The good-natured hosts and proximity to the sea give a solid five in the review.
The sea is 1 minute walk away.
There are two houses here, both of them are new, the plumbing is in order.
High-quality repairs.
The furniture and linen are good.

The kitchen is outside, but it is very cozy and beautiful.
There is a small children's pool.
There is also a playground, a football field, restaurants, three shops nearby.
Mountain view, not a construction site.

There are good restaurants nearby:
the SEASHELL restaurant on the beach.
A little bit uphill and there is a cafe "Trout farming" it is on a mountain river, with separate gazebos and waterfalls inside.
And a little higher up the hill the restaurant: "Chikeri",
Inside the restaurant there is a river and two waterfalls, and live Georgian music.
