The problem that started on March 22 has still not been solved, Lexus customer service is completely unrelated!
on 22.03.2025, I contacted the Dolmabahçe Lexus dealer because my car was not working. Battery problem was called and reinforcement was offered, but the vehicle did not work again. Roadside assistance was directed, but despite being called for 30 minutes, it arrived in 1.5 hours. The incoming staff received video support because they did not know the job. The vehicle started but did not move, the tow truck was called.
The tow truck called ”arrives no later than 2 o'clock" arrived at 4.5 o'clock and could not tow the vehicle because its equipment was insufficient. Then another tow truck was called and only at 16:00 the next day the vehicle could be taken for service.
At first, 19.000 TL expense was called for the vehicle, then 150.000 TL expense was issued, it was said that the part was not in Turkey.
During my meeting with customer service, I wanted to meet with someone more competent, but I was told, “you can't meet with anyone but us,” and the voice was answered by raising it. The dealer manager, on the other hand, closed the issue with an attitude of indifference and not taking responsibility, such as “You don't have to do what my staff says”.
I would never have expected such poor crisis management, miscommunication and apathy from a brand like Lexus. I've been without a car for days and I can't find an interlocutor.
