I used to love the gym. I haven't been here for a long time, and now I'm back, because I didn't buy a subscription right away, but paid for a one-time subscription.
From the moment we enter the hall, it's stuffy. Despite the fact that it's +9 and dry outside, the air conditioner is working in the gym, but the humidity is off the charts....
I also needed the help of the coach on duty, whom I couldn't find, alas. When leaving the gym, I asked the administrator if there was a coach on duty at all, to which he replied that his T-shirt said he had a coach, BUT there was no such person in the gym. She said, "I'll call you now and tell them to put on their T-shirts." Apparently, I don't want to work so much, so that there would be fewer questions about the training process, the instructor decided not to change clothes, which gives him the opportunity to sit on the phone.
Also the equipment. Previously, it was nice there, everything was served, neat. However, at the moment, the management has relaxed and is just beating the dough. The seats are torn, the disks are in terrible condition, the inventory is loose somewhere, which can be fixed, but laziness is "the same thing to do"…

The locker room for children is right in the hall, they've fenced off the corner with two closets, without doors, apparently the owners of the establishment feel some kind of pleasure from the fact that everyone sees children in their underwear. This nook can hold 4-5 children at most, and then the crush begins. They say that everything is OK, but what's wrong, the kids can't change clothes themselves in the main locker room, because there are combination locks there, so let them run around in the lobby in their underpants and change clothes on the fountain, because there is simply not enough space in the children's "locker room". If you want to take your child there, first go and look at this miracle, come in and immediately see closets and naked children on the left.

If it were possible, I would give zero stars.
I was foolishly brought to this clinic in November 2024, looking for a dermatologist who could examine my corns/warts on my feet, because they were a little uncomfortable. The dermatologist was busy, they offered me a surgeon, and they assured me that the result would be just as positive.
The surgeon examined it, offered to remove it right now, and it was 4 days before the end of the vacation. I described the whole situation, that there are 4 days left, and then I have a job that requires a lot of walking in hot conditions (CHP, NPP, etc.). The surgeon said everything was okay, you can do it, as long as a crust forms on the wounds.
The procedure itself was very painful, an anesthetic was injected unprofessionally, after that my hands were still shaking from pain shock, I'm afraid of needles, although I used to go for a massage with needles.
It's been 4 days, and I've gone on a business trip. On the very first day, the crusts came off and I got 4 holes on my feet that were impossible to step on. That's how I spent two months on a business trip, and only today my legs have healed to the end. It took 14 days for adequate wound healing with baniocin (the surgeon generally prescribed only iodine treatment) and a complete lack of walking.
This visit took away three months of my quiet life. But it seems that the main rule of doctors is "do no harm." After the situation I described, I should have been advised not to have surgery.
At least thanks to the therapists from Alfa-med who looked at my legs and gave me a sick leave.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CONTACT THE DESCRIBED CENTER. Pay for the quality of an ordinary clinic, and sit in line for a little bit for a lot of money.

It is with deep disappointment that I have to leave a review about my visit to your institution, where I underwent an ECG procedure with the doctor E.R. Medvedskaya. My experience turned out to be extremely negative, and I consider it important to share this in order to warn other patients.
From the very beginning of my communication with the doctor, I was faced with outright rudeness and a complete lack of professional etiquette. Medvedskaya E.R. behaved incorrectly, allowing herself boorish remarks and showing clear disregard for the patient. During the ECG procedure, there were problems with attaching the electrodes, which, according to the doctor, "flew off because of chest hair." Although my hairline is moderate and I have not experienced similar difficulties with similar procedures in other institutions (including state polyclinics) before, the doctor accompanied her actions with irritated clucking and incorrect statements. Such behavior is unacceptable for a medical professional.
After the procedure, I asked a question, but instead of an answer, I received only ignoring. This only deepened my impression of the visit. However, I got a real shock after reviewing the results. The conclusion indicated a pressure of 165/100, which is completely uncharacteristic for me. When I returned home, I immediately measured my blood pressure — 120/80, which corresponds to my usual values. Moreover, the cardiogram indicated left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Given the dubiousness of these data, the next day I went to another medical center for a second examination
. My fears were confirmed: LVH was not detected, and blood pressure and ECG readings were normal.
Based on this, I conclude that E.R. Medvedskaya is not only devoid of basic communication skills with patients, but also demonstrates professional incompetence. In addition, I have serious questions about the quality of the equipment used in your center, as such significant discrepancies in the results raise doubts about its serviceability. Such an attitude towards patients and a low level of professionalism are unacceptable for a medical institution.
I am extremely disappointed and no longer intend to use the services of your center. Moreover, I believe that such cases deserve the attention of regulatory authorities, such as the Ministry of Health, to conduct an audit. I hope my review will help you reconsider your approach to staff selection and the quality of services provided.

A great gym, very few people during the day, a lot in the evenings, but quite tolerable. Of the cons: they do not clean the snow well in the parking lot (or rather, they do not clean it))), some instructors in personal classes occupy several "shells" at once, which brings inconvenience to other visitors, the most nonsense is when, in the presence of a bunch of benches, they occupy a bench bench and do not press lying down))) there are only two of them anyway! In the men's locker room, a constant problem with combination locks is dead batteries as a result, there is nowhere to undress during rush hours. And they also put the sauna in the locker room, reducing the number of facepalm scales.
The visitors are mostly intelligent people, the atmosphere in the gym is pleasant. In general, I love the gym and have been walking for 4 years! I recommend it!

I planned to write a review when everything is finally resolved, but it's been almost a year, the problem still exists, and I don't know if it will be solved. What is normal and what is not, the reader will decide, perhaps I am not competent in something. In November 2023, he performed circumcision surgery with this doctor. 1. I did not say that the operated area needs to be shaved before the operation, I guessed it myself. 2. Before the operation, I did not know how much ice cream needed to be injected. 3. After the operation, the temperature rose. 4. Recommended treating the operating area with iodine, not with a Betadine-type solution, namely iodine (you can get chemical. burn). 5. The next day after the operation, the suture was removed. 6. The reason for the operation was primarily for aesthetic purposes, as was agreed, but in conclusion the diagnosis of phimosis was written, which was not there 7. Healing was difficult, with severe pain, in personal correspondence Volovich G.V. asked not to take sick leave. 8. I invited him to a dressing in Grushevka, there were no bandages in the local clinic, he tied them with my bloody bandages for the second time. 9. Because of the pain, the doctor at the district polyclinic advised me to take a blood test, according to the results of which 2 doctors said that I had an inflammatory process, G.V. Volovich turned out to be all right with these results, by the way, there really was inflammation. 10. I invited him to remove the seams at the 31st polyclinic, an hour before the meeting he wrote that he would stay an hour from the appointed time, upon my arrival he was on the spot and took it in the order of the general queue. 11. At some point in the communication, he switched to you, although I turned to you.
Result. Aesthetically questionable, due to the improper distribution of tissues, there is a recurrent lymphatic edema. Apparently, a scarring has formed in the area of the former frenulum, which has increased sensitivity and protrudes strongly. Because of this, there is constant discomfort from any interaction in everyday life. Volovich G.V. first wanted to suck this seal with a syringe (this is not a joke, screenshots of personal correspondence have been preserved to this day), but in the end, after removing the stitches, he tried to squeeze it out with his fingers, it hurts, yes. After that, he said that if it doesn't pass, then there will only be a plus in his personal life, and in general it rarely turns out well at the bottom. At the moment, after the intervention of Volovich G.V., I had to go through 3 more interventions by other urologists, with varying degrees of success, it got better, but the problem is still present.
As a result, plus new complexes, stress, and the fear that now it will always be like this. Minus personal life, a lot of time and money for consultations / operations / tests / recovery.

The samples themselves were conducted incorrectly, which gave very large distortions in the interpretation of the results. the child almost fell asleep (half asleep), so there were a lot of theta waves, and this is daytime monitoring, you can't doze off. I indicated my concern about what would happen if the child fell asleep and it was said that it was good. Money spent, no objective result.
we got a completely different result in a more competent place. A day later. I do not recommend the EEG procedure. A bad description. Very superficial. The center itself is a nice new one. I would also like a more customer-oriented attitude at the reception.
For the objectivity of the assessment, I provided the eeg to specialized specialists, where I heard the opinion that this description is superficial.

My wife underwent FGDS and colonoscopy with sedation. I was sent to the second floor and was not allowed to be near the office, although it was previously possible. As a result, my wife left bloody marks in her throat after FGDS, which raises serious questions. She was sedated and couldn't resist, so the damage could only have happened because of the doctor's haste. This is unacceptable.
