is broken (not critical, but a fact), there is a hole in the wall in the toilet, the toilet seat is just lying on top of the toilet... In general, all the shortcomings do not interfere with spending the night, living, and relaxing... especially for only 3 nights. In the morning, after waking up the children, we went down for breakfast (30 minutes before we checked into the room, no one found a moment to tell us that there would be no breakfast). There are dirty coffee cups in the dining room, one of the workers was eating pilaf, the whole distribution is empty. To our question: "Where is it?" He left, he came, the cook got sick, there will be no breakfast. Have you clarified whether there will be a cook tomorrow? They don't know. They sighed and left. Let's go to a cafe, because there's no point in arguing. No solution was offered. In the evening, they came to the reception THEMSELVES, clarified that there would be no breakfast (breakfast for 4 was included in the room for a second!!! a person). I charge 2 stars for breakfast. Even if something was going on, force majeure, it was possible to approach the situation in a humane way and notify the guests. But no.
Cleaning. Minus 1 more star. No, I'm not even talking about cleaning every day, but it's probably worth responding to the "please clean the room" sign on the door. Why are they needed then, if they are simply ignored?
P.S. by contacting Ya.I was able to refund a partial payment of the cost of the hotel (thanks for the help). If you had booked directly, I think this opportunity would not have been there.

We stayed for one night, and it was a wild disappointment.
