The teacher was a very nice girl, she explains it very easily and clearly, even if you ask something, it will always help and show you how to do it correctly. The administrators are polite and offered a free trial session. I was very pleased! I advise everyone! Classes are held in a bright room, which is very pleasant. I will definitely come here again!

I want to leave my feedback. I was signed up for fitness, back strengthening. I must say right away, I don't like ballet, I don't need stretching in any direction at all. The coach is great. The room is nice and pleasant. I do fitness and strength training, I need dumbbells and exercise equipment. I went to a trial session, explained that the gym itself was no longer suitable for me at all. A ball and a mat are not enough for me. I told the receptionist this twice. A few days later, I got another call with an offer.
Why such importunity? I would put more stars, but because of such obsession, there is no desire to do this at all. Unfortunately, I had to switch from a delicate form to a more rigid form of communication, because I just got tired of it.

I went to a trial "free" class (it's not that free), after which I began a very persistent and obsessive processing about the purchase of a subscription. I immediately came with the desire to purchase a subscription for only a month, since I do not live permanently in the country, but I was persistently offered to buy a subscription for a year, that classes could be extended if I brought proof of dismissal, business trip or sick leave (persistent calls almost every day about buying a subscription are strongly repelled). As for the classes themselves and the coaches, they are excellent! But it's impossible to get to the class on Bratskaya Street! The number of season tickets sold is not calculated for the number of seats in the halls, training sessions are scheduled for the whole month and I had to queue up for training all the time and this queue did not always appear! Naturally, with such success, I couldn't get my subscription, because I stupidly didn't have anywhere to fit in(

The lesson went well, the coach was a very attentive girl, if something went wrong, she corrected it, every person was under control. The visitors' corner is just a delight, everything has been provided. The air conditioning in the gym made it possible to train comfortably, but the girls administrators did not leave a very good impression. I asked to sign up for a trial fitness dance, I was signed up for a body ballet. I repeated twice that I would need one lesson a week, because I would also go swimming, but I was persistently offered 8 lessons a month or even more. Most of all, I was struck by the situation with the bathroom door, which could not open without effort, and instead of coming up and helping to open it, the receptionist girls just stood and giggled.

The prices are biting, but this applies now to all fitness centers. When buying an annual subscription, it is possible to arrange an installment plan. Since I liked the first lesson, I bought a subscription. They offer it immediately to all new customers. It is not necessary to aggress that they "push in", "breed". They offer, persistently, but friendly. You are a customer - You can cancel the subscription and pay for each lesson separately, or buy a subscription and get a nice bonus to it.
I was satisfied with the conditions - I have a subscription. The administrators will tell you everything in detail.
There is no permanent group. During 5 training sessions, there are already familiar faces with whom we go to classes together, but every time there are new faces (someone goes to different groups, as it is convenient for them; someone tries different directions; someone comes to the studio for the first time).
The groups are small, the coach monitors everyone and helps (corrects) to perform the exercises correctly.

I decided to try myself in something new and came across this studio. Kind and helpful administrators immediately helped me choose a direction and I signed up for Pilates. The atmosphere immediately caught my eye, the design of the studio is worked out to the smallest detail and even has elastic bands, for us girls this is a big plus. After the first lesson, the back pain went away, which I have been striving for for a long time. In the future, I plan to continue my classes and am thinking about buying a subscription.
