If someone is familiar with the Lido, then they already know that this is not an ordinary cafe or restaurant. According to the principle of service, it resembles a dining room from Soviet films, but with edits to modernity! In fact, you come to the kitchen and choose whatever you like. There are nice young people serving hot dishes. Salads, soups, drinks are located in the middle of the hall, we collect the tray on the principle of self-service. The choice of dishes is very extensive, basically everything is almost like home cooking, and by the way everything is very tasty!
After the tray is assembled, you follow to the cash registers and go out into the hall. There have been no problems with the place yet, although there are always a lot of people, there will be a free table. In principle, the hall is equipped quite well, but do not forget that this is not a restaurant but a bistro)
There are no questions about cleaning tables and premises either, everything is done quite quickly and efficiently.
In general, for a lunch snack, it is 100% suitable.

A large spacious hall with cozy tables. A very beautifully decorated space. An event hall. Very tasty food, a wide range of dishes. My eyes are running away! You can eat quickly, tasty and inexpensive. I recommend taking minimal portions - you won't eat everything anyway - you'll have to take it with you.
One of my favorite desserts is tiramisu. I haven't tried this anywhere else - it's divine! I recommend trying it with rosehip and hawthorn tea.

#The food is slightly below average. This is due to the fact that there is a very strong shortage of personnel. Since the principle of the "LIDO" itself is related to the speed of serving the ordered dishes, but due to a large shortage of personnel, the very quality of the dishes suffers.
Please note one more important point, the staff itself: Cooks, waiters (Members of the restaurant team), administrators. They cannot fully report on the output and quality of the dishes themselves, since the load on the staff can be safely multiplied by × 3. And so we get the result that the work of all departments is in complete chaos. But the authorities do not care about this, since it has already been personally noticed by me. Personal grudges get the better of common sense. And I want to note that this is the behavior of an adult, but in fact only a 5-6 year old child. Who is offended and does not want to be friends with you (you can think about the professionalism of some higher-ups. And do they occupy the right place?!)
#Menu selection - directly interacts with the kitchen. And it also relies on the most important problem, which I described in more than detail above.
#The interior is reminiscent of the 18th century. There are not enough wigs on the head for a complete picture, and a document stating that serfdom is practiced in this institution. Simply put, the attitude towards people working in this institution as personal slaves who were bought for personal use.
#Atmosphere - both the interior inside the establishment and the staff themselves interact here.
Everything is clear about the interior, but the staff ..... Here, perhaps, everything is more than ambiguous. In connection with all the problems that I wrote above, the conclusion suggests itself.
#The staff are my favorite colleagues. Knowing all the pitfalls and problems inside the facility, I am sincerely sorry that you are treated like this (as slaves). The staff is friendly, responsive, tactful, and friendly towards each other. As for the guests, sometimes you want to spit in their face, considering how much human stupidity can simply gain cosmic dimensions.
#Cleanliness - if we take into account that one waiter (a member of the restaurant team) cleans the hall + both the administrator and the senior administrator help him - there have been cases when the cleaners helped. Then the conclusion can be made already with all of the above.

We were on a weekday, Wednesday, at about 17 o'clock, the choice was very poor, I would say there was almost nothing, the choice of meat was 2 positions, side dish 4, 3 types of soup and 2 types of salad and that's it. The food is partially cold. The desserts are kind of tortured, and the buns are not even second-hand.
One of the advantages is the atmosphere inside, it is interesting.

And where are the eclairs, where are the other cakes that no one has? They must have run out... but, as always, the baking is on top. Delicious, and everything is fresh. Keep authenticity, what people come and go to you for. Poppy seed curd pie is delicious, Napoleon, profiteroles with butter are very tasty. Draniki are also delicious, only slightly damp. Now about the sad part. Pancakes. This is a nightmare! On the first day, I thought I was imagining it. What a pancake with potatoes and mushrooms from a week ago. The filling is super. Fresh. So the dough was disgusting. The next day I took it with ham and cheese, the dough is just terrible. It's like they've been frozen in the freezer for a year, then warmed up. I couldn't resist saying it out loud. My daughter confirmed that she didn't have a delicious, hard one either, I don't remember the filling. My husband liked it with cottage cheese, I tried it - it's cold, icy!!! the dough is rubber. But that's not all. Fried potatoes, for which there was always a queue and tastier than which I have never tasted, unless at my grandmother's... It's all gone to the trash. It was ICY too! I didn't want to spoil my mood and make a row, the rest of the time we ate in Cornflowers. My husband asked me not to spoil the rating, so 5 *. And so, of course, there is something to find fault with.
