A wonderful hotel to return to! Large well-maintained territory, rooms with modern renovation and appliances. Room service is also at an appropriate level. The food is average, but you definitely won't stay hungry. There is a walking area, a heated swimming pool. The beach is divided into several zones: pebbles near the water, sand a little further away. So vacationers with children will have something to do for toddlers. There is also a volleyball court on the sandy part, for those who do not like to just lie on sun beds. Of course, there is a slight disadvantage - most of the sun beds are attached to the upper part of the beach, and there are very few of them near the water. It should also be noted that a transfer to the markets of Pitsunda and Gagra is organized for a small fee. There is also a tour desk on site where you can purchase guided tours on request. In our case, we enjoyed our vacation very much, and we are ready to return again, which we will do at the end of May 2025.

Of the advantages: the rooms are fresh, the furniture is modern, the towels are Normal. Nice pool, but small for so many rooms. We had a rest in the off-season, but there are still a lot of people. Of the cons: Bathrobes are given only on demand, I had to look for a girl who gives out bathrobes, we searched for the right size for a long time. All the robes are mostly 42-44 sizes. My husband was barely picked up. And food! It's like a hungry land! they run like crazy with all their legs in this distribution, they are afraid that they will not have enough food. After the first visit to the dining room, they began to come later for about half an hour, when all the hungry would have time to fill their bellies. The food itself is for an amateur, just some kind of sanatorium, without frills. What is breakfast, what is lunch, what is dinner. Of the fruits, only oranges. There were apples once. Well, it's not very good at all. But you won't stay hungry. The beach is super, the sea is also. The palm trees are gorgeous, the views are beautiful. The girl at the reception is friendly. There is a cinema with the smell of mothballs))), two tennis tables, but you will not find balls for the game. Those who rested longer simply ordered rackets and balls for ozone, but there is always a queue at the tables for the game. Although there is still plenty of room to put tables. There is a table with big chess, we liked it - we played. There is a library, always empty by the way...In general, everything seems to be from the USSR, the atmosphere, the smells, the rooms. If it were not for the fresh renovation of the rooms, you might think that you have fallen into the past. Of course, I will not go a second time, there are more comfortable conditions in Abkhazia for this money. But for a change, you can visit.

The Litfond Hotel in Abkhazia has left an indelible impression! This is a place where nature, comfort and hospitality harmoniously combine.
** The territory** is a real fairy tale! Surrounded by greenery, gardens, flowerbeds and shady alleys create the feeling of a park, not just a hotel. Every morning began with the aroma of freshly picked tangerines — I have never seen such a taste anywhere else!
**The rooms** are spacious, bright and thoughtful to the smallest detail. Comfortable beds with high-quality linens, modern plumbing, balconies with garden or sea views. The cleanliness is perfect, and the interior is decorated in soothing tones, which adds a sense of peace.
I would like to note separately the **location**: peace and quiet, but at the same time close to the main attractions. The staff is always ready to help with advice or organization of excursions.

A wonderful boarding house on the outskirts of Pitsunda, suitable for those who want a relaxing holiday by the sea. The room was on the 7th floor of the main building, with a sea view on the right and a view of the lake and mountains on the left. The room is small but cozy, everything you need is there (air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, cups, decanter, glasses, bathrobes, slippers, towels + beach towels, gel, shampoo, soap, tooth.pasta, toilet paper). Three buffet meals a day, something new every day, very tasty, you can always choose the food you like. A big plus is that there is an outdoor heated swimming pool. We were in early May, there weren't many people, so we had a very comfortable rest. There was one disadvantage, it was room cleaning, unfortunately not daily, I had to ask a couple of times to replenish the room with toiletries, but this did not spoil the overall impression. I would especially like to mention the opportunity to take a massage course at the Literary Foundation. If you want to spend a vacation with benefits for your health, I highly recommend massage therapist Alexander. An excellent specialist who knows his job, treats with his own hands (I warn you that he does not have a relaxation massage, but a therapeutic one). It's a pity that I only managed to get to him four times, because my vacation was short, but for these sessions my neck and back are grateful to him. I plan to return to the Literary Fund.

Abkhazia is a wonderful country, beautiful and beautiful with its nature! On the plus side: nature, the suite is good, we haven't been to another one. If the hotel is interested in feedback on the cons and pros, in order to improve the quality of its services, then I would like to note the ugly attitude and behavior of the canteen administrator Marianna towards our children. The dining room is supposedly divided into zones: for suites and standard rooms. Our children, not seeing the cucumbers in the suite area, wanted to take them to the standard room area, but employee Marianne literally blocked their way and began sending them to their places, like schoolchildren, not hotel guests. When the children tried to explain why they were going to another area, Marianne began to raise her voice. We parents heard what was happening, approached Marianne, who was scolding our children, with remarks that she should not raise her voice at our children, Marianne replied that she had the same children at home and that she would talk to them as she saw fit. Please take measures and do not allow such employees to work with people, children!

The boarding house is wonderful, the location is excellent! We visited more than once, the rooms in both the small building and the main building were well renovated. Perfect mattresses and pillows. I don't want to scold, I just want to draw the attention of the management to nutrition, it is possible to replace the nutrition manager. This time, the meal was in the suite room. There was always not enough food. The food of the average canteen. And it doesn't actually differ in any way from the main hall. The plates look like they haven't been washed. Lemon is only for breakfast. And this is in Abkhazia!!! There are no questions for the staff, everyone is trying, hospitable and sincere!

I happened to be in the Literary Fund 2 times, the 1st in the fall of 2022 and the 2nd time in the holidays of 2025. Since this is a boarding house, of course, 3 meals a day (buffet), everything is very tasty, homely (especially pastries, here is a separate praise). Everything is renovated, clean rooms, well-maintained large territory, sports grounds, outdoor swimming pool with hot water in winter. There is a gym with lots of exercise equipment, it is included in the room rate. I appreciated the sauna, 500 rubles /hour per person. A new medical building is being built, and it may be commissioned in 2025 during the season. Wi-Fi is available everywhere, right down to the beach. There are small shops, a pharmacy and cafes on site. The store stocked up on the sweetest local tangerines and some people ate 2kg at a time 😁
One of the disadvantages is that the price in the summer season does not bite, but it is already noticeable if you are traveling with your family. But maybe it's worth it. I highly recommend Litfond and I will be glad to come back more than once.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Litfond sanatorium. We moved today from the Boxwood Grove sanatorium. The territory is of course smaller, but it is quite enough, there is a playground for children, a swimming pool outside, comfortable sun beds. For me, the Literary Fund is better, more comfortable and more modern. I really liked the cuisine at the Literary Fund!!! There is less choice than in boxwood, but this is also correct. But it's very tasty at home, all the vegetables are fresh, young, greens. Next time, I would have come here right away, if they had known about this sanatorium, I would have bought vouchers here right away.

We have just returned from vacation. Abkhazia is wonderful for its nature and the sea. We have already visited it many times. The hotel is beautiful, everything is clean, the territory is very good, everything is conducive to doing everything at the level, very cool. But....We booked the first 3 days in this boarding house. They did not extend it, since the prices are already like in hotels with good service, but there is no service. The food is like in a Soviet canteen. If you are a little late, then everyone has already dared. There is ground coffee in the dining room, but no milk. When asked by the staff if there was milk, she received a grin. I do not know what kind of cereal they pour for children. Locals come to the beach, gather in groups. One of them was rude in response to a question about renting a Sap board. We just didn't expect the locals to come there with their own, it turns out. In general, the owner of the establishment clearly wanted a different result. We need control. Either discount the prices or change something. You pay for a service that doesn't exist. As an option, do not pay for meals, look for cafes, if there is such an option here.

I went at the end of March, I worked in one building, it was out of season. There is a pharmacy, shops and a cafe on site. We went to a cafe through the park of the boarding house to the left.

This year we are going to go to the Literary Fund once again. Nice, clean, cozy rooms, cleaned daily, the staff is polite, responds quickly to requests. There is a medical unit where you can get timely help and necessary procedures. Competent medical staff is working. A delicious buffet at home, fresh food, and varied meals. The territory is beautiful, well maintained, clean. There are sun beds on the beach, both in the shade and in the sun, as you like. The light breeze that is present in the heat creates comfortable conditions on the beach. The beach is sandy and pebbly, so you need special shoes for swimming. The water is clean and transparent. In the evenings there are children's and adult discos, movies, concerts. Interesting excursions are on sale.
We are looking forward to the opportunity to visit the Literary Fund again.

We had a rest in the off-season from 1.05.25 to 04.05.25. Among the advantages: the rooms are fresh, the furniture is modern, towels, bathrobes, slippers- everything is fine. It was cleaned normally. The pool is warm, also normal. The transfer is excellent (the girls wrote and reminded you to find out when and who will take you) However, there was a feeling that the call service and the Reception service were not friends with each other. But the food is TERRIBLE. It was very sad, because there was little of it, it was meager, there was no meat, the chicken was bones, fish, salmon, but in fact the sea tongue. The staff simply forgot to update the trays, it felt like they had just been recruited, but why did they forget to tell. Fruits are apples and oranges, but if you haven't entered in the first 10 minutes, you're unlikely to try it. With all this, stunning sea, beautiful territory, excellent beach. On the territory of the cafe where my brother went to drink coffee three times in the morning, but never got there. Either she accepts the product, or she disappears. In general, if you want a normal service, then you are not here.

A wonderful solution for the off-season (a warm pool). We lived in a junior suite with two children. The room is clean, everything you need is there. There are many wonderful cats and dogs on the territory.
There are significant flaws in the room - huge, low-functional cabinets. There are no hooks, barbells, or hangers in the hallway. There is a deep closet in the room with a place for a refrigerator, but the refrigerator did not enter the height and just stands in the middle of the room, and there is a huge empty section in the closet.
According to consumables, there is soap, shampoo, paper, disposable slippers and bathrobes, a shaving kit and a shower cap are issued once. There is NO air conditioner - I had to go for it. The cleaning is mediocre, the balcony is not cleaned at all.
Nutrition - at first you see abundance, after a day you realize that many products are processed several times and served with a new dish every day. On the third day, we figured out what to take (fresh). But!!!!! there is always enough food, everything is delicious, especially desserts. It was extremely unpleasant for me to hear the sounds of endlessly moving chairs - it would be nice to stick soft pads on the legs. On Sat and Sun, the food in the dining room is scantier, there are fewer staff, the pool is not cleaned.
The view from both balconies is pleasant, the staff is polite. The sports grounds are good - volleyball, bassketball and lawn tennis. There is a gym. In general, the rest is good. If the pool was always cleaned and heated, it would be wonderful.

A great place to relax! The sea is 150 m away, pine trees along the embankment on the very edge of the beach, the air is clean, with the smell of the sea and pines, unobtrusive service, excellent recreation, treatment, baths, excursions, leisure, friendly staff, buffet, magnificent territory, along the sea not fenced, you can walk to Pitsunda in half an hour, without a city It's like getting into that other world, in the good Soviet times, when we all lived under communism and didn't know about it... After the renovation, the hotel has a very good level, although not everything has been renovated yet. We rested with pleasure! It is democratic, everything is accessible, the people are relaxed. We had a rest in January. Absolutely everything was wonderful. We ordered a transfer to the hotel, the car is good, the driver is polite. We checked into the hotel within 5 minutes. The rooms are clean with all amenities, the staff is pleasant, no complaints. Meals and service in the dining room are 10 out of 10. At the end of the rest, we were the only guests at the hotel, but even then a buffet of several dishes was served for us in the dining room, there was no saving due to the small number of guests. We played tennis, basketball, even the animator worked for us alone), did aqua aerobics and stretching, went to the gym, the temperature in the outdoor pool was 36 degrees, we swam every day. We went on several excursions, we also liked everything, the drivers were adequate, the guide was interesting, the service was not intrusive, 10 points. We were very lucky with the weather, all the days were sunny, the temperature rose to +20 degrees. We were basking on the beach, walking, the sea was clear, we would have had a wetsuit and we could have swum. To all those who like a quiet, comfortable stay, I recommend coming to the Literary Fund in winter, you will not regret it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Large territory, Parking, Playground. Children's room with staff, generally separate 5 stars! Table tennis is available. Clean, large swimming pool. Shops on site. WiFi throughout the territory. Own sun beds, you don't need to pay extra for anything. The cinema! Movies every day, at lunch and in the evening. The dining room is large. But, there is one unpleasant moment, fruits, compotes and desserts ran out very quickly and were not always taken out again. Maybe it's because of the vacationers, maybe the number is limited, but I had to run faster first for sweets, and then everything else. The dishes are varied and delicious.

Many thanks to the Literary Fund! A very good impression. Meals are served three times a day according to the buffet scheme. The food is normal, for every taste. The renovation is both exterior and interior fresh. Every morning, a schedule of entertainment events for children and not only is posted for the whole day. The beach is pebbly, the pebbles are small (unlike Gagra). On the beach (and generally on the territory of the sanatorium), obsessive individuals with various unnecessary and semi-necessary services and goods do not wander. There are stationary points where products, souvenirs, etc. are sold, a pharmacy, saps, excursions. Dolphins were seen from the sanatorium beach twice in 8 days. The library is gorgeous. The literature is of high quality, mostly modern editions. There are a lot of classics of different genres. There is a good billiard room. Often free, with a low price tag. There are excellent fields for basketball, volleyball, and lawn tennis. They play volleyball a lot. There is a great outdoor pool. The children spent a lot of time in it with pleasure.
Among the disadvantages: we did not appreciate the fact that the waiter team spent almost every evening in the pool. Well, even this is not the main disadvantage. The downside is that they smoke a lot while sitting right by the pool. That is, despite the fact that in very many moments the sanatorium is really very high-quality and comfortable, allowing staff to smoke around the perimeter of the pool seems somehow incomprehensibly disastrous. Well, maybe they do it outside of work hours and don't violate anything. And in general, it should be noted that they behave absolutely normally. But somehow, the administration seems to be underworking with smoking on the territory.
And yet, so that my review is not misinterpreted, I note that I give a confident 5 stars. A very high-quality relaxing holiday on the Black Sea. I am sure that the administration will quickly and easily fix the situation with smoking by the pool.

We had a rest on June 19-1 at the Literary Fund. We enjoyed the events, the room itself, and the food. The pool has warm water, but the sea was still cool. And I also liked the animator Katya, who was always perfect in everything and for all the guests. Everything is fine, the impressions are positive! Excellent boarding house, gorgeous beach, swimming pool , dining room. Clean, well-maintained territory. Secure parking. Three elevators are constantly working. The staff is polite, they try to solve all problems to the maximum. The furniture is new. It was very pleasant to rest there for 2 weeks.I highly recommend the Abkhazian feast from the excursions. You can go to the rest yourself and save money. The food is homemade, without frills. Rotavirus has not been caught.Abkhazia is beautiful. There are no traffic jams, the roads are good. People are like everywhere else. Cows are like in India. And there's a construction site all around. The beaches are free. Small pebbles.

An excellent sanatorium. I had a rest in July. The room is in the main building on the 11th floor. Beautiful view - the sea to the right, the lake to the left. The room has everything - a set of towels, a bathrobe, slippers, a dryer, a kettle, tea pairs, plates and even a corkscrew (ashtray - on the balcony, please). The plumbing was working properly.
The territory is not huge, but it is nicely decorated, everything is clean and new.
The beach is pebbly and spacious. I took the sunbeds early in the morning, but this is a common practice. Anyone who woke up at 12:00 could have problems.
The food is good. Everything is simple, diverse, homely. Lots of healthy food.
I took excursions right there. Everything is well organized. It is good that concerts are held periodically in the cinema hall. I was at two - I was delighted with the local artists!
So, if you like a calm, measured rest in decent conditions, choose Litfond!

I had a rest in the middle of June. The main building has the 11th floor. Single room (excellent view from the balcony: the sea is on the right, the lake is on the left), the furniture is modest, but everything you need is there. The room cleaning is good. I liked the building itself too. Everything is nearby, dining room, swimming pool, sea 100m. A new 4-storey medical building is under construction.
The food is a buffet, the variety of food is average, there are not enough fruits for 4+. The coupon system of passage to the dining room was killed, where the arrival for breakfast / lunch / dinner was crossed out with a pen. Apparently, the head of the catering is a man of the old formation, living in his USSR-era past with a card-based food distribution system and not able to organize work using modern technologies. of the advantages: quick cleaning of tables and timely replenishment of food. There were always places in the dining room and a table. But the cats walk there like at home. I saw it regularly.
On the transfer: weak organization. The boarding house does not have a body on duty or a round-the-clock connection. They forgot to include me in the transfer. I was at the airport for almost 5 hours!!!arrival at 6.30 am, I couldn't get through, because the office was at their place from 9:00 and after that until 11, when they took it away.Imagine how they take care of their vacationers... In general, the managers and their manager are not customer-oriented, they did not even apologize properly.
But the sea smoothed everything out. It is clean, warm, the entrance is convenient, there are handrails for descent. Pesch beach is pebbly, special shoes are desirable. I forgot to take the corals with me, it was lazy to buy new ones and why spend the extra rubles. I give you a life hack: go into the sea in flip-flops, take them off, put them on your hands, swim, holding your toes with your fingers (by the way, it turns out like flippers-gloves, only on your hands), then when you exit, put them back on your feet and leave the sea calmly. Pebbles for nothing!
There were enough sun beds. There is an outdoor cafe on the beach overlooking the sea. The beach is large, there is a space, the only one where volleyball is, the sand is not leveled, the pit is simple. I went on an excursion to hot springs, Sukhum embankment, a cave in Chernihiv. I liked. Great. Beslan's driver is a professional in his field. I recommend.
In general, the boarding house is good, but there is weak management and transfer.

The weather was cloudy and rainy for most of the trip, but everything else is just GREAT!
Luxury two-room junior suite, food, warm pool, friendly staff, magnificent park.

We had a family vacation in 2023.
The food is normal, the rooms are not bad. It's good for Abkhazia, the price is equal to the quality. Since we have been there three times, there is something to compare it with. I like Pitsunda more than Gagra, the sea is calmer, fir trees.
The beach is private, nice, the natural shade from the trees is usually clean. There are sun beds, free of charge. There is an alley where you can walk.
On the territory of the boarding house itself there is a basketball field, good playgrounds, a library, a children's room indoors.
There is a transfer from the hotel. However, on the way back there was a slight misunderstanding over time, they explained it to us a hundred times, but they did not understand 😀
Rotovirus could not be avoided on the way back , this is Abkhazia…

We had a rest in the Literary Fund in September. I really liked the warm sea, the building is renovated in the sanatorium, the room is very nice and the area is good, not crowded. There is air conditioning, good quality TV broadcasting, its own wf. Cleaning, linen change, consumables are excellent. There is a promenade along the nearby sanatoriums, but there is not much place to walk. But there are many interesting excursions. Movies, discos, concerts - everything is there. There are two cafes on site where you can eat kebab and khachapuri. They take a bus to water and mud treatment, but they will soon build their own treatment center, the building already stands 7 floors high, the interior is being finished. For the sake of nature and the sea, I would come again.

We went out in July at the Literary Fund boarding house . The accommodation was very pleasant, the pool and the beach are all very decent.The dining room service is top-notch, the food is fresh and varied.The canteen service is a separate and special thanks to the canteen administrator Marianna Nodarievna and the waiters.I really remember and was impressed by her modesty, attention, politeness and care for every visitor.He is always very smiling and warmly welcomes guests .She was very positive and promptly responded to any of our requests . I had a rest from 17 to 24 September 24, I liked everything, despite the bad weather and the raging sea.The animation is at the highest level, the girls are well done, friendly service at the reception,varied meals,room cleaning for 5.Lived on the 5th floor: the maid Eka- special thanks to her for cleaning.In general, I am a regular guest of this boarding house.I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.Beautiful territory, a huge heated swimming pool,there is a shuttle service from the airport and railway station.On the trail.I will definitely go again in a year!!!

The pension "Litfont" is a great place to relax at any time of the year. Near the sea, a beautiful lake and a pool with warm water in the open air.
Comfortable rooms, delicious food and a beautiful area. There are many wonderful benches for relaxing, palm trees, flowering bushes and trees.
The building has excellent tennis tables, a library, a cafe, a concert hall, a buffet room, etc.
Every vacationer will be able to find an interesting activity for himself: play chess, fish in the lake or in the sea, swim, take a walk, get massages and much more.

We had a rest this summer in Abkhazia, the nature is gorgeous, the air is clean, we visited excursions. Abkhazia is in our heart forever!!!! We chose the Litfond hotel for our stay. A great place to relax!
We had a family vacation, rented two rooms next to each other. Cleaning without problems and without a bribe, as in Turkey. Separately on nutrition, everything is delicious. The children were always full. The assortment was changed, there was enough variety, I will separately note dairy products for 5k yoghurts in particular. There wasn't much of a queue. The pool is clean and seems to be chlorine-free, the eyes did not sting. The sports complex is equipped with equipment professionally, which also surprised, often it is either rent or go.but for some reason. The beach is pebbly, there is a railing for entry. There are horse mackerel fishing and dolphins at sea.

I was there from 07/18.24-07/27.24- I liked everything. The food is a buffet, everything is arranged, and the stomach is in order and the assortment. The area is clean and beautiful. The room was a single standard, everything is fine. The beach is 3 minutes away, the beach is clean (sandy and pebbly), and the main sea is clear and clean. And there were no troubles (there were no rotoviruses or stomach problems). And the water has its own well, I drank water from the tap. I lived on the 6th floor, special thanks to the maid, attentive and always welcome in the room.

The sea is gorgeous.Rooms 5+.a very large and beautiful territory.from the hotel to the beach 3 min.
Good service regarding the transfer.
Of the cons:Local dogs have been seen swimming in the pool more than once.Sunbeds should be occupied on the beach at 6 am.and it's not a fact that they will get it.And nutrition is a separate topic.For the first 2 days at lunch, beef liver in sour cream.for dinner, liver in breadcrumbs.Then the nutrition commission arrived and everything was fine for the rest of the days.Can they?But they don't want to.I liked that there are cafes and bars on the territory.The cafe on the shore is tin.They slowly let go.the tables are not cleaned.barbecue for 3.Cafe near cottages-the cuisine is delicious.the prices are adequate.The waiter is Madina umnichka.5+

I'll tell you how we met NG in 2025 at the Litfonda karaoke bar. There was also the experience of the last NG in the same place.
Last year, on New Year's Eve, there was a gorgeous bartender, the bar really sang, danced and everything worked. This year, NG decided to repeat how we made a mistake. A ruined New Year's Eve party. We arrived at the bar at the appointed time. The table is dirty after previous visitors, there was nothing on the menu for more than half. The waitress couldn't bring the order written on a piece of paper. I got confused in 4 tables of visitors. Total of 4 tables per ng night🤦♀️
I got mixed up and brought half of the order, not ours, although everything is paid for in advance, the salmon steaks were so salty that they were returned to the cook. The cheese plate was not brought at all, the pinocolade was brought with sour milk (fermented milk in a glass, you saw what you were giving to the visitors) there was no ice in the glass at all. To my question, why is there no ice? Answer: - Oh, and it's over, we just put it in the freezer. At 23:40 on New Year's Eve, the willingness to receive guests is simple.
Next, the karaoke in the bar wasn't working! All the staff, from the waitress girl to the would-be bartender, who spent all his days just lying on the couch in the lobby and in the bar with a phone in his hands, refused to help us connect the equipment and at least find someone who could do it. As a result, our men themselves connected everything on their own at the 12th hour of the night. Then we had to let the disco go on our own via Bluetooth from our phone!!!!
The only answer from the staff was that we had nothing to do with it, it was not our business, we would not help, we would not fix anything!!! Because the local guys were hanging out with the girl all night, they didn't care that they were at work and people came to them from different cities of Russia. 🤦♀️
A ruined New Year's Eve party in an empty karaoke bar. Moreover, there was a big check-in on ng night, vacationers looked into the bar, everyone was ready to sit, pay, relax, spend money. But no, the shelves are half empty, there is nothing on the menu, only pizza and rolls. On January 1, the bar was closed in the evening, the bartender was sleeping on the couch and informed everyone who wanted to visit the bar that he had a day off and could work after 21 or 22 hours.!!!! Although the bar's opening hours are from 6 p.m. It was open last time on January 1...🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
The day off is December 30, December 31, January 1, and then we just dumped from this boarding house, as well as most of the vacationers!
We really regret that we did not stay at Boxwood Grove. By the way, your NG banquet in the great hall leaves much to be desired!
Our experiment called "Litfond" is over. I'm not even talking about the cockroaches in the dining room that run over the food, the lack of dishes, the blaring music during meals, the sound of which they refused to reduce.
Coffee in the cafeteria is a separate topic - a vase, instant coffee is poured out and a spoon is sticking out of it. We drew the staff's attention that year to the fact that it is possible to supply a paid coffee machine with grain coffee for those who wish, since there are no coffee machines in the hall, but this year the shameful vase is back 🤦♀️
About the attitude of the staff to their work. Sitting in the workplace playing cards and husking seeds. The room was dirty, the plumbing and the disposable gels started in someone else's hair. Last year, the maids didn't give me a bathrobe for the pool, saying that they saw their own in my suitcase, and if I had arrived with my cot, would they have stolen the bed from my room??? The
booking department didn't behave professionally last year, but it got better this year, at least everything went well with us this time. They answered all the questions, helped, and weren't rude.
We got the impression that there is no single team in the boarding house, and all the departments of operation exist on their own, and some are simply rented out.
The head of the HR department is not coping with his main job - this is an indisputable fact.
The CEO does not control the work of his subordinates, the finance director saves on dishes and inventory. Karaoke is not paid for monthly, there are few songs in the database, they save on literally everything.
Abkhaz indifference is visible at every step in the management of Litfond, hoping only for Russian injections of funds from Rosatom and their paid vouchers for their employees, mostly pensioners. They themselves are not at all interested in making a profit and raising their level of professionalism, although what I'm talking about... it's not there at all, the boarding house is like a big village.
We would go and learn from the experience and organization of work of our neighbors in the Boxwood Grove, at least not to embarrass ourselves with food stamps🤦♀️ In the neighboring sanatorium, staff are sitting and noting the room number, always smiling, wishing you a pleasant appetite, etc.
And you have a disgrace like in the 90s - food stamps, the Stone Age! By the way, there is no modern music in the dining room, and vacationers are told what specialists, services and excursions are conducted on a given day.
The management of Litfond is a complete failure, self-destruct already and hire professional managers!
The conclusions have been drawn and thank you for ruining NG's evening this year and the rest in general!

A wonderful boarding house! Modern bright, clean, cozy rooms with immaculate white linens, white bathrobes, slippers, 4 types of towels (even for the pool there are). The staff is very attentive and friendly! A green, well-maintained area with access to the sea. The food is homemade, good, you can always choose what you like. If you want national cuisine, it's in a cafe) A wonderful library, a cozy karaoke bar. A medical building, an indoor swimming pool and another cafe are being built on the territory. ROSATOM has great respect for the revival of the boarding house. We will definitely come back again!
