We stayed at this hotel from October 27 to October 29, the hotel is beautiful, everything is new, we checked into the room, the air conditioner did not work, the room was incredibly stuffy, we asked to change, changed, went to another room, the smell of sewage appeared, we look at the toilet flowed and the smell is terrible, we offered to change the room again, but refused since it was already evening and it was necessary to leave the next day, the elevator did not work on the day of departure, we were late for the ferry, fortunately they had a working freight elevator, like a new, beautiful hotel, and everything was pouring out, there was a bad impression about the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The impression was positive.
This is a new hotel with all new furniture and accessories.
The staff is helpful and ready to help with any question. We booked according to their room , the price is even very good for such a hotel .
Clean rooms . They update it every day .
There's a buffet tomorrow.
The restaurant is on the 16th floor, the view from there is fascinating. The dishes are delicious.

Excellent location - through the traffic light from the old town 🙂
The hotel has its own parking lot - the staff was always willing to take the car to the parking lot and drive it to the entrance!
The rooms are new! Nice furniture! Great mattresses and huge pillows 💓
The staff at the reception are great, they did everything to make sure that we had the most pleasant impressions of our stay 🫠
