We were in a hurry to catch a flight and ran in to get money from the Golden Crown, they told us they didn’t have dollars, we agreed to lari. How come there are no dollars in the bank? As a result, having counted the money later, the envelope was missing 200 lari....

I waited in line for 30 minutes, and stood at the operator's window for 30 minutes.
At the end, the operator reported that he could not issue it, since the program was no longer working. I showed them the secret code, all my data, including my passport, and I was not given a transfer because the program stops issuing transfers an hour before it is closed. It's suspicious and strange.
