Bellisima! Grazie mille! Great hotel rooms are awesome! It's just awesome, next to S. Marko. A great place in the city!! The staff is super. There are always drinks in the fridge! Grazie mille!!

We spent one night in June 2019. We booked a room with a shared bathroom, we gave it with our own, thank you very much! The room is large enough, the bed is wide. It was very clean. A pleasant surprise was the presence of a kettle, cups and tea-coffee. The closet is large. There is a small refrigerator. The decoration is royal, beautiful. There is an air conditioner. The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink, toilet, bidet, shampoo gels. There was always hot water. It was dark and quiet at night. The room is located under the roof, so the ceiling is beveled (head bumped)). There are a lot of stairs to climb to the top floor, but a view of the tiled roofs. The reception was quickly arranged, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is above all praise, a large selection – sausage, cheese, eggs, warm pastries, juice, tea-coffee-jams ... The room had excellent Wi-Fi.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the church of Santa Maria Formosa, without landmarks it is very difficult to find anything in Venice. However, I still had to ask, because the entrance to the hotel is in a very narrow branch from a narrow street. You need to ring the doorbell from the street, an employee will come down. Across the canal from the church there is a large supermarket called Sonad, you probably can't find it without a map, the sign is just above the entrance. There is a large selection of products there and, of course, it is cheaper than in small shops on the streets.
The location is very good. San Marco Square is a 10-minute walk away. We walked from the station without hurrying for about an hour, having examined some sights on the way. You can use a vaporetto, but it's expensive. We rode the vaporetto late at night, beauty!!! We looked at the night square of San Marco and quickly reached the hotel (of course, the road needs to be explored during the day).
We checked out in the morning and left our backpacks downstairs, took them away before leaving, everything was in order. We communicated with the staff in English.
We booked on Booking in the winter, then there were no places in the hotel, and other hotels in the center are sensitively more expensive.
