At the conclusion of the contract for the installation of the monument, everything was fine, we talked very pleasantly, even advised others. But that was the end of the good communication. In September, a monument was erected (sealant glue appeared between the stella and the base), they asked to eliminate it, since it is under warranty. But no one has fixed anything for 1.5 months now. We stopped by and called several times. On the phone, the employee was rude and yelled that we could fix it ourselves, he would not go on purpose. What kind of guarantees are these for that kind of money. It is a pity that the company employs such an employee who spoils the whole image.
I want to thank all the employees for your work!
A huge selection of monuments. Professional approach . You can discuss all the details, from the shape of the monument to the site on which to put it, so that the monument looks harmonious! They do all the work at the cemetery "turnkey".
The work was completed on time. I would especially like to note the work of installers, they are masters of their craft! We installed everything perfectly! Everyone with whom I had to communicate are real professionals.
Thank you for the work done!
Good afternoon! I would like to express my gratitude to all employees of the company, in particular the team that installed the monument. Everything was done efficiently and accurately.
03/21/2023 I signed an order with Lisstone for the manufacture of a monument to be installed on my mother's grave, choosing as the initial option a monument from the company's catalog on the Internet with the code F-108. The cost of the monument according to the agreement amounted to the equivalent of 3,900 US dollars. The monument was supposed to have differences from the one selected in the electronic catalog in terms of color scheme, the shape of the fence of the landscaping site, as well as the technology of making the portrait. In the model of the monument drawn in the contract, the receiver, on his own initiative, excluded the thin plate that was available in the version from the electronic catalog (located at the bottom of the monument and placed directly on the landscaping site (in the terminology of the manufacturer - lining)). To my question about the reasons for the absence of this element, the receiver said that she could add it, but the cost of the monument would increase by $ 800. Considering the specified fee for a three-centimeter thick slab to be unreasonably high, I refused. The declared height of the F-108 monument from the electronic catalog is 1.63 meters. Thus, taking into account the refusal to manufacture the specified plate, the height of the ordered monument should have been 1.60 meters.
I would like to note that the service and maintenance in the company, which are initially not at a high level, tend to deteriorate after the customer makes an advance payment.
The experience of further communication with the company turned out to be extremely negative.
The results of the work on applying the portrait to the monument surprised and outraged. There were blackouts in the lower part of the face and on the neck of the image, resembling smudges; there was nothing like this in the retouched electronic version of the portrait agreed with me. An employee of the company said that, of course, they can refine the image manually, but she cannot vouch for the final result. To be fair, I note that after the revision, the image has acquired a form that more or less corresponds to the digital image agreed with me. The cross proposed in accordance with my order by the company's employees for installation on the monument had multiple manufacturing defects on the surface. After asking for its replacement, I was presented with a cross of a significantly smaller size and a different shape compared to the one I had originally chosen. They say there are no others, so agree to what you have. It also turned out that the dimensions of the manufactured elements of the monument turned out to be smaller than the dimensions of the elements of the monument from the catalog. Checking the dimensions of the manufactured elements, I asked again about the height of the monument, which would be obtained by the results of their assembly. The employee informed me that its height would be 1.50 meters, which did not correspond to the height of the sample I selected from the electronic catalog, taking into account the changes (1.60 meters). Such is the sleight of hand. In the contract, the constituent elements of the monument and their dimensions are specified separately (see photo). The image of the monument is presented in the contract in general form, without specifying its final dimensions. If you initially did not understand the terminology, details and features of the monument's assembly, it is impossible to determine, for example, its final height on the basis of a contract.
The company confirmed to me that the dimensions of the manufactured elements of the monument are smaller than the dimensions of the constituent elements of its original version from the electronic catalog (the height of the stele 1 of the monument from the catalog is 120 cm versus 110 cm in my case, respectively, the thickness is 8 cm versus 5, the width is either 55 or 60 cm versus 50); the remaining elements are also reduced in size to ensure the proportionality of the monument), and this was done ostensibly for the good purpose of reducing its cost. The only regret is the fact that when placing an order, they "forgot" to inform me about the reduction in the size of the monument.
The feelings associated with the burial of relatives and friends, perpetuating their memory, are not an easy test for a person. If you are trying to avoid additional emotional worries about this, I advise you to bypass the Lisstone company.
