We really liked the hotel! We didn't even expect to get such a cool quality for this money. The hotel smells pleasantly of novelty and pleases the eye with a modern, stylish design in the spirit of minimalism. The designer is definitely a credit and my sincere respect. I wanted to make repairs at home))) I liked the cozy, calm atmosphere, pleasant and courteous staff. The room for two is spacious and bright, floor-to-ceiling Windows, has everything you need and even more. And moreover, of excellent quality, not just to be, but really very good plumbing, furniture, wallpaper, etc. The bed linen is wonderful, the pillows turned out to be very comfortable for me, which rarely happens to me. I slept well))) Own parking. Booking without prepayment. In my opinion, the location is good, in a quiet neighborhood, without too much noise and fuss. A block away is a rather curious market with its own local calorite, definitely worth a visit. We walked to the sea, the road is not heavy, just a few blocks in a straight line. In general, if you like hiking like us, then you can walk from the hotel to almost all popular tourist locations in the city, which we did. Next summer we want to come back here again, but for a longer time.

A beautiful, fresh hotel, which employs a team of professionals. Nice cozy rooms, good mattresses and bed linen. There is a parking lot. It is located in the private sector, which in itself is not particularly attractive, but in 10-15 minutes you can walk to the central part of the city. The optimal price-quality ratio. Thank you for taking care of the guests and comfortable accommodation.

Not a bad hotel, compared to most others in this location. Comfortable bed (like at home)), good wi-fi, 24/7 cleanliness, pleasant staff). But at the same time: there is constant dampness in the shower, nothing has time to dry out, since either the towels are wet, or there is water everywhere after taking a shower :) A very bad hair dryer - literally does not dry anything, even short men's hair (it takes 15 minutes for them), I am silent about girls🥸 I would choose this hotel again — with modifications, of course, yes, so far I am confident 4. Thank you for the rest!

We really liked the hotel. We chose a room with two rooms, as we were vacationing with a child. Each room has its own TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. The child was glad to have an individual TV) The hotel is new, just opened. The bed linen is white, fresh, tactile and pleasant. There was an ironing board with an iron in common use on the floor. All appliances and furniture are new. The shower is without a curtain, all the drops fly to the floor.
The staff is very polite and attentive. They promised to open their own swimming pool and dining room next year.
The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. We went to eat by car, it was convenient for us.
My impressions were positive! Thank you very much for a comfortable stay at the Lios Hotel!

We had a rest in October 2024. The hotel is new, everything is fresh , renovated , bed linen , towels. The mattress is comfortable. There is a blanket, which is rare for hotels in Abkhazia. The staff is lovely and helpful. Daily room cleaning. Yes, there is still a lot to finish at the hotel, but it has just opened, so I think it will be finished by next season.

A very nice hotel. New and fresh. Nice renovation. I often visit Abkhazia and stayed in various hotels in Sukhum. I can say that this is the best!!

The hotel is new, fresh , excellent mattress. I can 't hear the neighbors , the wifi is working well . There are still a lot of things that are not ready, for example, a shower, a glass partition is being carried, in the future there will be a spa area (pool, sauna) and a kitchen with breakfast in another wing. The staff is in touch 24/7, always ready to help, for example, a thermometer at 3 a.m. , as well as organize a tour, friendly and smiling. In general, we recommend it , and if we visit Sukhum again , we will definitely stay at this hotel.

A great hotel with great staff!
The hotel is new, not all the little things are still taken into account, but they are working on it and soon it will be absolutely gorgeous) for example, while there are no slippers, sofas and chairs in the rooms, but this did not prevent us from having a great rest after a busy day. Wi-Fi is fast, cleaning every day. The reception is open 24 hours and will always help.
It is located at a distance from the noisy embankment, so it is quiet at night.

A wonderful new hotel!
Kettle, cups, tea, sugar, bottled water, refrigerator, gel/shampoo, hair dryer in the room, underfloor heating in the bathroom,TV is working, who cares. Wi-Fi is normal.
They closed their eyes to all the shortcomings, because the hotel opened a month ago. They promise curtains in the shower, and a chair, and replace pillows. This is a straight hotel in our Russian understanding, with a reception desk, an appropriate service, and not a guest house, as is sometimes confused on Yandex.
The location is good, near the market with delicious homemade wine in 1.5 l bottles)), and wonderful eclairs, those are not sweet with custard and apatkha Abaza with good Abkhazian cuisine (we got to a banquet of local residents, better than any excursion, everything is real, not overplayed) We took a taxi to Mocha beach to swim, so we were not interested in the distance to the sea (10 min walk to the nearest point). All the photos in the description match, so we got what we expected - it pleased us.
I definitely recommend the hotel!

A new beautiful hotel in the center of Sukhum, I really liked everything, we rested in August 2024, everything is new, clean, Euro renovation, room cleaning every day, TV- in Russian. Nice room. 10 minutes walk to the sea. Everything is new. The bed is good. My girlfriend liked it and so did I. Well, you know what I mean. Disadvantages. There is no chair, no partition in the shower. Water is everywhere, on the floor, on the toilet, on the wall. There is no shelf in the shower. Shampoo and everything else had to be put on the toilet. When you're in the shower. The TV is very cheap, it freezes.

Pros- the hotel is new.
Cons - the hotel was launched unfinished. There is no fence in the shower in the bathroom. Water is pouring on the floor. There are no hangers, there is no place to put a toothbrush. Put it too - the sink is small.
Room cleaning - if there are no guests in the room at the time of cleaning, only garbage is taken out. Hygiene supplies - once upon check-in. They are not replenished. So if you stay for more than one day, take it with you. There are no chairs. It is possible to sit down only on the bed.
