I did an abdominoplasty of the abdomen with suturing of the diastasis, etc. I did everything beautifully, neatly - golden hands! It's been almost a month since the surgery, everything is healing perfectly)) I also want to thank the anesthesiologist Valery Leonidovich, a very attentive person, they discussed everything before the operation, prepared me, and after the operation he asked me more than once if everything was okay, I fell asleep and woke up without any side effects, super! And what kind of nurses are there, all the girls are bees, attentive, caring, they will always help, both in response and in action, they will come in several times a day, they will do the necessary procedures, they will cook food - Olechka, Marinochka, Natalia, I didn't remember everyone by name, thank you so much for your concern, it was very nice to be there next to such caring staff, thank you so much girls!!!

I used to love the gym. I haven't been here for a long time, and now I'm back, because I didn't buy a subscription right away, but paid for a one-time subscription.
From the moment we enter the hall, it's stuffy. Despite the fact that it's +9 and dry outside, the air conditioner is working in the gym, but the humidity is off the charts....
I also needed the help of the coach on duty, whom I couldn't find, alas. When leaving the gym, I asked the administrator if there was a coach on duty at all, to which he replied that his T-shirt said he had a coach, BUT there was no such person in the gym. She said, "I'll call you now and tell them to put on their T-shirts." Apparently, I don't want to work so much, so that there would be fewer questions about the training process, the instructor decided not to change clothes, which gives him the opportunity to sit on the phone.
Also the equipment. Previously, it was nice there, everything was served, neat. However, at the moment, the management has relaxed and is just beating the dough. The seats are torn, the disks are in terrible condition, the inventory is loose somewhere, which can be fixed, but laziness is "the same thing to do"…
In general, I do not recommend the gym
