It was especially pleasant to work and communicate with Kristina, a very polite, sweet girl and a professional in her field! We contacted Lime Travel twice for help in obtaining a visa. And these two times differ in the attitude of the employees and the result like heaven and earth. In February last year, our manager, Tatiana, took care of us. She was always in touch, explained everything clearly and to the point, and led the way to the moment of registration at the visa application center. As a result, we can easily obtain a Spanish visa for the period we need. At the same time, in February 24, Tatiana put us on the waiting list at the German embassy, where a long wait could be rewarded with a multivisa from one to five years, even in a blank passport. In April of this year, the turn came, but Tatiana managed to go on maternity leave. And everything has changed dramatically for us. From the list of documents received from the staff for self-collection, when clarifying, it turned out that some documents were not needed. But in this case, no one explained what they were doing on this list. We were also "led" in a strange and confusing way. A day before submitting to the embassy, after her husband's visit to the agency, receiving a package of documents and paying for their services, the managers stopped responding to calls and messages on Viber altogether, although they assured her that they would "lead to the end." And so, at the embassy itself, upon personal submission, the employee returns half of the papers that were provided to us, since they are not needed (!) And he accepts the rest with a creak, stating that he is not sure if they will give us a visa at all, since the certificate from the bank was given to my husband as an individual.a person, and he's a sole proprietor. And we need a document on the turnover of money.the funds of an individual entrepreneur! In this case, where did the agency staff look?! What are they taking money for?!.. We received our passports today. They contain the logical result of all of the above: single-use visas for a 16-day trip. After 15 months of waiting! The curtain!

Good afternoon! I strongly advise against working with these guys. After recording by bot in early October at the end of October in Gomel (I'm from Minsk) I wanted to reschedule the opportunity because I had to dock with a vacation flight. I was kept in the dark for a week, they replied that the transfer of the recording (new recording) it will be considered at full cost 1 day in the evening before the documents are delivered in Gomel early in the morning. I was very unhappy, besides, they did not send any documents and a coupon, and they still had to be printed out along with other documents, which they also said the night before. The adventure did not end there. They filled out the questionnaire incorrectly, they redid it for a fee. They said to do insurance for 30 to 90 days, but the national visa turned out to be at least 91! And once again I spent 100 rubles on insurance. I tried to call the manager, to which she said, they say, what do you want from us at all.) They didn't even say how much cash they needed to withdraw, initially they were talking about 18 euros, but it turned out to be completely different money. In general, I strongly advise against it, no one cares about the quality of services.
