Overall, a good hotel, even perfect by Turkish standards. Despite the city center, the room was quiet- good windows, I expected it to be worse. The location is convenient, close to all the sights, metro, ferries. Breakfast is at a nearby hotel, but everything is quite good.
The hotel does not justify the declared 4 stars. Small rooms, only for 2-3 days there was water and slippers in the room.
One of the advantages. The room was well cleaned. The hotel staff does not speak Russian, everyone speaks good English.
Good breakfasts and courteous staff.
We planned to visit the SPA, but we never got there, including because the prices for SPA treatments are higher than in Moscow.
I'll start with the staff: friendly and very attentive.
Everything about room cleaning is unobtrusive and always everything is delicate. There is a restaurant veranda on the roof and there is a stunning view of the city, only it is windy. The pool and gym were visited every day. The breakfasts are amazing for every taste. Thank you for the rest. My recamendation.
