I personally know the guys from the exchanger and I can say that they are professionals in their field. We are in constant contact, and now I can exchange my rubles for Turkish lira at a very favorable rate. What is especially convenient is that I am in Alanya and I can transfer money to their account at Tinkoff, and they in turn send money to my account at Vakif bank
