I had to apply 5 times to buy a rug:
The first time everything was OK, but the person wrote to Viber from his work phone. And when we contacted the second time to order and buy, the employee did not answer the work phone because he had a day off.
Lost the day of delivery (has not responded to this day). Get your phones on and keep them in the office so you don't lose customers on employee weekends.
The third time they called to order, and it turned out that the delivery for that day was already scheduled, they said to call tomorrow and there would be delivery tomorrow.
We called back tomorrow at 11 a.m. (the fourth touch) and it turned out that the delivery should have been ordered yesterday, everything is already scheduled for today.
We did not despair and I asked. deliver by delivery. They said OK, the managers will contact us.
An hour later, a man called and asked - what did you want, I said a mending mat. I was told, "well, you need to go to the manager, he will call you back"
We are still waiting for the manager. We have been contacted 5 times, the mat has not yet been purchased.
