I have never seen such an unfair attitude to work!
I will definitely not contact this car wash. I advise you to go around the M13 car wash on the Uman side.
I brought the car by prior (!!) appointment at 13.00, I signed up last night, not even day to day! I brought the car in advance (at 12.30) so that the time arrangements would be fulfilled for sure. I gave the keys to the receptionist, we agreed that upon completion of the car wash, he would call back.
I did not wait for the call, I came to get the car at 15.00. And NOW ATTENTION: the car was untouched, from the word completely. She was standing in the same place, in the same form. In 2 hours of time, the car wash was not started. And this is taking into account the pre-registration!
I have not received an explanation of the reasons for this situation from the car wash workers, I am generally silent about the elementary "sorry that it happened like this". Absolutely boorish attitude towards clients and work in general!
M13 employees have obviously never heard of customer orientation. Which is at least very strange for the 21st century.
And I did wash the car at another car wash! For 28 rubles, by the way, and not for 42, as stated here.

I always turn only here. The car drives off-road, almost always in terrible condition. They wash it very efficiently, they will help and offer something new for the safety of the car, in winter or in summer. They will also help to remove rust on the kangaroo coop.

I like. I chose the LM13 car wash!
I've been to different car washes. The result was not always pleasing. Then the price is too high. Then they will not wash it efficiently. They'll scratch you with their dirty rags.
Everything is fine on LM13 so far. I would like a discount on regular visits!
